본 연구는 보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 영유아권리존중보육 관계에서 어린이집의 조직건강성 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 보육교사 320명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 수집자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실 시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 긍정심리자본 수준을 하위요인별로 살펴본 결과, 회복력, 낙관성, 희망, 자기효능감순으로 나타났다. 둘째 보 육교사의 긍정심리자본은 영유아권리존중보육과 정적 상관이 있었고 조 직건강성과도 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 보육교사의 긍정 심리자본과 영유아권리존중보육의 관계에 대해 조직건강성은 유의미한 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 영유아권리존중보육을 실행하기 위해 서 보육교사의 긍정심리자본을 향상시킴과 동시에 조직이 건강해야 영 유아권리존중보육을 증진시킬 수 있다는 필요성을 제시하는 데 그 의 의가 있다.
This descriptive correlational study describes the relationship between collaboration among health care professions and nurses’ organizational commitment in the operating room. A cross sectional survey of nurses (N = 142) was conducted in March 2020. The participants were nurses with more than one year work experience in operating rooms at three university hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Collaboration among nurses was measured using the Nurse–Nurse Collaboration Scale, while collaboration between nurses and physicians was measured by the Nurse-Physician Collaboration Scale (NPCS). All analyses were conducted using the IBM SPSS Statistics, version 23.0 with independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's Correlation, and multiple regression. The results were as follows : The collaboration among operating room nurses was scored with an average of 2.87 out of a total of 4. Collaboration between operating room nurses to physician scored 3.47 average out of 5 total. Organizational commitment scored 3.24 average out of 5 total. The factors influencing the organizational commitment of nurses in operating rooms include collaboration among nurses and effective communication, as well as collaboration between nurses and physicians for decision-making regarding treatment and nursing care. The explanatory amount of general characteristic, nurse-physician collaboration, and nurse-nurse collaboration variables was 33%, 15%, 13% respectively. Based on these findings, to enhance collaboration among operating room nurses, there is a significant need for systematic education on communication skills and decision-making competencies, continuous research, and organizational efforts.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational safety and health management activities on safety and health performance by using the results of safety activity level evaluation of public organizations. To this end, a research model was established by using three fields as independent variables among the four areas of the safety activity level evaluation index: safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity performance field as a dependent variable. Correlation analysis and regression analysis between major variables were performed. As a result of the correlation analysis, the safety and health activity performance had a significant positive (+) correlation with all of the safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level. The safety and health system had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity plan and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity plan had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity level. And as a result of the regression analysis, it was found that the organization’s safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level all had a significant positive (+) effect on safety and health activity performance.
본 연구는 어린이집 조직건강성과 영아교사의 긍정심리자본 및 소진이 경력몰입에 미치는 직·간접적 영향을 구조방정식모형 분석을 통하여 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 영아교사 444명을 대상으로 조직건강성, 긍정심리자본, 소진 및 경력몰입이 측정되었으며 수집된 자료는 Pearson의 적률상관분석과 구조방정식모형 분석이 실시되었다. 그 결과 첫째, 영아 교사의 경력몰입에 어린이집 조직건강성과 교사의 소진은 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영아교사의 경력몰입에 긍정심리자본은 소진을 매개로 하여 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영아교사의 경력몰입에 소진은 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로써 어린이집 조직건강성이 높을수록 또한 영아교사의 소진이 적을수록 경력 몰입이 높음을 예측할 수 있다. 또한 영아교사의 긍정심리자본은 소진을 완화하게 하여 경력 몰입을 증진하는 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 영아교사의 경력몰입을 위하여 무엇보다 소진의 감소가 우선되어야함을 강조하고 있으며 어린이집 조직건강성의 강화와 교사의 긍정심리자본 함양을 위한 방안도 효과적임을 시사하고 있다.
Purpose - objective of this research is to investigate individual, organizational and environmental factors influence tacit knowledge sharing among healthcare professionals. The transmission of Tacit Knowledge is crucial for organizations to ensure that TK will be passed throughout organization, rather than stored in single employee. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study investigate organizational, individual and environmental factors that influence on TK sharing. To test hypothesizes, the survey method was chosen. Sample size was 100 but 74% of questioners returned. Results - The main findings of this research are related to influence of personal, social cultural and behavioral factors on tacit knowledge sharing. According to extracted data all factors have influence on tacit knowledge sharing except Emotional stability that was found to be negatively related to tacit knowledge sharing. That may means anxiety and stress level of workplace applies negative enhance on tacit knowledge sharing. And finally results show that social environment, team oriented culture and organizational commitment have strongest influences on tacit knowledge sharing. Conclusion - the findings of this study shows that personal, social cultural and behavioral factors influence on tacit knowledge sharing. And also indicates that, social and organizational factors enhance strongly on tacit knowledge sharing.
본 논문은 일선파출소에 근무하는 해양경찰관들을 조사대상으로 하여 해양경찰 파출소 조직의 건강성 수준을 파악하고, 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 조직건강성 측정지표들을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 해양경찰 파출소 조직의 건강성 수준은 업무스트레스를 제외한 모든 측정지표들에서 평균 이상인 것으로 나타나, 조직건강성 수준은 양호한 것으로 판단되었다. 둘째, 조직효과성에 의미있는 영향을 미치는 조직건강성 측정지표들은 개발문화, 보수, 동료관계, 승진제도, 감독, 직무자율성, 직무자체, 조직신뢰감, 업무지향성 등으로 나타났다. 특히 보수, 동료관계, 직무자율성, 직무자체, 조직신뢰감, 업무지향성 등의 측정지표들은 조직효과성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 현행 해양경찰조직의 개발문화, 승진제도, 감독 등은 일선파출소에 근무하는 해양경찰관의 조직효과성에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
