마분지는 재생 가능한 천연건축자재로, 친환경일 뿐 아니라 적응성이 뛰어나다는 장점이 있지만 국내에서는 기술력 등으로 인해 오랜 시간동안 보급되지 못했다. 최근 하얼빈 지역의 신축 마분지건축 실례를 분석하고 독특한 장점을 연구하며 마분지 활용에 걸림돌이 되는 문제 등을 연구하여 실행가능한 해결 방안을 모색하고 한대지역 지속가능한 마분지 건축발전에 대한 발전을 모색해 보고자 한다.
Straw board is renewable natural building material with the advantages of green environmental protection, strong applicability. But it hadn’t been promoted because of many reasons such as technology and economy. Through the analysis of the unique advantages and the recent new cases of straw board buildings in Harbin, and the current obstacles to application, The effective ways and the feasible solutions to promote sustainable straw board buildings are summarized.
Hanok is the key technology of the 21st century buzzword, as 'healthy homes' and 'eco-friendly' and to meet the demands for the safety and comfort of the human body in space, the possibility is getting attention again. Hanok worth from the perspective of brand marketing, pay raises, and maintain it throughout the whole life cycle of the value based on continuous activities. The systematization, and the efficiency of the way should be carried out to maintain to achieve the purpose. This presented study is divided into three stages, the consideration of Hanok Characteristics, maintenance manual written case analysis and Hanok written direction of the manual and take advantage of the possibilities. Firstly, for the consideration of Hanok natures, we study the Hanok maintenance characteristics to analyze the use of materials and construct method based on the result of 'Hanok technology development'. Secondly, we grasp the element which can be applied on the maintenance manual, analyze the maintenance manual contents and the written direction. Lastly, proposed step of written direction, we suggest the direction of Hanok manual writing based on identified elements. "Hanok Maintenance Manual," has two dictionary definitions that one explains easily know the use and the features of Hanok as well as another describes specific knowledge needed to perform maintenance work on how to organize a 'guide'. The result as above is based on the understanding of the objective and in the pursuit of the only purpose, which express the inherent meaning and configuration on the manual, in helping the readers understand techniques of expression and the cumulativee necessity of proven cases
Environmental problem due to environmental pollution and C02 emission has brought a strong attention on issues of sustainable urban development in urban planning area. Many urban planning researches have been argued that 'decentralized concentration' is one of the key issues for the sustainable urban spatial structure. Decentralized city is to create sustainable urban structure by realizing the supply system for urban energy efficiency through restriction of car use, proper urban density, and mixed-use. This study aims at exploring the concept of 'decentralized concentration' and comparing its characteristics of 'decentralized concentration' urban structure found in urban planning theories.
최근, 경제가 발전하고 건축 분야의 에너지소비가 중국 에너지소비에서 차지하는 비중이 점점 커지고 있다. 건축 에너지소비 절감을 에너지소비 절감의 주요 조치로 삼고, 이에 기반하여 건축의 지속가능성을 우리 생활과 밀접한 관련이 있는 주택 설계에 적용하고자 한다. 중국 한대지역 주택 에너지절약 건설에 존재하는 문제와 난제를 해결하고 한대지역주택 동절기 난방기술을 설계, 연구하여 채택한 난방기술이 한대지역의 지속가능한 주택에 널리 보급되고자 한다. 본문은 다섯 부분으로 나누어져 있는데, 첫 부분은 머리말, 연구의 배경, 내용, 방식, 목적을 소개하고 두 번째는 자연형 태양에너지 난방기술을 소개하며 세 번째는 지속가능한 주택의 현황과 발전배경, 네 번째는 피동식 태양에너지 난방기술을 어떻게 지속가능한 건축에 응용시킬 수 있는지에 대한 법규 탐구, 마지막은 연구를 통해 얻은 결론과 미래에 대한 전망을 내 놓았다.
Hanok recently is getting attention by Korean wave and the eco-friendly construction. However it has the not a few . weak points to live in modem and been recognized as a big problem such as efficiency problem, hight cost to construct and maintenance difficulty to be solved.
The solution are the modularity and weight lightening of Hanok but the roof is one of the most difficult parts of it, the roofrepresents the beauty of Hanok with graceful catenary line, filling timber and soil should be improved to the modem materials and construction methods as an alternative. As the result, this study conceives the improvement figuring out the problem and the case study review as well as suggests the valuation of feasible plan and the potential for modularity by application of the actual field. The roof is consisted of the framework as the constructable role on the upper part of roof board, the insulation and air layer as well as additional roof board should be installed to make easy the roof construction and attach the vapor permeability water proofed paper. Accordingly, Additional rafter, Diaphragm board and Panel can be used as the alternatives.
and this reports the possibility of workability, modularity applied in the field.
The results of this study are expected to improve the efficiency of the waterproofing of roofs, insulation, maintenance, etc and so on contribute to the pervasiveness of the hanok.
In recent years, with the development of economy, the proportion of building energy consumption in the national energy consumption is growing. To reduce building energy consumption, has become an important measure to reduce energy consumption, and on the basis of general building sustainability into the design is closely related to residential design. To restrict the problems existing in the cold region residential energy saving construction in our country, the study of cold region in winter heating technology to design, is to summarize a set of suitable heating technology applied in the cold region sustainable residential promotion. The article is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, describes the research background, contents, methods, purpose, etc.; The second part mainly introduces the passive solar energy heating technology; The third part mainly introduces the sustainability of residential status and development prospects; The fourth part is how to passive solar heating technology is applied to sustainable residence that is application techniques to explore. The fifth part is through the research, the conclusion and the outlook for the future.
2013년 중국 정부는 “친환경건축행동방안”을 제정했는데 이 방안은 농촌의 주택 건설을 주요 임무로 삼았다. 본문에서는 중국 한대지역 소도시 주택의 친환경과 추진 방법을 놓고 주택 품질 제고를 우선으로, 에너지 절약을 핵심으로 삼고 일반적인 기술을 적용하는 세 가지 원칙에 근거하여 농촌 소도시 주택 건설방안을 제기하였고, 지역에 맞는 자연자원을 이용해 거주의 질을 높이고 체형계수를 줄이며 보온성을 강화한 개선사업 추진의 네 가지 기술전략을 발표하였다. 위의 원칙과 전략에 근거하여 한대지역 친환경 특징을 구현하는 소도시 주택건설방안을 설계하였다.
In 2013, the Chinese government formulated the "Action Plan for Green Building ", which focuses on the task clearly should actively promote the construction of rural housing. In this paper, for the question about how to promote the cold region of China rural house green, put forward to improve the quality of residential priority, to save energy resources as the most important,and to use pervasive technology-based applications as the main content,which is basic principles.The paper also proposed four technical strategies for a new house on the village is to use local natural resources, to optimize the design to improve the quality of living,to reduce shape coefficient to adjust the layout,to improve the insulation properties of architecture maintenance in structure increases.And with the above principles and technology strategies,I design a green rural house which reflect on the characteristics of cold region.
21세기는 문화가 경쟁하는 민족개성의 시대로 나아가고 있다. 본 연구는 한옥의 부흥과 ‘현대한옥’ 실현을 위한 연구의 한 방법으로 북한의 현대한옥에 연구를 통해 한옥의 범위를 확장하고 현대한옥의 하나의 범위로 그 가능성을 모색하기 위한 연구이다. 이제 건축에서도 분명 새로운 한옥의 시대가 도래하였고 이 시대의 한옥이 어떠해야 하는지 생각해 봐야 하고 앞으로 우리의 후손에게 남겨줄 지금의 한옥을 정립하여야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 과거 우리의 한옥이 어떠했는지 알아야 함이 먼저 선행되어야 한다. 이를 바탕으로 한옥에 적합한 기법을 찾아내고 지금 우리가 사는 이 시대 이 장소에서 새롭게 적응시킬 수 있는 설계와 시공에 대한 연구가 필요하다 . 이러한 바탕에서 본 연구는 북한의 대형공공건물에 전통설계기법을 적용한 방법을 통해서 이 시대 대한민국에서도 실현 가능한 현대한옥의 기초 자료를 제공하고 북한에서 그간 연구하고 진행하고 있는 북한의 현대한옥을 조사 연구함으로 우리 현대 한옥의 나아갈 방향에 대한 단서를 제공한다.
This study explores a possibility to expend the scope of Traditional Korean-style House, or Hanok through including North Korea's Modern Korean-style building. As Korean traditional architecture is gaining more attention, we should think over how contemporary Hanok should be and establish the concept of Hanok for future generations to come. In order to do that, the traditional Hanok design techniques should be understood. Based on this, the appropriate Hanok Design and construction techniques for contemporary buildings could be found out. This study, therefore, aims at finding basic data of design techniques which can be applied to modern Hanok in South Korea and provi야ng clues for the future Hanok design through studying Korean-style modern buildings in North Korea.
Because of the research about the land use research, the research only concerns about hard quantitative element which is not enough in the urban structure, gender and labor as a soft qualitative element is increasing. Future changes of urban structure in Fukuoka city show more specific understandings and directions. The results are as follow.
Direction of spatial change of urban structure:In the center of the city, the decentralization of facilities is formed with the formation of huge commercial area and functional extension of new information and communication facilities which happens in the center of Fukuoka City. Then, a phenomenon that the development of new welfare facilities go to middle of the city center area where living facilities are completely installed appears. In addition, co-rental housing for single people is increasing mainly in the west of the suburb near University. Direction of changes of urban structure according to gender. Ling facility due to the needs of women formed around a facility welfare one side to promote the phenomenon of concentration of urban centers by an increase in chain restaurant, are distributed in the region: And, in the form of small-scale private office SOHO is increasing around the gap region of the city founded by the activation of the men in the field of information and communication.
