1. 들깨의 화분은 인공수분 후 30분이면 화분이 발아되고, 1시간 후면 암술 하단부까지 화분관이 신장되었다. 2. 저온에서는 수술이 고사하거나 약벽이 터지지 않는 경우와 약벽이 터지고 약은 형성되었으나 화분관 신장 수가 매우 적은 비정상적인 양상을 관찰할 수 있었고 종자가 맺히는 화방수가 적었다. 3. 들깨속의 수정, 결실은 온도 및 품종에 따라 차이가 있었는데 조생종인 YCPL 25는 야간온도가 15℃ 이하일 경우 크게 떨어졌으나, 만숙종인 YCPL 263은 야간온도 10℃ 에서도 그 영향은 미미하였다. 4. 저온에서 종자가 맺히지 않는 꽃에 정상적인 화분을 인공수분 시키면 높은 결실률을 얻을 수 있었다. 5. 화기 발달과정 중 수분 및 수정 시기는 YCPL 177-1등 5품종은 꽃잎이 꽃받침보다 커지는 시기에 화분이 만들어지고 화분관이 발달하였으나, 푸른 차조기인 YCPL 205-1은 이 시기에 화분은 만들어졌으나 화분관은 71%만 발달되었다.
Governance systems are basically an autonomous cooperation type among the government, civil society and market, also a new paradigm for efficient and democratic administration of policies. The governance mainly consists of the central operating body, institutions, operating principles and so on. The constituents are the nation(government), civil society(NGO) and market(firm). Institutional conditions are a legitimate base, financial stability and independency. And as a operating principle, governance systems have common goals and issues from a national and social point of view. This governance has been recently emerged due to financial risk of government, diffusion of new liberalism going with the globalization, localization-decentralization, and development of civil society and information-oriented society. We have to grope for the framework of participatory agripolicy confronting globalization and localization as well as developing our agriculture and rural village. This agri-policy governance should be theoretically focused on policy network or self-organizing network or multi-lateral governance (MLG) based on NPM. Also, it is proper to have connection of nation-central type and civil society-central type. And it is necessary to have a MLG type with local governance corresponding to localization and decentralization. Governance should have the type whose participants have authority and responsibility as well. Basic directions of environmentally friendly agri-policy governance are as follows : first, its purposes are constructing the democratic and efficient framework of participatory environmentally friendly agri-policy based on consensus of all the related groups, embodying environmentally friendly agri-policy adjusted to local field, raising farmer’s real interest, and improving their position. Second, its form should have a council or an agreement system, not an advisory or a consultation organ. Thus, public sector(eg. government) and voluntary sector(eg. farmers’ organization) jointly execute agricultural policy and are responsible together. Environmentally friendly agri-policy governance is mainly made up of farmers’ organization, cooperative and civil society(NGO). And secondary bodies are agribusinesses and academic groups. Government interacts with the main bodies on administrative execution. And environmentally friendly agri-policy governance has MLG type with a central unit, province and county units. Environmentally friendly agri-policy governance has several main functions such as agri-policy partnership, speaking for farmer’s rights and interests, investigation and research on domestic and foreign agricultural streams, and etc. Especially, local unit will play roles in activation for regional agriculture, consulting on technique and management, education and training services, services entrusted by government, and so on.
Asan city has many strengths, for examples, the distinction of innovation ability, several places with clean environmental resources, conventional-cultural resources and favorable conditions of location in regional agriculture development. But it has not devised the comprehensive development plan for regional agriculture that is integrating natural, cultural and industrial resources. So the plan linked with those resources should be to promoted to develop agricultural production, marketing and regional economy. And a development strategy is to have the system of agricultural independence within Asan. Namely, originality, identity and cooperative spirit in economic and social-cultural aspects of Asan agriculture are needed, which are a great help to settle agricultural issues in Asan itself. And the governance system needs to be introduced that has the main bodies of Asan agriculture, so as to promote agricultural policy.
도깨비 뿌리 추출물의 멜라닌 생성 억제효과를 검증하기 위하여 melan-a 세포주에서의 세포독성 및 멜라닌 생성량을 측정하고 멜라닌 생합성에 관여하는 주된 효소인 tyrosinase의 활성에 미치는 영향과 자외선에 대한 흡수도를 검색하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 도깨비 뿌리 추출물을 100 μg/ml 농도로 melan-a 세포에 처리시 뚜렷한 독성 없이 멜라닌 생성을 24.6% 감소시켰으며 melan-a 세포로부터 추출된 tyrosinase 활성억제 효과실험에서 농도 의존적인 활성억제 효과를 보였다. 또한 도깨비 뿌리추출물은 일광화상의 원인인 UV-B 영역의 자외선을 흡수하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 볼 때 도깨비 부채 뿌리 추출물은 피부 미백 및 자외선 차단을 목적으로 하는 기능성 원료로써의 높은 활용 가능성을 가지는 것으로 판단된다.
There is a controversy on developing or preserving Kwangduksan(Mt.) located in Cheonan and Asan. Kwangduksan has a grand scenery, many of cultural properties, and rare animals and plants like fireflies. So the citizens of Cheonan and Asan have recognized its cultural and ecological value as yet. In this study, an economic basis for preserving it was presented to prevent developing thoughtless for the environment. Preservation value of it was estimated about 44 billions by CVM. This result shows the environmental value of Kwangduksan is very great. If people feel importance of environmental resources more and more, this value of Kwangduksan will be greater and greater.
산채 자원과 문화의 보존 및 산업화를 위한 기초자료 확보 측면에서 대학생 316명을 대상으로 산채에 대한 기호도, 이미지 및 인지도에 대해 조사하였다. 산채에 대해 여대생들은 76.8%가, 남학생들은 67.7%가 좋아한다고 응답하였다. 산채에 대해 싫어한다는 응답은 전체적으로 8.2%에 불과하였다. 산채를 좋아하는 이유에 대해서는 복합적 요인(44.3%), 향이 좋다(20.6%), 맛이 좋다(14.9%), 기능성이 있다(10.4%), 건강에 도움이 된다(9.8%) 순으로 나타났다. 산채의 이미지어 중 계절감, 변비 개선 효과, 다이어트효과, 무공해식품, 구입의 어려움, 독특한 맛, 신선함 등이 다른 이미지어와 상관이 높았다. 산채의 종류별 섭취경험 정도에 대해 다수의 응답자들은 고사리, 냉이, 더덕, 도라지, 쑥 등 5종류는 6회 이상, 11종류는 1~5회, 나머지 26종류는 섭취 경험이 없다고 하였다. 산채 종류에 따른 인지 정도에 대해 고사리, 냉이, 더덕, 도라지, 민들레, 쑥은 식물을 구별할 수 있다 이상이다는 응답률이 37% 이상이었으며, 잔대, 참죽나무, 반디나물, 윤판나물, 합다리나물, 초피나무 등에 대해서는 전혀 모른다는 응답률이 90% 이상이었다.
