본 연구에서는 국내 미기록종인 Euandrolaelaps yamauchii (Ishikawa, 1982)를 채집하여 해당종의 새로운 분포지로서 기록하였다. 또한, Euandrolaelaps yamauchii (Ishikawa)의 완모식표본과 한국산 표본을 함께 비교검경하여 개정된 분류학적 진단정보를 제시하였으며, 검경에 사용 한 현미경사진 및 도판과 국내에 보고된 Euandrolaelaps속에 대한 분류키도 함께 제공하였다.

본 연구는 국제경영전략 관점에서 해외자회사가 이전한 지식은 기업 경쟁력 강화에 언제나 긍정 적일 것이라는 가정을 비판하기 위해, 해외자회사의 역지식이전 수준과 기업성과 간 관계를 분석하 였다. 글로벌 기업 직원 256명을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과, 해외자회사가 본사로 이전한 지식 수 준이 높을수록 높은 기업성과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이러한 효과는 해외자회사의 역량 및 해외자회사와 본사 간 비전공유 수준에 따라 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 해외자회사의 역량이 낮거나, 비전공유 수준이 낮은 조직의 역지식이전은 기업성과에 부정적 영향을 제공하는 것 으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 역지식이전 과정에서 글로벌 기업의 형태적 통제기제와 사회 적 통제기제가 요구되고 있음을 제시하였다.

This paper explores the illegal Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories, focusing on the West Bank and Gaza after 1967. It employs a qualitative research approach, analyzing primary and secondary sources to examine the legal ramifications of Israel’s ongoing occupation and settlement expansion, which violate international law. The findings highlight that, despite various international resolutions, Israel continues its unlawful presence. Key legal rulings, such as the International Court of Justice’s decision of July 19, 2024 and a UN General Assembly resolution in September 2024, reaffirm the illegality of Israel’s actions. Nonetheless, Israel has ignored these calls for withdrawal and persists in expanding settlements. The paper argues that the UN member states must enforce international legal rulings and hold Israel accountable through international courts. It advocates for the imposition of economic and diplomatic sanctions by the UN Security Council to curb settlement expansion and dismantle existing illegal settlements, emphasizing the need for coordinated international efforts to achieve justice for Palestine.

본 연구는 신흥시장 다국적기업(EMNEs)의 국제화 과정에서 핵심 요인으로 작용하는 제도적 거 리(institutional distance)에 대한 전략적 적응 양상을 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 키워드 분석에는 VOSviewer를 활용하였으며, 그 결과 여섯 개의 주요 연구 주제 가 도출되었다. 각 클러스터는 EMNEs와 제도적 거리 관련 연구의 다양한 하위 주제를 포괄하고 있다. 선행연구는 제도적 거리가 EMNEs의 국제화에 대해 제약이자 동시에 기회로 작용할 수 있 음을 보여준다. 문화적, 지리적, 규제적 거리는 운영상의 어려움을 야기할 수 있지만, 혁신과 전략 적 적응을 유도하고, 제도적 공백 속에서 새로운 기회를 창출할 수 있는 기반이 되기도 한다. 본 연 구는 체계적 문헌 고찰을 통해 위험 완화를 위한 제도적 프레임워크 활용, 자원 확보를 위한 국경 간 인수합병, 그리고 제도적 정렬을 통한 혁신 촉진 등과 같은 주요 전략들을 도출하였다. 이를 바 탕으로, EMNEs의 전략적 적응 및 제도적 거리 연구의 진화 경로를 분석하고, 체계적 이해를 위한 분석 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다. 아울러, 트럼프 정부 2기 출범에 따른 제도 환경의 변화가 EMNEs에 미친 영향을 분석하고, 이에 기반한 향후 연구 방향을 제안하였다.

As digital transformation accelerates, platform business has become a core business model in modern society. Platform business has a network effect where the winner takes all. For this reason, it is crucial for a company's pricing policy to attract as many customers as possible in the early stages of business. Telecommunication service companies are experiencing stagnant growth due to the saturation of the smartphone market and intensifying competition in rates, but the burden of maintaining communication networks is increasing due to the rapid increase in traffic caused by domestic and foreign CSPs. This study aims to understand the dynamic characteristics of the telecommunications market by focusing on pricing policy. To this end, we analyzed how ISPs, CSPs, and consumers react to changes in pricing policy based on the prisoner's dilemma theory. The analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the market was conducted through simulation using the Agent-Based Model.

본 연구는 다시마 양식을 위한 통합 자동화 시스템을 개발하고, 이를 통해 생산성, 비용 효율성, 환경적 지속 가능성을 모두 개선하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 기존의 노동 집약적 수확 방식과 넓은 공간을 필요로 하는 수평 건조 방식은 비효율적이며, 환경적 부작 용을 초래했다. 이에 본 연구는 자동화된 수확 시스템, 해상-육상 연계 운송 시스템, 그리고 수직 건조 시스템을 통합적으로 개발하여 양 식업의 생산성을 극대화하고 자원 사용을 최적화하였다. 자동화된 수확 시스템은 작업 속도를 약 35% 향상시켰으며, 작업의 일관성을 유지하여 품질 오차율을 2% 이하로 줄이는 성과를 보였다. 해상-육상 연계 운송 시스템은 모듈형 컨테이너를 활용하여 운송 중 손상률 을 기존 15%에서 5%로 감소시켰고, 운송 시간을 평균 6시간에서 4시간으로 단축하였다. 또한, 수직 건조시스템은 고밀도 적재와 자연 대류 방식을 도입하여 건조 시간을 기존 48시간에서 28시간으로 40% 단축하였으며, 에너지 소비를 25% 감소시켰다. 이러한 시스템은 데이터 기반으로 설계 및 검증되었으며, 통합적으로 양식업의 경제성 향상과 환경적 부담 감소를 동시에 실현하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다른 해조류 양식에도 적용 가능하며 지속 가능한 해양 자원 관리에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

As product packaging becomes an increasingly important tool for conveying brand images to consumers, eco-friendly packaging (EFP) is being extensively adopted by fashion companies. Given this trend, the need for research examining consumer responses to fashion products featuring EFP has increased. This study investigates the effects of attitude and subjective norms on consumers’ purchase intention of fashion products using EFP, and further explores the moderating roles of gender and ethical self-identity (ESI). A survey including 360 male and female consumers in their 20s and 30s was conducted, and the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that both attitude and subjective norms positively influence purchase intention. Gender moderated the relationship between subjective norms and purchase intention, with males exhibiting higher purchase intention than females when influenced by social norms. ESI also moderated the relationship between attitude and purchase intention, as well as between subjective norms and purchase intention. Individuals exhibiting higher levels of ESI showed stronger alignment between their attitudes or perceived norms and their purchase intention of EFP products. These findings provide valuable insights and establish a foundational understanding of the key determinants of purchase intention for fashion products with EFP. Furthermore, they provide theoretical insights into sustainable consumer behavior and offer practical implications for fashion marketers seeking to promote eco-conscious consumption.

Sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) is a thorny, nitrogen-fixing shrub native to Europe and Asia. Known as the “vitamin tree,” sea buckthorn is an important fruit resource for the Mongolian people. However, comparative studies on the antioxidant activity of wild sea buckthorn in Mongolia are still lacking. Therefore, the objective of this research was to determine the optimal extraction method to maximize its functional properties and to evaluate the antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of wild Mongolian sea buckthorn berry extracts. The wild Mongolian berries were extracted using hot water, 70% methanol, and 70% ethanol through three different extraction methods: homogenizer-assisted extraction, ultrasonication-assisted extraction, and Soxhlet extraction. The antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of the sea buckthorn extracts were assessed by measuring total phenolic content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), DPPH free radical scavenging activity, ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP), reducing power, nitric oxide (NO) radical scavenging capacity, nitrite scavenging activity, and the diameters of inhibition zones against foodborne pathogens. The DPPH free radical scavenging capacity and FRAP of the sea buckthorn berries extracted using Soxhlet with 70% ethanol were 57.36% and 1.035 mg FSE/g, respectively. The Soxhlet 70% ethanol extract also exhibited the highest reducing power (1.961), NO radical scavenging ability (64.7%), and nitrite scavenging ability (62.4%) among the tested samples. The hot water, 70% methanol, and 70% ethanol extracts exhibited concentration-dependent antimicrobial activity. The homogenizer-assisted 70% ethanol extract formed a clear inhibition zone of 13 mm against Salmonella enteritidis.

Background: With the increase of seated work, interest in forward head posture (FHP) has grown. Prolonged computer tasks with FHP have been considered a factor that increases the stiffness and tone of the upper trapezius (UT) muscle. Traditionally, many studies have measured the craniovertebral angle (CVA) in standing positions to assess FHP, making it difficult to determine whether the CVA measured in a habitual working posture correlates with the stiffness and tone of the UT muscle in office workers. Objects: This study aimed to investigate the relationship among CVA, UT muscle stiffness, and tone in both habitual working and standing postures among asymptomatic office workers. Methods: Forty asymptomatic office workers participated in the study. CVA was measured in both habitual working and standing postures. Stiffness and tone of the UT muscle were assessed after a 10-minute computer task. Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to investigate the relationship between CVA and stiffness and tone of the UT muscle. Results: No significant correlations were found between CVA in standing posture and the stiffness and tone of the UT muscle. However, moderate negative correlations were observed between CVA measured in the habitual working posture and both the stiffness (dominant: r = –0.490, non-dominant r = –0.465) and tone (dominant: r = –0.501, non-dominant r = –0.446) of the UT muscle. Conclusion: This study highlights that decreased CVA in habitual working posture is associated with increased stiffness and tone of the UT muscle in asymptomatic office workers. Therefore, measuring CVA in the habitual working posture should be considered when evaluating stiffness and tone of the UT muscle.
