        The purpose of this study was to investigate the warming temperature and exposed time on the post-thaw survival rate and viability of bovine blastocyst cryopreserved by GMP vitrification. Groups of three bovine IVP blastocysts were sequentially placed into vitrification solution before being loaded into the GMP straws and immersed into LNwithin 20 to 25 sec. The warming rate was increased 2 times of warming temperature for improvement of post-thaw survival rates. The frozen embryos were warmed either at 35 or 70 for 1 or 2 sec and then diluted in sucrose solution. Post-thaw blastocysts were serially washed in 0.25 and 0.15 M sucrose in holding medium (HM: TCM199 supplemented with 10% FCS) and TCM-199 for each 5 min, respectively, and then cultured in TCM199 for 24 h. The rate of re-expanded blastocyst was significantly different fer 35 and 70 warming temporature (76.4 vs. 89.3%; P<0.05). The rate of re-expanded blastocyst at 70 for 1 sec was significantly higher than that for 2 sec (91.1 vs. 70.9%; P<0.05). The number of nuclei counted were significantly different among control, 35 and 70 (1218.5 vs. 10411.7 vs. 11410.3; P<0.05). These results indicated that the increasing of warming rate can provide high survival rates of bovine IVP blastocysts. Especially, the best viability of post-thaw blastocyst could be thaw at 70 for 1 sec. The warming temperature and exposed time far warming was considered to be limiting factors to the viability of bovine IVP embryos. he purpose of this study was to investigate the warming temperature and expose.

        In recent years, with the increase of people’s automobile travel, the traffic has become more and more congested, and the generated automobile exhaust aggravates the environmental pollution. In order to realize the development of the concept of low carbon and environmental protection, China’s new energy vehicles have developed rapidly, and plug-in hybrid vehicles have played a crucial role in the transformation of the automobile industry. China’s plug-in hybrid vehicle industry has developed so far and has become an important production and sales country in the world. Based on this, this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of China’s plug-in hybrid electric vehicle export trade, and proposes improved countermeasures, which is conducive to improving the export competitiveness of China’s plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.

        A new embryonic cell line (OFEC-17FEN) derived from olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus was developed. OFEC-17FEN cells were subcultured for <30 passages over ~200 days. OFEC-17FEN cells had a doubling time of 114.34 h and modal diploid chromosome number was 48. The pluripotency genes POU5f1 and NANOG were expressed in OFEC-17FEN cells. However, the lack of several pluripotency-related genes expression indicates that OFEC-17FEN cells are not stem cells. OFEC-17FEN cells transfected with plasmid pEGFP-c1 exhibited a strong green fluorescent signal at 48 h after transfection. Accordingly, OFEC-17FEN cells may be useful for both basic research and biotechnological application.

        Purpose - Considering the importance of housing needs to real estate market, domestic studies on real estate prices from the perspective of demand are basically based on macro-data, but relatively few are associated with micro-data of urban real estate demand. We try to find a reliable relation of elasticity of demand and commercial housing market. Research design, data, and methodology - In this paper, we have derived housing demand theoretic method and have utilized micro-data of residential family housing survey of downtown area in Kunming City in October, 2015 to estimate income elasticity and price elasticity of housing demand respectively and make a comparative analysis. Results - The results indicate that income elasticity and price elasticity of families with owner-occupied housing are both larger than those of families with rental housing. Income elasticity of housing demand of urban residential families in Kunming is far below the foreign average and eastern coastal cities level, however, the corresponding price elasticity is far higher. Conclusions - We suggest that housing affordability of urban families in western China are constrained by the level of economic development, and the current housing price level has exceeded the economic affordability and psychological expectation of ordinary residents. Furthermore, noticing the great rigidity of housing demand, the expansion space of housing market for improvement and for commodity is limited.

        Heat shock protein (HSP) 70, the highly conserved stress protein families, plays important roles in protecting cells against heat and other stresses in most animal species. In the present study, we identified and characterized four Hsp70 (RuHSP4, RuHSC70, RuHSP12A, RuGRP78) family proteins based on the expressed sequence tag (EST) analysis of the Korean rose bitterling R. uyekii cDNA library. The deduced RuHSP70 family has high amino acid identities of 72-99% with those of other species. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that RuHsp70 family clustered with fish groups (HSP4, HSC70, HSP12A, GRP78) proteins. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis showed the specific expression patterns of RuHsp70 family members in the early developmental stages and several tissues in Korean rose bitterling. The expression of 4 groups of Hsp70 family was detected in all tested tissue. Particularly, Hsp70 family of Korean rose bitterling is highly expressed in hepatopancreas and sexual gonad (testis and ovary). The expression of Hsp70 family was differentially regulated in accordance with early development stage of Rhodeus uyekii.

        Regulations in the EU, Japan, Korea, etc. require that foods and feeds made of or derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) should be approved and labeled according to a threshold. Recently, disease resistant transgenic rice was developed in Korea, which resulted from the transformation events involving choline kinase gene, OsCK1. In order to monitor unintended release of the developed GM rice in the near future, as well as to meet GM-labeling requirements, the development of a reliable method for detection of disease resistant GM rice is requisite. Here, specific primer pairs for the detection of GMO was designed on the basis of a introduced gene and the flanking junction sequences between a plant DNA and a integrated gene construct, and also SPS gene was used as an endogenous reference material. Specificities of all designed primers were tested through qualitative PCRs. Clearly, target specific amplicons could be detected from disease resistant GM rice event. In addition, the limits of detection (LOD) using the event-specific primers were approximately 0.1% for the disease resistant GM rice line. This result indicated that the developed detection method is suitable for the traceability of disease resistant GM rice, because of using the primer specifically corresponded to the junction site between plant genomic DNA and inserted DNA.         Very often has it happened that Korean flag ships were detained due to the defect of the ship itself at the port they are entering into by the system of Port State Control(PSC). It does matter because the high detention ratio of Korean ships causes to increase the survey ratio of Korean ships by PSC countries, which increases overall operating costs of Korean shipping companies. Therefore Korean government should take tougher action on the detention of Korean ships. The study uses 946 inspections to formulate the model of identifying PSC-weak ships by logistic regression analysis.
