The government is implementing a policy to expand eco-friendly energy as a power source. However, the output of new and renewable energy is not constant. It is difficult to stably adjust the power supply to the power demand in the power system. Therefore, the government predicts day-ahead the amount of renewable energy generation to cope with the output volatility caused by the expansion of renewable energy. It is a system that pays a settlement amount if it transitions within a certain error rate the next day. In this paper, Machine Learning was used to study the prediction of power generation within the error rate.
The feeding habits of the bighead croaker Collichthys niveatus were studied using 745 specimens collected by bottom trawl net in the West Sea, Korea, in April and October of 2016, 2017 and 2018. The size of C. niveatus ranged from 4.8 to 16.0 cm in total length. The stomach contents analysis indicated that C. niveatus consumed mainly euphausiids and copepods. C. niveatus consumed mainly euphausiids and copepods in all size classes. The dietary compositions of C. niveatus was not significantly different among size classes (One-way ANOVA, P > 0.05). As body size of C. niveatus increased, the mean weight of prey per stomach (mW/ST) tended to increase.
The diet composition of Arctoscopus japonicus was studied using 448 specimens collected in the coastal waters of East Sea, Korea. The size of the specimens ranged from 6.2-25.3 cm in total length (TL). A. japonicus were fed mainly on amphipods that constituted 76.1% in IRI. Euphausiids were the second largest prey component. The diets also include small quantities of crabs, copepods, mysids, cephalopods, monogeneans, and fishes. A. japonicus showed ontogenetic changes in feeding habits. Smaller individuals (6-10 cm, TL) fed mainly on amphipods. The proportion of amphipods decreased as body size increased, whereas the consumption of euphausiids gradually increased (10-14 cm, TL). As the body size more increased, the proportion of amphipods increased whereas euphausiids decreased (14-26 cm, TL).
본 연구는 TRIZ를 활용하여 국가발전을 위한 전략을 세우는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. TRIZ를 통하여 국가의 주요 문제점을 찾아보고, 핵심문제에 대한 원인을 분석하여 창의적인 해결방안을 찾고자 한다. TRIZ의 효과적인 활용을 위하여 TRIZ의 4가지 단계의 프로세스를 거쳐 문제를 해결할 때, 창의적인 아이디어를 도출해 낼 수 있으며, 창의적 아이디어를 얻기 위해서는 TRIZ의 몇 가지 툴을 이용한다. 이러한 TRIZ의 툴을 통하여 국가발전전략을 제시하고자 한다.
In this study, we improved the water-based condensation particle counter in Atmospheric Research Aircraft NARA and investigated the condensation particle number concentration over the Korean peninsula. Pump and set point information were changed to improve the instrument used by aircraft for observation. Ground-based observational result showed that the error between two instruments, which are water-based condensation particle counter and butanol-based condensation particle counter, was 4.7%. Aerial observational result revealed that the number concentration before improvement indicate large variation with unstable condition, whereas the number concentration after improvement indicate a reasonable variation. After improvement, the number concentration was 706±499 particle/㎤ in the West Sea and 257±80 particle/㎤ in Gangwon-do, and these are similar to the concentration range reported in previous studies. Notably, this is the first attempt to use aerial observation with water-based condensation particle counter to investigate condensation particle number concentration.
In this study, we investigated the optimal meteorological conditions for cloud seeding using aircraft over the Korean Peninsula. The weather conditions were analyzed using various data sources such as a weather chart, upper air observation, aircraft observation, and a numerical model for cloud seeding experiments conducted from 2018 to 2019 by the National Institute of Meteorological Sciences, Korea Meteorological Administration. Cloud seeding experiments were performed in the seasons of autumn (37.0%) and winter (40.7%) in the West Sea and Gangwon-do. Silver iodide (70.4%) and calcium chloride (29.6%) were used as cloud seeding materials for the experiments. The cloud seeding experiments used silver iodide in cold clouds. Aircraft observation revealed relatively low temperatures, low liquid water content, and strong wind speeds in clouds with a weak updraft. In warm clouds, the cloud seeding experiments used calcium chloride. Observations included relatively high temperatures, high liquid water content, and weak wind speeds in clouds with a weak updraft. Based upon these results, we determined the comprehensive meteorological conditions for cloud seeding experiments using aircraft over the Korean Peninsula. The understanding of optimal weather conditions for cloud seeding gained from this study provide information critical for performing successful cloud seeding and rain enhancement.
화장품 사용 전후의 피부 상태는 주로 시각과 촉각 및 피부 구조에 기초한 정성적, 정량적 방법에 의해 평가되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 화장품을 피부에 도포할 때 문지름으로 인한 마찰 소음이 발생한다는 사실을 기반 으로, 피부 문지름에서 발생하는 소리를 측정하여 청각을 기반으로 하는 새로운 피부 상태 평가법을 개발하고자 하였다. 우선 무향 조건에서 고감도의 계측용 마이크로폰을 사용하여 피부를 문질렀을 때 발생하는 소리를 계측 하였으며, 주파수 영역(1/3 옥타브 스펙트럼) 해석법을 이용하여 세정 전, 세정 후, 화장품 도포 후의 세 가지 피부 조건에 따른 소리의 스펙트럼 변화를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 세정 전보다 세정 후에 피부 문지름에서 발생하 는 소리의 세기가 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 화장품 도포 후에는 문지름 소음의 총 세기가 가장 작음을 확인하 였다. 또한, 화장품 도포 후는 도포 전과 비교해볼 때, 2 kHz 미만의 저주파 대역의 에너지는 증가하며 반대로 2 kHz 이상의 고주파 영역의 에너지는 상대적으로 감소하는 변곡점이 발생하였다. 화장품 도포 후에 변곡점 근처에서 에너지 차이가 반전되는 이러한 현상은 피부의 물리적 모델인 풍선으로 해석되며, 저주파 영역에서의 소리 세기의 증가를 설명하기 위해 “유연함 지표”를 도입하고, 고주파 영역에서의 소리 세기의 감소를 설명하기 위해서는 “부드러움 지표”를 도입하였다. 그리고, 이러한 소리 측정을 통한 유연함 증가와 부드러움 증가는 각각 cutometer와 primos을 사용한 피부 유연함 측정과 피부 거칠기 측정 결과와 유사함을 확인하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통해 유연함과 부드러움 지표를 사용하는 청각에 기초한 평가 방법은 새로운 피부 상태 평가법으로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
