2015년 12월 14일부터 18일까지 필리핀 마닐라에서 국제나사렛 교단 아시아태평양지구(이하 아태지구)의 싱크탱크 모임이 최초로 개최 되었다. 당시 제기되었던 주요 이슈 중 하나가 아태지구에서의 리더십 위기였다. 즉, 일부 연회(district)에서 토착적 리더십으로의 위임 및 이양이 원만히 진행되지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 다수의 연회에서 피라미드 모델(Pyramid Model)에 근거한 전근대적 권위주의 리더십이 만연하고 있다는 상황이 보고되었다. 이러한 이중적 리더십 위기는 아태지구의 성장동력을 저해하고 있는데 본 연구는 이 위기를 극복할 대안으로 성서적 충실성(biblical authenticity)과 현대적 적합성 (contemporary relevancy)을 겸비한 트리 모델(Tree Model)을 새로 운 리더십 패러다임으로 제안하고자 한다. 리더와 팔로워(follower)의 관계가 수직적 상명하복인 전통적 피라 미드 모델과는 달리 트리 모델은 양자 간의 유기적 상호의존성과 수평적 파트너십을 전제하고 있는데, 이런 관점은 현대 리더십 이론과 그 맥을 같이 한다. 또한 군림과 권한독점 대신에 섬김(servanthood)과 권한부 여(empowerment)가 트리 모델에 본유적으로 내재하고 있는데, 이런 특징은 성서적 리더십 원리와 잘 부합된다. 이처럼 현대적 적합성과 성서적 충실성을 지닌 트리 모델을 통해 리더십에 관한 인식론적 전환이 아태지구에 확산되면 현재의 리더십 위기 상황이 극복될 수 있는 기반이 형성될 수 있다. 다시 말해, 트리 모델의 권한부여적 속성은 토착적 리더십으로의 위임 및 이양에, 섬김과 파트너십의 수평적 특성은 전근대 적 권위주의 리더십 타파에 각각 기여할 수 있으며, 그 결과 아태지구의 성장 동력이 창출될 수 있을 것이다.

In the earlier papers we analyzed the axisymmetric, nonstationary electrodynamics of the central black hole and a surrounding thin accretion disk in an active galactic nucleus. Based on those papers we analyze the axisymmetric, nonstationary force-free black hole magnetosphere and the motion of the plasma. We concentrate on deriving the totally new equations for the entropy incrrease and the angular momentum, energy extraction of the black hole.

점성과 충돌이 있는 강착원반의 확산 과정을 생각한다. 이때 확산계수는 단순하게 1/√r로 비례한다. 강착원반의 난류에 의해서 각운동량은 외부로 수송된다. 파동도 또한 내부에서 외부로 전달되므로 강착원반은 불안정한 방향으로 진행된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore psychological momentum events which influence player's performances in badminton competition and to examine in depth the player's psychological momentum experiences. Methods: A total of 83 badminton athletes over high school in Korea Badminton Association were carried out in this survey with open-ended questionnaires. And 8 adult athletes were interviewed in-depth with the guidelines based on the open-ended survey responses. The collected data was analyzed by inductive content analysis and the extracted contents from the inductive categorization were developed by deductive method. Results: The survey was conducted to analyze psychological momentum accidents which may influence on the performances of badminton players. The total of 615 raw data were collected and then categorized into 25 positive momentum accidents and 28 negative ones. The respective accidents were classified 8 general categories according to performance, opponent's performance, the flow of game, score, psychological states, physical condition, other's significant behavior and the court environment. Conclusion: Finally, this study will promote the understanding of context and environment which affect the player's performance in badminton competitions. Also, it is expected as the opportunity of increasing the interest on psychological momentum in sport psychology.

The paper presents a momentum-based regressor by using Hamiltonian dynamics representation for robotic manipulator. It has an advantage in that the proposed regressor does not require the acceleration measurement for the identification of dynamic parameters. Also, the identification algorithm is newly suggested by solving a minimization problem with constraint. The developed algorithm is easy to implement in real-time. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed momentum-based regressor and identification method is shown through numerical simulations.

본 연구는 축구 지도자로 다양한 경험을 쌓은 K를 대상으로 축구지도에 있어 심리적장면을 정의하고, 심리적장면에 영향을 미치는 요인을 창출할 목적으로 심층면담과 면담내용의 귀납적분석과 연역적내용 전개, 디브리핑을 거쳐 진행하였다. 축구 경기에서 흐름은 대부분 결정적인 계기에 의해 발현되고, 이러한 흐름을 발현시키는 결정적인 계기와 심리 요인 변화의 연관성을 조심스럽게 유추할 수 있다. 이러한 결정적 순간과 심리요인 변화의 연관성을 심리적장면으로 정의하였다. 축구 지도에 있어 심리적장면의 발현과 관련해 K는 경험을 통해 지도의 원칙과 전략 차원을 설명하였다. 지도력을 발휘하는데 있어 경기 준비, 안정감, 프로 의식을 원칙 측면에서, 목표 설정, 가치 공유, 경험, 전문지식을 전략 측면에서 강조하고 있다. 심리적장면은 지도자가 지도력을 행사하는 과정에서 지도자의 조작에 따라 통제가 가능한 변수이다. 심리적장면의 이해를 통해 경기나 훈련 상황에서 선수의 심리적 역동성을 깊이 있게 이해하는데 기여하는 동시에 연구의 타당성과 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
