본 연구는 매력적인 정주여건을 조성하고, 도시의 활력을 증진시키고자 둘레길 및 보행환경을 적절히 평가하기 위해 필요한 평가요소를 도출하고 이를 이용하여 세종시에 조성된 도심둘레길 이용자를 대상으로 보행환경 요소별 만족도 비교 및 통계분석을 실시하였다. 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 보행환경요소별 영향력을 도출하였는데 그 결과 세종시 도심둘레길에 대한 인식은 “잘 알고 있다”가 5.3%로 대다수 이용객들은 세종시의 도심둘레길에 대해 인지하지 못한 채 이용을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 평균 소요시간은 30분-1시간이 44.7%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 도심둘레길 내에서도 구간별 이용이 활발한 곳과 활발하지 못한 곳이 구분되는 것으로 분석되었으며, 코스별 보행환경에 대한 만족도는 전반적으로 비슷하게 나타났으며, 전체적으로 편의성 요인이 각 코스별 만족도 평균보다 높게 나타났다. 이와 반대로 안전성 요인의 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났으며 청사 둘레길은 쾌적성 요인이 다른 두 코스보다 만족도가 낮게 나타났고, 장소성 요인은 높게 나타났다. 이는 다른 두 코스와는 다르게 상업지역 위주로 구성이 되어 있기 때문으로 분석되었다. 도심둘레길에 대한 보행환경 만족도에 대한 요인분석은 길의 상태, 시설만족도, 장소성, 길의 접근성, 특수 환경, 코스 외부요인, 안전성 총 7개의 요인으로 분석되었다.
The purpose of this study is to find methods of enhancing arboretum’s competitiveness and suggest efficient ways in making other arboretum afterwards by grasping decision factors that make people visit an arboretum operating in Korea. For this study it was conducted monova and discriminant analysis, multiple regression analysis. I researched the relationship between satisfaction and visitor’s characteristic, and then found there are some differences only in revisitors, though other factors had nothing to do with results. The satisfaction of facility and tour effect is higher in revisitors compared with first visitors. In the gender aspect, women were satisfied with the distinctive things more highly than men among five lower factors of satisfaction. Also, in the age group aspect, the overall satisfaction and satisfaction in the scenary were ranked higher from 20 to 30 than from 40 to 50. The findings will provide imformation on the satisfaction of the arboretum visitors and enhance arboretum’s competitiveness.
This study empirically analyzed the influence of media on a visitor's satisfaction and re-visit by setting up 5 sorts of exhibition media as text, docent, virtual museum, website and Smartphone App based on practical exchange and communication between a visitor and an exhibition provider. The research results are as follows: First, all these 5 sorts of media suggested by this study were found to be able to have an influence on a visitor's satisfaction and re-visit. Second, it was found that the factors preferentially affecting a visitor's satisfaction and re-visit were 'Docent' and 'Website' factors. Accordingly, it is judged that it's necessary to more preferentially consider 'Docent' and 'Website' factors than the other factors in order to increase a visitor's satisfaction and re-visit. Third, it's possible to interpret that the bigger a visitor's satisfaction, the higher a visitor's intention to re-visit through the verification that a visitor's satisfaction will have a significant influence on a visitor's re-visit. The implication of this study lies in the fact that this study attempted at an integrated approach by analyzing the relative size of the influence through across-the-board suggestion of influential factors on a museum visitor's satisfaction and re-visit.
This study is intended to analyze the relation between G. D. Weisman’s Way finding 4 elements the accessibility and efficiency of consumers as to eternal area for Seoul historical museum. The findings are summarized as the following three aspects. First, G. D. Weisman’s Way finding element introduced in this study had a significant impact on visitor satisfaction.. It leads to the following conclusion: The higher the impact is, the greater accessaccessibility and efficiency are. Second, among 4 elements, the factor that had the biggest impact on the accessibility was ‘visual-perceptual accessibility.’ Thus, ‘visual-perceptual accessibility’ should be considered first to boost the accessibility to consumers. Third, among 4 elements, the factor that had the biggest impact on the efficiency was ‘sign system’. Thus, ‘sign system’ should be considered first to boost the efficiency to consumers.
본 연구는 내장산국립공원 탐방객 281명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 탐방 후 평가를 통하여 만족도, 만족요인 과 예측모형을 분석하여 실질적인 공원관리의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 만족도 분석결과 내장산사무소는 공공시설부족 및 불만, 이용프로그램부족, 숙박시설 부족 및 불만, 시설이용료부담감, 바가지요금 등, 백암사무소는 시설이용료부담감, 이용프로그램, 상업시설 불만 및 부족, 숙박시설 등에 불만족하였다. 만족요인으로는 '시설관리', '이용자관리' 요인이 내장산사무소(34.3%)와 백암사무소(45.6%)에서 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 만족도 예측모형에 있어서 내장산사무소는 '탐방로훼손', '상업시설만족도', '쓰레기처리', 백암사무소는 '문화역사자원훼손', '상업시설만족도', '호객행위방지' 등의 순으로 만족도에 영향을 미치는 예측모형이 만들어졌다. 지리적으로 유사한 위치에 있으며 자원과 특성이 비슷하여 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며 탐방객의 75%가 집중하는 가을단풍기에 시설 및 이용자를 위한 관리기법이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate how the operating system quality of Cheongwon Organic Festival, a local festival held in Cheongju, affects visitor satisfaction, and to also revitalize the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival through this study. 344 visitors of the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival were recruited to become participants of this study using a random sampling method. There were significant differences in the evaluation of the operating system quality at the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival depending on the visitors’ gender, age, education, household income, acquisition of information, purpose of visit, considerations of the purchase of festival goods, purchase of a pre-sales ticket, and residence.Different factors such as the visitors’ gender, age, education, household income, acquisition of information, purpose of visit, considerations while purchasing festival goods, and residence impacted the visitors’ satisfaction of their visit to the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival. It was found that there was a correlation between the operating system quality at Cheongwon Organic Life Festival and the visitors’ satisfaction. The operating system quality as a whole and the event programming showed the highest correlation with the visitors’ satisfaction.
The survey of user's satisfactory degree of location, plantings, facilities, operation, and management factors on national parks' camp sites was carried out. Many problems were analyzed and identified. This survey was for proposing the correct way to plan and draft for camping site after this. In addition to, the realization of environmental education through nature friendly recreation was aimed at. According to the result of the survey, the followings were suggested as necessities to improve the camp site.
1. Repair and replacement of insufficiently managed facilities should be aimed at.
2. Facilities for a handicapped person should be preferentially introduced.
3. Active management and publicity in low-demand season that practiced by developed countries should be carried out. Seasonal program for various age groups should be operated.
4. Surrounding tourist site, camp site, and trail should be organically connected by shuttle bus and other transports.
A survey was carried out for the user satisfaction in the campsites of national parks. Based on this survey concerned with the location, planting, facilities, operation and management, the problems were identified and analysed to improve future design and plan of the campsites. This study aims for the realization of environmental education through nature friendly recreation. The following points are suggested as needed according to the survey result.
1.damaged facilities should be repaired or replaced.
2.introduction of the facilities for disabled should be prioritized.
3.consistent and active management and publicity work should be operated in the off-peak season. and the seasonal activity programs for the various age groups should be provided.
4.the site should be well connected with other surrounding campsites and tourist sites using the shuttle bus and other transport method.
