        With the rapid development of information technology and education informatization, the informational teaching ability of university teachers has become an indispensable ability of university teachers in the “Internet” era. Improving the ability of informational teaching and adapting to the development of the times have become the only way for the development of university teachers. This paper explores the countermeasures to the improvement of the teaching ability of teachers in colleges and universities. Firstly, the paper expounds the basic connotation of college teachers' informatization teaching ability: information teaching awareness and attitude, basic ability of informatization teaching, information technology and curriculum integration ability, evaluation and innovation ability, etc. Secondly, analyzes the main problems existing in the information teaching ability of Chinese college teachers. Teachers in universities and colleges have a certain awareness of using infoumation technology in teaching, but their ability to apply information teaching technology is poor, expecially in application of informatization teaching resources. On this basis, we find out the countermeasure form the perspectives of the government, schools and teachers, aiming to promote the connotative construction and characteristic development in private colleges.

        As the constantly deepening integration and development of the Internet education, the impact of the Internet on China's higher education is becoming increasingly obvious.         With the development of economic globalization and political multi-polarization, the regional economic integration has become a great trend. Developing slowly of regional cooperation in northeast Asia reflects the great differences of culture identity. While the economic integration is developing vigorously worldwide, the northeast Asia falls behind. This situation not only means the economic interests contradictions of the regional countries, but also means that there is not a cultural identity in this area. If we want to prompt the region integration process we should strengthen the construction of the regional cultural identity. This paper analyzes the reasons of lacking of cultural identity in northeast Asia and point out the advantages and disadvantages of conutrcting northeast Asian cultural identity.

        After the founding of new China, with the change and development of china’s economy and society, China's child welfare systems are being perfected. The development process of China's child welfare system can be divided into several stages, every stages presented it’s unique characteristics. Although, child welfare system in china still in the early stages now. As regards institutional characteristic, the current China's child welfare system can be perceived as a narrower “complementary welfare”, cannot effectively solve the various problems. Therefore, China urgently needs enact unified law and establish corresponding administrative agencies, In addition, China will be necessary to advocate diversified child welfare concept. So, According to an analysis of the situation of China's child welfare system, this paper will pointing out the problems which existing in its system, And on this basis, proposed policy recommendations.
