목적 : 본 연구는 국내 실정에 적합한 보조공학 적용과 적용 이후의 과정을 일괄적이고 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가도구를 개발하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법 : 선행연구 검토와 전문가 사전 조사, 전문가 조사, 내용타당도 조사를 통해 국내 실정에 맞는 보조공학 만족도 평가요소를 추출하였다. 추출된 평가요소의 타당도와 신뢰도 분석을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 내적일치도 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 결과 : 선행연구 검토와 전문가 사전조사, 전문가 조사, 내용타당도 조사를 통하여 최종적으로 ‘보조공학기구’, ‘보조공학서비스’, ‘일상생활’ 3개의 평가항목 및 17개의 평가요소를 추출하여 확정하였다. 17개의 평가요소를 토대로 보조공학기구를 사용하는 장애인 190명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 D1(가격)의 평가요소를 제외하고, 총 16개의 평가요소를 도출하였다. 16개의 평가요소의 내적일치도 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 Cronbach’s α값이 .908로 나타났으며, 항목이 삭제된 경우의 Cronbach’s α값이 .777~.871로 나타났다. 결론 : 최종 한국형 보조공학 만족도 평가도구를 구성하는 3개의 평가항목과 16개의 평가요소 개발을 완성하였다. 앞으로 개발한 평가도구의 추가적인 수렴타당도, 공인타당도 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도연구가 요구된다. 본 평가도구는 국내 보조공학 및 작업치료 분야에서 보조공학 성과 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Objective : The purpose of this study was to develop an assessment tool that can collectively and objectively evaluate the application of an assistive technology appropriate for domestic circumstances. Methods : Through reviews of previous research and preliminary expert research, the primary extraction of the evaluation factors for assistive technology satisfaction, expert research, and content validity evaluation factors for assistive technology satisfaction appropriate for domestic circumstances were identified. and evaluation factors extracted for an analysis of the validity and reliability of the exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency reliability were confirmed. Results : A review of previous research and preliminary expert research, expert research, content validity through investigation, and finally, ‘Assistive Technology Device’, ‘Assistive Technology Service’, ‘Activities of Daily Living’ ratings of three assessment items and 17 evaluation factors were determined by extracting the elements. Second, based on the 3 factors and 16 evaluation factors extracted through the exploratory factor analysis, the coefficient of internal consistency, Cronbach’s α, was determined to be .908. Furthermore, after the items were deleted, Cronbach’s α was .777~.871. Conclusion : Thus, the 3 assessment items that comprised the finalized assistive technology satisfaction assessmenttool, and the 16 evaluation factors, were completely developed. further study requires convergent validity, concurrent validity and test-retest reliability. In addition, in the field of assistive technology and occupational therapy, assistive technology results are expected based on the information available.
