This study was conducted for clarifying distribution and characteristics of marshy Ericaceae plants on Mt. Changbai in China. The marshy Ericaceae plants in wetland of Mt. Changbai were investigated on about 1400 m altitude. This region is various developmental wetlands and vegetation mixture of needle-leaf trees and broad-leaf trees. This region also is start point of the coniferous forest zone in Mt. Changbai. As results of these researches, L. palustre var. diversipilosum and L. palustre var. decumbens populations were investigated in Larix olgensis var. amurensis community. R. lapponicum subsp. parvifolium var. parvifolium community appeared as a typical community. Environmental conditions of L. palustre var. diversipilosum and L. palustre var. decumbens populations' habitats are more soil humidity and shade condition. R. lapponicum subsp. parvifolium var. parvifolium community habitat, however, has more deposits and humidity condition. The biological activities of Smilax china L. rhizome (SCR), hot water (SCRW) and 70% ethanol extract (SCRE) were analyzed. The total phenolic contents of SCRW and SCRE were 51.7 and 100.5 mg/g, respectively. The measured flavonoid content of SCRW (61.7 μg/g) was almost double that of SCRE (31.7 μg/g). SCRE (IC50=42.4 μg/mL) exhibited stronger antioxidant activity in the DPPH system than the positive control α-tocopherol (71.3 μg/mL) or butylated hydroxy anisole (53.8 μg/mL) did. SCRE (IC50=50.3 μg/mL) also showed stronger ABTS radical scavenging activity, as did α-tocopherol (67.1 μg/mL). The SOD-like activity and Tyrosinase inhibition activity of SCRW and SCRE showed almost the same pattern. The best SOD-like activity and tyrosinase inhibition activity were measured as 24.9% and 20.3% in SCRW at 1,000 μg/mL, respectively. The cytotoxic effects of the SCR extracts were analyzed via MTT assay on human cancer and normal cells. SCRW and SCRE did not show cytotoxicity up to the concentration of 1,000 μg/mL against the normal human cell line HEK293. Against human breast cancer cells (MCF-7), SCRW inhibited MCF-7 growth (by 27.6%) better than the anticancer drug cyclophosphamide (15.5%) at 1,000 μg/mL. SCRE (1,000 μg/mL) inhibited the growth of human lung cancer cells A549 (37.6%) and human stomach cancer cells AGS (53.6%) more effective than did SCRW (21.0% and 35.4%) or CPA (22.2% and 31.7%). These results suggest the potential use of SCRE and SCRW as an excellent antioxidant and antiproliferative substance, respectively.
In this study, we investigated the contents of total polyphenol (TP), total flavonoid, and absorbance at 475 nm (OD475) which may produced in solid-fermented leaf of Smilax china L. by Aspergillus oryzae as a new functional components with reddish brown color, contents of water soluble substance (WSS), electron donating ability (EDA), Hunter L*, a*, b* values, sensory overall acceptability (OA) and also, the inhibitory activities (XOI and AOI) against partial purified xanthine oxidase (XO) and aldehyde oxidase (AO) from rabbit liver which were well known to relate the gout, and alcoholic liver disease, respectively in order to optimize water extraction using response surface methodology (RSM). All the R2 values of the second-order polymonials ranged from 0.85 to 0.98, except for the EDA (0.69) and the XOI (0.78). However, the activities of the EDA and XOI were relatively high in the lower concentration of the fermented Smilax china L. leaf. The effects on the water extraction were highest in the concentration, among the dependent variables, and showed significant differences at the 1% level in the TP, TF and WSS contents and the a*, b* and OD475 values, but the OA showed significant differences at the 5% level. The optimal values of AOI, which was the most important functionality in the Smilax china L. that was predicted via RSM, were 59.48% at the 2.19% concentration, a 90.02°C extraction temperature and a 4.03 minute extraction time (R2: 0.93, p<0.007). The ranges of all the dependent variables of the optimal water extraction were 1.6~1.8% for the concentration, 83~93°C for the temperature and 3.4~4.4 minutes for the extraction time; and the optimal water extraction conditions were a 1.7% concentration, an 88°C extraction temperature and a 3.9-min extraction time.
Started in early 2011, China’s new round of real estate regulation policy, aiming to bring down housing price to a reasonable level, suppressed the speculative and investment housing demand remarkably. Under the purchase control policy, housing prices in some cities fell in 2012 compared to a year ago, but housing prices in a number of megacities still remained in high level. Through introducing the housing price income ratio, the article talks about the algorithm for calculating reasonable housing price and price income ratio, thus determines the upper limit of reasonable price income ratio for different kinds of cities. It also calculates the degrees of exceeding the upper limit of the reasonable price income ratio, on the basis of which, the control standards of housing price are determined and the housing price control strategy model is established for the first time. At the end of this article, effective long-term measures for stabilizing the housing price after the reasonable return of housing prices are also presented.
Hahoe Mask Dance is one of the most representative Korean Mask Dances in traditional folk customs. With the longest history among all the Mask Dances, it is the only one that has been appointed as the national treasure. The particular figure designs and tinges in Hahoe Mask Dance not only reflect the traits of characters in the plays but also present to the world the Korean tradition and its immanent thoughts, culture, morality, arts and so on. If kimchi is the most representative food of Korea, Hahoe Mask Dance must be the most representative face.
In China, Beijing Opera, as the most influential one, enjoys the fame as “national opera”. It has been spread to the whole world and has become an important means to introduce Chinese traditional culture. The painting on the face of an opera performer is called a facial mask which is a big characteristic of Beijing Opera. The facial masks can help the audience to understand the plots of an opera. hey are different based on different roles. For the roles of “Sheng” and “Dan”, the facial makeups are quite simple with little cosmetics. So they are often called as “handsome makeup”, “plain face” or “clean face”. As for the roles of “Jing” and “Chou”, their facial masks are more complex. “Jing”, particularly, is always heavily painted with complicated designs. So it is often called “flowerish face”. The facial masks in Beijing Opera mainly refer to the facial paintings of “Jing”.
The article is aimed at an analysis and a comparison between Hahoe Mask Dance and Beijing Opera in the aspects of figure designs, tinges and colors, hence to understand the traditional cultures of both countries deeply.
본 연구는 재중(在中) 한국인 유치원 교사들이 교직생활에서 경험한 교육과정 운영, 유아들의 생활을 질적으로 탐구하고 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 중국 산동성 칭다오(靑島)시 C한국학교 병설유치원 교사 3명과 K한국국제학교 부설유치원 교사 1명의 면담, 교사저널, 연구자의 약기, 기타 자료를 수집하여 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 재중 한국인 유치원 교사들이 경험한 교육과정 운영은 본국과 연계된 교육과정으로 가르치기, 전문성 개선의 한계를 느끼는 외로운 타국살이, 타국에서 한국의 새싹들을 가르치는 교사이면서 애국자로 나타났다. 재중 한국인 유치원 교사들이 경험한 유아들의 생활은 유아들에게서 느껴지는 자연스러운 이중문화, 변해가는 유아들에 대한 안타까움, 유아들에게 정체성 확립시켜 주기로 나타났다. 또한 재중 한국인 유치원 교사들이 경험한 학부모와의 관계는 학부모들과 함께 소통하기, 때로 어려운 가정과의 연계, 학부모들에게 받은 감사 그리고 응원으로 나타났다.
Fruit quality traits like heat, color and flavor are unique and important for pepper cuisines and industrial use. Pepper pigments include chlorophyll, carotenoids, anthocyanin and red pigments like capsanthin are unique carotenoids to capsicum spp. So developing carotenoids-rich peppers and use of red pigments extraction along with capsaicinoids are one of interest pepper breeding goals in the world.
Horticultural traits of 113 germplasms introduced by international cooperative research with YASS of China were evaluated to select promissing materials for high quality peppers during the past 3 years. All of germplasms including 60 local peppers were belong to C. annuum and fruit characteristics were diverse. Especially fruit chemical compositions like ASTA color, capsaicinoids and sugars were evaluated compared with korean commercial peppers. Average contents of ASTA color was 98±37, 55±63mg in capsaicinoids and 12±6% in total sugars. ASTA color which generally means red pigments content was over 120 in 25 germplasms including over 200 in 2 germplasms. Higher ASTA colors were observed in different fruit types. Capsaicinoids content was over 90mg/100g in 24 germplasms including 5 germpalsms over 200mg. Especially higher capsaicinoids were higher in local peppers with round and wrinkled fruit shape. And total sugar content was over 20% in 10 germplasms. Germplasms of different fruit shapes and characteristics will be useful materials for diverse fruit quality breeding.
In this prolonged economic recession, the countries in Northeast Asia play a crucial role in the global market and the relationship between Korea and China gets more attention due to its significant achievement during the past 20 years after the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1992. In this regards, this study presents general overview of Korea-China Car Ferry Route and evaluates the efficiency level of each operating route using DEA model. Incheon-Yingkou, Incheon-Lianyungang, Pyeong Taek-Lianyungang are analyzed as efficent routes, while from the view point of passenger efficiency, 4 routes i.e, Incheon-Dalian, Incheon-Dandong, Pyeong Taek- Weihai, Gunsan-Shidao are also noted as efficient routes. Consequently, other inefficient routes can benchmark these efficient routes by increasing cargo volume and passengers.
90년대 초반 한 중 간 교역확대와 이에 따른 물동량 증대에 힘입어 중국발 Sea & Air 운송 화물은 연평균 50% 이상의 높은 증가세를 보였다. 하지만 90년대 후반을 기점으로 증가폭이 둔화되었으며, 최근에는 정체 및 감소의 형태를 보이고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 한중간 교역의 지속적인 성장패턴과는 다소 상이한 형태를 나타내는 Sea & Air 운송의 향후 물동량을 전망하고, 이에 대한 활성화방안을 제시하는 것은 시급한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 Sea & Air 운송의 물동량을 예측하며, Sea & Air 운송의 활성화 요인을 도출하고, 이들 요인의 중요도를 파악하여 시행을 위한 우선순위를 확정하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법론은 ARIMA와 Fuzzy-AHP(퍼지계층분석법)를 사용하였다. ARIMA 분석을 위해 2007년부터 2012년 4월까지의 실적치를 사용하였으며 2015년까지 물동량을 예측하였다. ARIMA 예측결과, Sea & Air 물동량은 2012년 약 4만 톤에서 2015년 약 3만 3천 톤으로 감소할 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 활성화 요인의 가중치를 도출하기 위해 Fuzzy-AHP법을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 대분류 활성화 요인 중 'Sea & Air 운송 관련 정보시스템 구축 정책'이 가장 중요한 활성화 요인으로 나타났으며, 세부분류 활성화 요인 중 '혼재가능 물류센터 건설'이 가장 중요한 요인으로 선정되었다.
Based upon the analysis of the former paper, this paper suggest that present problems existing in China's relevant laws and regulations, the difficulties in constructing China's maritime performing party system, the strategy in constructing maritime performing party in China. The writer focused on the strategies of establishing maritime performing party in China, and analyzed the problems which needed to pay attention. Finally, in the writer's view, China does not need to take part in the Convention, and can establish the maritime performing system by amending China Maritime Code.
중국경제의 급부상과 함께 물류산업이 최근 몇 년간 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다. 특히 한 중간의 물동량이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서 물류비용 절감을 위한 복합수송시스템의 도입 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 육상수송 위주에서 친환경적 수송수단인 철도, 연안해운 등으로 modal shift가 활성화 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이미 운용중인 중국의 기반시설을 고려하여 한중 열차페리 시스템 도입을 위한 기술적 시사점을 제시하였다. 열차페리 시스템의 기술적인 평가에는 선박뿐 만아니라 제반시설과 기술이 포함되어야 한다. 즉, 한 중간 열차페리 시스템의 도입을 위해서는 효율적인 modal shift를 위한 항만 및 철도시설, 그리고 운용기술의 확보와 표준화를 위한 작업이 선행되어야 한다.
Purpose - The article studies aims to construct the center of economy in the upriver area of Chang Jiang, and has realistic significance probing into the contribution of insurance essential factor market to economic development on the contribution role of essential factor market of insurance in financial industry development to economic growth in Chongqing in both aspects of direct and indirect contribution by the way of demonstration analysis. Research data and methodology - The data are from Statistic Yearbook in Chongqing in 1997-2008.The conclusion shows that essential factor market of insurance development falls behind of economic growth in direct aspect; BBD, BLD and FIR could pull economic growth, but ID just restrain economic growth in Chongqing. Results -The estimate coefficient sigh of BDD, BLD, FIR are plus but ID is not, it is to say the increase of bank deposit dump could impel economic growth, which is accord with general thought. Conclusions - At last, the article Having Studied on the contribution role of essential factor market of insurance in financial industry development to economic growth in Chongqing by the way of demonstration analysis.
Purpose - The study on the consumption structure of urban residents can help us to understand demand law and to grasp the changing consumption trend of people. Consumption structure is an important indicatorreflecting the people’s living standard. It is of realistic significance to study urban consumption structure. Research data and methodology - This study is carried out with data connected with urban residents from Shandong Statistical Yearbook for the period 2000-2010 analyzing eight commodity groups. The almost ideal demand system (AIDS) is one of the important models related to consumption structure. Results - This paper shows that firstly gives a brief introduction to AIDS. Then it makes an empirical analysis on the urban residents’consumption structure in Shandong province, China on the basis of AIDS model. Conclusions - the authorities are supposed to control the prices of HC, Foodstuff and Housing and encourage the consumption of HC, Housing, EE accordingly. At the same time, local government should increase the supply of goods connected with housing, HA, HC, and EE so as to attract more consumption from the urban residents in Shandong.
본 연구는 항만과 해항도시 지역주민의 삶의 질(QOL)간의 관계를 분석하였다. 즉, 항만이 당해 지역 지역주민의 QOL에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 연구내용을 진행하기 위하여 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 총 17개의 QOL 측정지표들을 선정하였다. 분석의 결과, 부산항과 대련항은 당해 지역의 QOL 측정지표인 인구1인당 일반세출결산액, 인구1인당 제조업체수, 인구1인당 제조업체고용자수, 도로포장율, 인구1인당 교통사고건수, 주택보급율, 인구1인당 금융기관수, 인구1인당 공원면적, 인구1인당 문화재수, 인구1인당 복지비, 인구1인당 화재발생건수 등에 공통적으로 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부산항은 QOL 측정지표인 인구증가율, 인구1인당 공중위생업소수, 인구1인당 공연장시설수, 인구1인당 학교수, 인구1인당 병상수 등에 의미있는 영향을 미쳤지만, 대련항은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 부산항은 인구1인당 범죄발생건수에 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 대련항은 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
"United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Carriage of Goods Wholly or Partly by Sea" was passed in July 3, 2008. on September 23, 2009 signing ceremony was held in Rotterdam. The system of maritime performing party is a special system in the transport convention, and constitutes an integral part of the Convention. Maritime performing party system is not the first system which brings in the carrier's independent contractor, but it is the most comprehensive and thorough one. It unified the duty of carrier's independent contractor in the maritime segment, and it is also an important progress in the developing process of international maritime legal system. There are some differences between the maritime performing party and China's current related system, i.e, the port maritime performing party and the intermediate performing party are included in the maritime performing party, and they can enjoy the carrier's exception clause and limitation of liability.
The purpose of this study is on comparing complementary forest of village between Korea and China. For this, Jinan of Korea and Qingzhou of China were selected through the pre-survey about the representative region of both country. The main research method was literature study, field study and interview with local residents. The comparative analysis between two regions was performed by frequency analysis of surveyed data. Which shows complementary forest of village in two regions has so much in common and also has many differences which is related with the local practical life. As a result, it was identified that the area and remained number, concentration degree of Jinan were greater than those of Cheongju. But it was identified that the linear form and location were similar in both regions. Through these identification, it is helpful to establish policy direction of both countries about the complementary forest.
