연안 경비함정의 선상근무 환경은 육상근무 환경에 비하여 매우 열악하여 선상근무 기피와 선원 고령화의 원인이 되고 있다. 특히 선박내 공기오염과 전자파는 직업병을 유발시키는 원인이 된다. 따라서 안락한 선상근무 환경 및 거주 환경의 확보를 통하여 선상근무 피로도를 경감시키는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 선박내의 공기오염과 전자파의 실선 계측을 통하여 선상근무 환경을 체계적으로 평가한다. 그리고 선상근무 환경의 평가 결과에 기초하여 선상근무 피로도 경감대책을 제안한다.

방향구속 전력최소화법(Directionally Constrained Minimization of Power; DCMP)과 제로포싱방법(Zero Forcing; ZF)은 어레이 안테나에 수신된 신호들로부터 채널응답 벡터인 Spatial Signature를 추정하고, 이를 이용하여 최적웨이트(Optimal Weight)를 결정함으로써 어레이 출력 SINR(Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio)을 향상시킬 수 있는 알고리즘들로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동국 주변에서 다중산란된 수신신호들이 어레이 안테나에 수신되는 환경에서 DCMP와 ZF방법의 성능을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 ESPRIT를 이용하여 수신신호들의 도래각(Direction of Arrival; DOA)과 확산각도(Angular Spread; AS)를 추정하여 Spatial Signature를 구한 후, 그 결과치를 이용하여 DCMP와 ZF방법으로 어레이 출력신호를 합성하였다. 모의 실험을 통하여 어레이 출력 SINR성능을 평가하고 이론적 성능결과와 비교하였다.

The Ministry of Education announced the final decision of Educational Basic-Chinese-Characters by changing 44 characters from the existing 1800 characters. There could be a controversy on this subject, however careful they chose, if they put a limitation with the number of character when they made a choice Basie-Chinese-Characters. In this paper, I'd like to tell you we must to select basic graphemes for solving that controversy with choosing Basic-Chinese-Character. For thes work, I analyzed the part of meaning and sound with 1800 characters which already were selected, of letter numbers, could be brought to a settlement through the process that extracted graphemes joined together again. I hope this study could be helpful for choosing basic graphemes through working of extracting graphemes.

This study intends to classify and analyze the problem of rural villages on the basis of existing ecological and cultural resources. Based on the results of this study, rural villages in Korea can be divided into 4 types - (1) the village abundant in both ecological and cultural resources, (2) the village abundant in only ecological resources, (3) the village abundant in only cultural resources and (4) the village insufficient in two resources. And further, this study found that most ecological resources in rural villages are deteriorated or deteriorating. Even worse, the cultural resources are diminished or diminishing. It is suggested that the ecological and cultural resources need to be taken into account in the process of rural village planning.

해난사고에 있어 어선의 사고율은 높은 비율을 차지한다. 특히, 소형어선의 사고율이 가장 높아, 이러한 사고를 예방할 수 있는 기술들이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 충돌회피를 위한 자동제어를 두 가지 과정으로 구성하고 있다. 하나는 퍼지추론을 이용한 위험도의 추론이며 나머지는 첫 번째 과정에서 계산된 위험도를 토대로 선박을 조종하는 과정이다. 위험도를 평가하기 위해서 선박의 위치와 충돌예상시점에 의한 정보(DCPA and TCPA)를 이용하였다. 이 방법의 실효성을 검증하기 위해 어선의 충돌회피운동을 MMG 수학모델에 의해 시뮬레이션 하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 선박의 충돌회피에 유효함을 알아다.
