        The growing conditions of barium nitrate Ba(NO3)2 single crystals using the aqueous solution method have been studied. Supersaturation can be calculated by measuring the temperature of the solution and its equilibrium temperature. Supersaturation of Ba(NO3)2 was 0.7% at 32.0˚C and about 3% at 34.0˚C. The obtained single crystals have three kind of morphology: tetrahedral, cubic, and, rarely, dodecahedral. The normal growth rate is proportional to the supersaturation; it is necessary to make the solution below 5% supersaturation in order to obtain transparent Ba(NO3)2 single crystals. The normal growth rate for 1ar11 faces was 2.51×10-6 mm/s for the 0.7% supersaturation condition (32.0˚C), 6.43×10-6 mm/s for the the condition of 3.0% supersaturation, and 7.01×10-6 mm/s for the condition of 5.0% supersaturation. The quality of the grown crystals depends on the nature of the seed, the cooling rate employed, and the agitation of the solution. The faces of the obtained crystals have been identified uising an X-ray diffractometer. The surface diffusion is responsible for the low growth rates of the 1ar11 faces.

        Recently, a Multi-Walled Carbon Nano Tube(MWCNT) is widely used to increase mechanical strength of the cementitious composite material. In this study, a dilution of MWCNT aqueous solution(from wt 2.0%, 1.5% to wt 1.0%) is a main parameter. A compressive strength of diluted CNT cement mortar is maximum 4.7% larger than that of a pure CNT cement mortar. The result indicates that the diluted MWCNT aqueous solution of the MWCNT cement mortar makes very little differences of the compressive strength.

        In this study, corrosion potential (Ecorr), corrosion rate, and polarization resistance were measured aimed at inorganic inhibitors (passive film type) and organic inhibitors (absorption type). The experiment was conducted using potentiostat for the variable molar ratio and chloride ion concentration of the components of inhibitors in an aqueous solution of saturated calcium hydroxide targeting corrosion. As a result, it was possible to ensure an anticorrosive performance of at least a 1.2 molar ratio of inorganic inhibitors. Also, the organic inhibitors ensured the prevention of the anticorrosive performance of at least about a 0.3 molar ratio. It also showed the tendency that between polarization resistance and corrosion rate, Ecorr and corrosion rate is inversely proportional to the linear. Conversely, the tendency between polarization resistance and Ecorr is proportional to the linear. Also, a distinct difference in organic and inorganic inhibitors’ relationship to Ecorr, corrosion rate, and polarization resistance was not shown.

        동결농축폐수처리의 기술은 열역학적 효율이 높고 에너지 소비량이 작아 중소규모로 적합하며, 용수 재활용과 융해열의 냉열 재이용이 가능한 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 폐수 처리효율이 높은 동결농축폐수처리장치의 개발을 위해 수직원관 형태의 제빙관을 대상으로 염화나트륨수용액을 이용한 기초 실험을 통해 냉각면 온도, 기포 분사 방법에 따른 분리 성능을 확인 후 대표적 중금속인 Pb, Cr 수용액을 대상으로 냉각면 온도, 기포 직접 분사, 과냉각을 방지하기 위한 용질을 포함하지 않은 초기 빙층 두께의 영향에 따른 중금속 분리 성능을 실험 통해 확인하였다. 실험결과 두 수용액에서 모두 냉각면의 온도가 낮을수록 동결층의 성장속도가 빨라지고 용질의 분리효율이 저하되었다. 기포를 분사하는 방법 중에는 환모양의 노즐을 통해 동결계면에 직접 분사하는 방법이 원통벽면을 통해 간접 분사하는 것 보다 분리효율이 높게 나타났으며, 초기 빙층의 두께에 따른 실험에서는 1mm 보다는 5mm의 두께에서 분리효율이 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

        In this study, in order to comprehend performance of corrosion inhibitor, the experiment study was conducted about corrosion characteristic 3 steps(0.0, 0.6, 1.2) of Chloride by added amount of inorganic(Ca(NO2)2) and organic(DMEA) corrosion inhibitor by the corrosion inhibitor types about 0.6kg/m3, 2.4kg/m3 based on Chloride ion content 1.2kg/m3 for service life prediction of concrete structure by using Poteniostat. As a results, the excellent anti-corrosive performance of organic corrosion inhibitor was seen that absorption types organic corrosion inhibitor has excellent anti-corrosive performance compared to the inorganic nitrous acid corrosion inhibitor by the added amount of corrosion inhibitor
