As the size of the wind power becomes larger, the development of the assembly type wind power which is advantageous in transportation and installation is active. This advantage comes from the economic point of view, and the stiffener is applied to the inner side, so that the safety is high. Large wind power require door openings for maintenance. The door opening has an irregular cross-section, and an excessive stress active due to the door opening. In this paper, the stresses occurring around the door opening was analyzed. As a result, small stress values were appeared in the tower, as the number of stiffeners were increased. Also, stress values were decreased a little in the tower as the opening shape become to ellipse was closer.
In contemporary society, vibration and noise in the road nearby buildings have become social problems as vehicles operation has increased. Especially, in the case of the building used to art performance, available suitability of the building is tested by the indoor noise class. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is the measurement of the structure-borne noise of Seoul Art Center nearby Umyeonsan tunnel and analyzing the effects of countermeasure to it. To measure the effects of countermeasure, not only structure-borne noise is measured, but also the vibration is measured, before and after the construction of pavement using pad and porous asphalt. Consequently, the sound pressure level in art center 1st floor is reduced after mat pavement method, structure-borne noise that was high in 25Hz wide-band before pavement decreased regardless of experimental vehicle's velocity. Using porous asphalt pavement the noise was reduced about 3 dB(A).
돌그릇 제품은 특성상 강도가 있으면서도 무겁고 취약하여 가공이 매우 어렵고, 작업환경의 열악, 작업 공간과 작업능률의 비효율성 등의 단점이 있다. 본 연구개발을 통해 각기 다른 2대의 가공기계에서 2공정에 의해 2명이 작업하던 돌솥 본체가공을 1인에 의해 1대의 기계에서 2공정의 작업을 거쳐 가공을 완료 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 작업공간의 효율적 배치와 작업자의 환경 및 안전을 고려한 자동 돌솥 본체 가공 전용 기계를 개발하였다.
