본 연구는 BPA 및 nicotine 첨가 농도와 배양 시간이 돼지 난자의 체외성숙에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. BPA와 nicotine이 첨가된 TCM-199배양액에서 시간 난자를 배양했을 때 체외성 숙율을 조사하였다. BPA농도가 높을수록 체외성숙율이 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다. BPA를 첨가한 TCM-199 배양액에서 난자를 44시간 배양했을 때 체외성숙율은 각각 로서 첨가 농도가 증가할수록 낮은 체외성숙율을 나타냈다. 난자를 nicotine를 첨가

D-xylan은 최근 대체 에너지원인 알콜 생산의 기질로서 주목받고 있을 뿐만 아니라 butanol과 butandiol과 같은 유기 용매와 xylitol과 같은 감미료, xylooligosaccharide와 같은 bifidogenic factor 등의 원료로 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 발효된 톱밥으로부터 xylanase 강력 생산성 균주를 분리하고 제 특성을 확인하여 Bacillus sp. GS로 동정하였다. Xylanase 생산성을 높이기 위해 효소 생산 배지 성분과 배양 조건을 최적화 하였는데, 각각 xylan 1.25%, yeast extract 0.1%, NaNO_3 1.2%, K_2HPO_4 0.1%, MgSO_4 0.02%, mineral salt 0.005%와 pH 6.5, 배양 온도 37℃였다.

This research presents effectiveness of fiber-reinforced polymer column jacketing system for a non-ductile reinforced concrete building frame constructed before the 1970s. To investigate the retrofit effects, a series of full-scale dynamic tests for the retrofitted test frame was conducted, and the dynamic responses were compared to those of the non-retrofitted test frame. The effectiveness of the retrofit system was investigated in terms of response reductions, damage mechanisms and drift concentration factors.

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the boundary condition of the joint members in the multi-span greenhouse. It is carried out that experiments for the rotational stiffness of the joint members used in both the field and the standards of the greenhouse constructions.

This paper presents the basic data for the structural safety study of the extension wall by evaluating the bending stresses of the existing and extension walls varying according to the plan change of the extension building through the numerical analysis on the horizontal load as follows: 1) the stress variation of the divided wall when the wall opening due to a partial demolition is evaluated by comparing the result of analysis on whether or not the opening of the bearing wall is demolished as a variable; 2) the stress variation of the existing wall due to the increase of the stiffness of the extension wall is also evaluated by comparing the result of analysis on the thickness of the extension wall as a variable.

This paper analyzed design bearing capacities of pile foundations strengthened by pre-loading method for vertical expansion. The bearing capacities were investigated for two different pre-loading strategies: (1) after partial removals of structural/non-structural elements (e.g. finish, masonry wall etc.); and (2) after vertical expansions. Based on the numerical studies, more than 60% of the existing piles exceeded the design bearing capacities due to the difference of pre-loading strategies, which should be considered in structural design.

본 연구는 예비유아교사들이 생각하는 다문화 교육의 바람직한 교사상을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 유아교육을 전공하는 대학생 40명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 1학년 2학기에 교육학 강의를 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 하였으며, 학생들이 교육에 대해 좀더 많은 고민과 생각 후에 갖는 생각을 파악하기 위하여 학기 후반부에 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 학생들이 생각하는 다문화 교육의 바람직한 교사상 작성, 내용 명료화를 위한 추가적인 면담을 통해 이루어졌다. 이 연구 결과에 따르면, 예비교사들이 생각하는 다문화 교육의 바람직한 교사상은 아홉가지로 나타났다. 첫째. 세계시민으로서 다문화를 이해하고 다문화 교육에 필요한 다양한 역량을 갖춘 교사, 둘째, 편견과 차별이 없는 교육을 하는 교사, 셋째, 모든 아이에게 지속적 관심과 애정을 가진 인간적이고 긍정적인 교사, 넷째, 문화적 갈등해소를 위해 다양한 문화 체험 프로그램을 운영할 수 있는 교사, 다섯째, 다문화 학생의 부족한 것을 파악, 이해하고 발달에 맞게 눈높이 교육을 하는 교사, 여섯째, 부모와 소통하면서 상담을 잘하는 교사, 일곱째, 한국어 학습을 잘 지원하는 교사, 여덟째, 학생 상호간의 다문화를 이해하고 조력하며, 타협하는 교사, 아홉째, 다문화 학생들이 소중한 존재라는 정체성을 갖게 하고 정서적 안정감을 주는 교사로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는 다문화 가정의 자녀들이 급증하는 우리 사회에서 바람직한 교사상은 무엇이고, 다문화 교육을 담당할 교사를 어떤 교사로 길러내야 하는가를 이해하는데 많은 시사점을 준다.
