        In this paper, the CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) parts were printed and cut in a large-scale additive and subtractive hybrid manufacturing system. A method to increase the strength and durability of a product by identifying the interlayer adhesion during the printing process of a large-scale additive manufacturing hybrid system was investigated. According to the printing conditions(CF content, deposition temperature, compaction process), the specimen was printed and cut to determine the tensile strength in the printing direction. As a result of the experiment, the highest tensile strength was shown when ABS-CF 20wt.% Compound was printed at 230℃ extrusion temperature, and the higher the CF content of the material, the lower the tensile strength. As a result of observing the inside of the test piece through an optical microscope, a large number of voids were kept inside the test piece. To remove voids generated inside the test piece, a compaction process was applied to the additive manufacturing hybrid system to prepare a test piece. As a result, void size decreased, and the strength of the part showed a tendency to increase. It is thought that additive manufacturing with high tensile strength can be obtained through studies on the optimization of deposition conditions in additive manufacturing hybrid systems.

        In this paper, the boom of a 30m class refracted insulation with outrigger on aerial elevating work platform is modeled as 3D CAD program of CATIA. The static and dynamic analyses are performed by using ANSYS and ADAMS programs, respectively. The refracted insulation boom uses acetal and the composite boom for insulation. And the composite insulation boom is modeled by using ACP (Ansys Composite Prepost) of ANSYS program. In order to analyze the durability of refracted insulation boom, the static analysis is performed and each analyzed part is stored as =MNF-type flexible body model. The dynamic analysis is performed with ADAMS by using the flexible model. As the result, these analyzes clarify the structural stability and dynamic durability (hot spot) of the refracted insulation boom.

        The aim of this paper is to clarify the structural stability of 30m fly(maximum working radius of 30m) and telescopic boom with composition. In order to reduce the weight and insulate, the boom of special vehicle has a 3-stage telescopic boom of DOMEX960, pocket part of acetal, 2-stage refracting boom of ATOS80, insulation boom of glass fiber composition and effector. In this process, CATIA is applied to create 3D modeling, then ANSYS are performed the structural analysis. The structural analysis is performed for a case where the thickness of the insulating boom of the ATOS 80 is 7[㎜] and the thickness of the insulating boom of the FRP material is 15[㎜] and 16[㎜].

        When working on electrical wiring and cable, Electrically insulated aerial work platforms must be used to prevent the electrocution hazards. Aerial work platforms with composition boom is able to increase the weight and height of the workspace due to the lightweight of boom. The aim of this paper is to clarify structural stability of 3 stage telescopic booms having an operator platform and an upper boom of composition(Fiber Reinforced Plastic) by comparing the general telescopic booms with steel material using computational analysis.
