Recently, in construction vehicles like exacavator, many customers demand the interior parts to be convenient and handy to operate. Futermore, that parts had to be more lightweight and better quality and durability. For this reaseon, the combination switch, a part for operation of head lamps, wipers, horn, etc, had been designed as a new lightweight structure by using PA plastics material and had been changed the mechanical contact into electric non-contact by using Hall IC and FET.

Air Brake chamber is a core fucntional part delivering the brake force to drum brakes in hybrid commercial trucks. This part needs to have leakage prevention and durability for reliable operation. As an actuator by air pressure, there has to be no air leakeage, and because it is operated with high tention power spring, there has high durable spring head, that contacted power spring directly. In this study, a spring head was designed new size on weak points structually and simulated by structual simulation program. And, a flange and body tighten by clamp ring was simlated structual deformation by assembly torque and inner pressure. As a result, new desgned spring head has structual stablilty over 1.7～14.7% and deformation is in proprotion to inner pressure but the assembly torque of clamp ring is not related to deformation.

체리는 과실성숙기 강우로 인해 해에 따라 열과가 심하게 발생하여 재배 상 문제가 되고 있어 해(2004~2007)에 따른 강우와 열과발생과의 관계와 체리 '좌등금'의 과실표면 관찰 및 과실 크기에 따른 열과반응을 알아본 결과는 다음과 같다. 과실의 열과 형태는 과경부, 과정부 및 측면 열과로 관찰되었고 발생양상은 해에 따라 다르게 나타났는데, 2004년은 과정부열과가 2005~2007년은 과경부열과가 많았다. 열과발생이 많았던 2004년(31.8%)과 2006년(28.6%)은 열과 발생이 낮았던 해에 비하여 5월 상순 강우량이 현저히 많았다. '좌등금'의 과피조직 특성중 아표피층은 유과기인 만개후 15일에는 2~3층 이었고 성숙기인 만개후 35일에는 1~2층으로 매우 얇았으며 열과가 많이 일어나는 과경부에는 큐티클층이 그리고 과정부에는 꽃이 탈락되어 생긴 코르크에서 미세균열 현상이 관찰되었다. 과실크기별 구분하여 물에 침지하였을 때 큰 과실(6g 이상)에서 작은 과실(4.5g 이하)에 비하여 열과반응 시간이 빨랐고 열과율도 높았다.

본 논문에서 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) slamming 충격력에 의한 선각의 굽힘 모우멘트와 전단력의 계산은 본 논문의 이론 전개방법에 의해 구하는 것이 Antonides의 적용 방법보다 더 타당하다고 생각된다. 2) 수치계산 예에서 보면 선체 중앙단면에서 가장 큰 sagging moment가 발생하며 Antonides의 결과치 보다 3~5%정도 더 크게 나타났다. 3) 기준진동형의 중첩항 수는 주어진 문제의 특성 및 요구되는 정도에 따라 결정되어야 하므로 고차 진동형에 대한 실측치와 이론치의 비교 분석이 선행되어야 한다고 생각된다.

The extent damages of concrete structures due to fire occurrence are evaluated. The evaluation of fire safety is evaluated by using the inspection, non-destruction test, fracture test(concrete SEM analysis, concrete heat analysis, rebar fracture test. The criteria for determining the safety of concrete structures are presented using evaluation results.
