        This study explores multiple variables of an OTT service for discovering hidden relationship between rating and the other variables of each successful and failed content, respectively. In order to extract key variables that are strongly correlated to the rating across the contents, this work analyzes 170 Netflix original dramas and 419 movies. These contents are classified as success and failure by using the rating site IMDb, respectively. The correlation between the contents, which are classified via rating, and variables such as violence, lewdness and running time are analyzed to determine whether a certain variable appears or not in each successful and failure content. This study employs a regression analysis to discover correlations across the variables as a main analysis method. Since the correlation between independent variables should be low, check multicollinearity and select the variable. Cook's distance is used to detect and remove outliers. To improve the accuracy of the model, a variable selection based on AIC(Akaike Information Criterion) is performed. Finally, the basic assumptions of regression analysis are identified by residual diagnosis and Dubin Watson test. According to the whole analysis process, it is concluded that the more director awards exist and the less immatatable tend to be successful in movies. On the contrary, lower fear tend to be failure in movies. In case of dramas, there are close correlations between failure dramas and lower violence, higher fear, higher drugs.

        Use of ICT in Government has ability to improve service delivery to its citizens, and yet many developing countries have lagged behind in the implementation of e-Government. Many e-Government initiatives also failed to achieve their objectives in developing countries. This paper therefore aims to identify critical failure or success factors in Kenya, using Heeks’ Factor Model. A survey questionnaire was developed and data were collected and analyzed from officials and interested citizens. The analysis results enabled to highlight seven specific success and failure factors, and their constituent elements in Kenya. The Kenyan overall e-Government implementation score belongs to the Zone of Improvement (3.52 of total 5.0), which means partial success or failure. The enablers of e-Government projects are good strategy formulation, and internal and external drive, whereas main failures of e-Government are weak ICT infrastructure. The areas for improvement are project management, design, competencies and funding. Data analysis highlights both strengths and weaknesses for each factor or variable. In particular, Kenyan government excels at the drive for change by top to bottom government officers as well as external stakeholders, while the government officers who are using e-Government are satisfied with the availability of vision, strategy and plan of e-Government implementation. Both technologies and e-transactions laws were the worst of all the variables in e-Government implementation. Two areas should be improved using immediate corrective action. In-depth study reveals that government officers and citizens can’t fully use their laptop and mobile devices due to the lack of both ICT network and its operating technology, and legal system associated with the transaction of business information. Finally, the study ends up with recommendations for policy makers to shape the future of e-Government system in both developing and developed countries.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the learning effects of self-controled feedback on Success and Failure Experience. Methods: The test subjects were 40 female college students who had no information about the purpose of this study. The test subjects constituted a success experience groups(10 self-controlled students and 10 yoked students) and a failure experience groups(10 self-controlled students and 10 yoked students). The task used in this research was 2m golf putting which is the applied clevett’s putting test. On the first day, subjects were given pilot test and group Classification test. There were no differences in putting skill between two groups(success experience and failure experience group) after analysing the data collected during the two tests. Dependant variable was E(total error score). The data analysis of acquisition phase and retention tests were carried out under 2(success and failure experience)×2(feedback group)×6(block) or 2(success and failure experience)×2(feedback group) factorial design with repeated measures on last factor. Results: The following results were reached by analysing the test data. (a) success experience groups were more effective than failure groups at acquisition phase and retention test. (b) according to transfer test' interaction of success/failure experience×feedback, self control feedback group were more effective than yoked group at success experience condition whereas, there was no significant between two groups at failure experience condition. Conclusion: conclusively, this study shows that, the success experience self-control feedback group performed the best on the golf putting skill task.

        본 연구의 목적은 승패경험과 주전여부에 따라서 경쟁상태불안의 차이와 변인간의 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구참여자는 추계대학연맹전에 참가한 대학축구선수들 288명이며 승리와 패배팀 그리고 주전과 후보로 구분하여 CSAI-2를 배포했다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 평균과 표준편차를 산출했으며 이원변량분석(2way-ANOVA)과 상관관계 분석을 실시했다. 연구결과, 인지불안이나 신체불안은 모두 패배팀이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며 후보선수들 보다 주전선수들이 더 불안감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자신감은 승리팀이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으나 주전여부에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 또한 승패와 주전에 관계없이 모든 선수들에게서 인지불안과 신체불안간에는 정적 관계가 신체불안과 자신감간에는 부적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 인지불안과 자신감간에는 패배팀에서만 부적관계가 형성되었고 승리팀은 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 바탕으로 승패경험이나 주전여부와 같은 동기적인 요인이 경쟁상태불안에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 논의했고 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점 및 연구자가 느낀 점을 제시하여 후속 연구자에 대한 제언을 기술했다.

        이 연구의 목적은 한국과 미국 청소년들이 학교와 스포츠상황에서 성공과 실패를 정의하느데 있어서 서로 다른지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 두 단계 절차가 사용되었는데 1단계에서는 두 문화에서 추출된 청소년들이 성공과 실패의 요소들을 기입하도록 개방형 질문지가 사용되었다. 1단계의 결과들은 문화간 뿐만 아니라 각 문화 안에서 성별차이가 있는지를 평가하기 위해서 2단계에서 사용되었다. 질문지에 관한 응답들은 각 문화와 성취상황에서 요인분석을 통해 분석되었다. 게다가 일원 다변량 절차들이 각 요인들에 대해서 성별차이를 알아보기 위해서 쓰였다. 그 결과들은 학교와 스포츠상황에서 지각된 성공과 실패에 있어서 각 문화 안에서 그리고 문화간의 남녀차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성공과 실패를 정의하는데 있어서 이러한 성별, 문화적 차이들은 사회와와 교육, 그리고 가치들의 영향일 것이다.

        This paper evaluates the historical development of national park policy and administration in Japan from the perspective of achieving sustainable development in nationally important ecological areas. Contrary to the widely held belief, the national park system in Japan has been unsuccessful in balancing conservation and development. The fundamental reasons for its failure are as follows: the Japan`s national park system has been largely founded and developed based on economic grounds and held sway by economic development policy; the policy and administrative coordination between government units concerning conservation and development has not been carried out; public participation and environmental groups` involvement in the decision making have been extremely limited; national parks have been perceived in the public image not as distinctive national heritage but as finest and popular tourist sites; and the dominant interest of tourism and recreational development has prevailed over conservation interest. Japan`s unsuccessful experience and lessons imply that there is urgent need to drastically reform our national park system, largely founded on the Japanese model, in order to save our last national environmental heritage.
