        본 연구는 수확시기에 따른 사일리지용 옥수수의 생육특성을 구명하고자 2010년 4월 19일 파이오니아 31N27 품종을 수원 지방에 파종하였다. 7월 10일부터 9월 20일까지 10일 간격으로 수확하여 건물률과 수량조사를 하였다. 경엽의 건물률은 수확시기가 늦어질수록 꾸준히 증가하다가 9월 10일 가장 높은 58.5%를 보였고 그 이후에는 감소하였고(p < 0.05), 암이삭의 건물률은 직선적으로 증가하였으며 전체 건물률도 지속적인 증가를 보였으며(p

        RC-SC 이종부재 접합부는 SC구조의 적용구간에 따라 RC-SC벽체 수평면 접합과 RC-SC벽체 연직면 접합 등 다양한 접합부 형태가 발생한다. 그러나 이종부재 접합부의 다양한 형태를 실증실험으로 모두 검증하기에는 비용과 시간 등 많은 제약사항이 존재한다. 선행연구에서 유한요소해석을 통해 다양한 이종부재 접합부 형태의 구조 건전성을 확인하고자 접합부 해석방법론을 개발 및 검증한바 있다. 본 연구에서는 RC-SC이종부재 접합부 해석 방법론을 개발하는 과정에서 선 수행한 요소별 해석결과, 제한조건 및 마찰계수별 해석결과 등 해석 시 요구되는 단계별 변수 해석결과를 분석/결정하여 RC-SC 이종부재 접합부 해석방법에 활용할 최적화된 변수를 선정하였다.

        강판콘크리트구조 설계기준(KEPIC SNG)에서 RC-SC구조 이종부재 접합방식은 기계적이음방법인 베이스플레이트형 접합 방식과 미겹침이음 접합방식을 제시하고 있다. RC구조간의 동일부재 접합부는 설계기준에서 철근의 직경에 따라 이음방식 을 별도로 규정하고 있지만, RC-SC구조 접합부는 철근의 직경에 따른 접합방식이 설계기준에 별도 구분되어 있지 않기 때문에 대구경 철근에 대해서도 미겹침이음 접합방식을 적용할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 베이스플레이트형 접합방식의 경우, RC-SC접합부 구조가 복잡하여 향후 적용성 측면에서 불리할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나, 미겹침이음 접합방식은 구조가 단순하여 적용성 측면에서 유리할 것으로 판단되나, 추가 실증실험과 전산해석을 통해 적용성 확보가 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 미겹침이음 접합방식의 주요 설계변수인 타이바와 철근정착의 구조거동을 분석하였으며, 철근의 정착성능을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 도출 및 적용하여 구조거동분석을 수행하였다.

        When the SC structure is partially applied to a nuclear power plant building, an RC-SC connection part is generated between the SC wall and the RC slabs or RC walls. If the difference in flexural stiffness between the RC part and the RC-SC connection part is large, compressive failure of the concrete near the RC-SC connection part may occur. In this study, the flexural stiffness relaxation design such as the approach slab concept was applied and the fracture behavior was analyzed using finite element analysis. As a result, it was confirmed that concrete cracks near RC-SC connection part were reduced when flexural stiffness relaxation design is applied.

        In this study, we proposed a modified design equation for SC walls subjected to local impact load based on a series of experimental studies on the impact resistance of SC walls. Then, the results of the modified design equation was evaluated and verified based on the extensive experimental test data as well as numerical parametric analysis data. Finally we confirmed that the modified design equation provided reasonable results.

        When the SC structure is partially applied to a nuclear power plant building, an RC-SC connection part is generated between the SC wall and the RC slabs or RC walls. When the RC-SC connection part is generated, the compressive failure of the concrete near RC-SC connection part may occur if the difference in flexural stiffness between the RC part and the RC-SC connection part is large. Also, from the viewpoint of constructability, it is expected that a anchoring system which fixes the SC wall is required if the SC wall is raised above the RC wall. In this study, construction method with connection improvement is proposed to solve the problems expected from the structural and construction aspects.

        This paper presents the current status of development of assessment program for shock/Fire damage caused by aircraft impacts for NPP(nuclear power plants). According to international and domestic regulations, the design of nuclear power plants have to take into account the potential effects of the impact of a large commercial aircraft. In this study, we set up the practical application procedure to assess the shock/fire damage due to aircraft impacts for NPP in accordance with NEI(Nuclear Energy Institute)07-13 rule set and are developing the aircraft impact assessment program to reduce the effort and improve the accuracy.

        In the KEPIC-SNG, the domestic technical standard of the SC structure, the condition that the baseplate supporting the reinforcing bars is not bonded to the surface plate is suggested. However, if the baseplate is bonded only to the wingplate, all of the rebar loads generated on the baseplate will be transferred to the wingplate. The wingplate is expected to be conservatively designed in spacing and thickness to support the rebar load. In this study, the finite element analysis was carried out according to bonding conditions between surface plate and baseplate. As a result, it was confirmed that the overall structural strength was increased when the baseplate and the surface plate were bonded. Based on this result, it is possible to propose an economical design for the RC-SC connection such as increasing the wingplate spacing.

        In this study, preliminary analytical study on the middle scale impact test of SC(steel plate concrete) walls were carried out to evaluate the impact resistance performance of SC walls subjected to missile impact load. A total of 15 middle-scale impact tests will be carried out to investigate the impact behavior of SC walls. Pre-test impact analysis for all test cases were performed to decide the initial impact velocity. Calibrations of the analytical parameter were performed using preliminary test results.

        In this study, blast resistant performance of steel plate concrete (SC) and RC wall against blast load is compared. In order to quickly and easily perform the sensitivity analysis of blast response to explosion design variables, an equivalent single degree of freedom (SDOF) dynamic analysis program was developed. By analyzing more than 800 design variables, we could understand the effect of variables on blast resistant performance.

It needs to mechanical connection device to join RC to SC walls because ACI 349 presents that lap splices shall not be used for bars larger than No.11 bar. The tensile performance tests were performed to confirm structural integrity on the mechanical connection device. But performing the tests in accordance with various connection cases has limitations, such as time or cost. Therefore, computational analysis methodology is developed in order to verify structural integrity for various connection cases.

        Between the RC and SC structures, the connection method, such as baseplate type(mechanical splice) & noncontact lap splices, was suggested in KEPIC SNG. In previous research, baseplate type using #14bar were developed and their structural integrity was confirmed by the actual bending test. However, the structural integrity of noncontact lap splices using #14bar has not been yet confirmed through experiment. In this study, load-displacement curve of noncontact lap splices FEM model is compared with baseplate type analytical results. This research suggests the possibility of the noncontact lap splice for connection design in case of #14 dowel bar of RC Structure.

        In this study, the specific 3-dimensional plant model is developed to check the physical interference of structures and components which cross each other, and to reduce the interference errors occurred between interconnecting parts. Based on 3D model, the construction schedule is reviewed by 4D simulation to avoid construction activity overlapping. Also, the layout simulation of a large capacity crane is implemented to relieve interference on the run-time of a large capacity crane.

        In this study, a study on the structural safety evaluation method of steel-plate concrete(SC) walls subjected to explosive blast loads were carried out. Various approaches to assess the blast response were reviewed, such as static method, equivalent SDOF method, explicit FE method, and computational fluid-dynamic method. Finally, preliminary blast response evaluation of SC walls were performed using equivalent SDOF method.

        In this study, an analytical study on the effect of the support structure deflection on the impact test result was carried out to set up the accurate impact test method. Various impact analyses of the CEDM(control element drive mechanisms) impact test were performed using LS-DYNA commercial FE program. Finally, the effect of the boundary condition of the support structure and impact loading duration were investigated.

        Based on the fabrication experiences of modulization in the global country, tolerance guide of SC module was issued in the their Design Code. In case of KEPIC Code 2015, we have the same level of tolerance guide with other countries. But we need more specific technology and accuracy control system.

        The main control room(MCR) module in the auxiliary building has been reviewed to reduce the construction period. The main control room module are divided into ceiling & floor module and integrated combined module(ICM) including duct, tray, piping. In this paper, a numerical lifting analysis for ICM was performed to confirm the structural integrity. In regards of installation process, the constructability of the MCR module was reviewed as well. Consequently, it is concluded that the reduction of construction period is possible.

        The new technologies such as modularization are developed to secure competition against oversea NPP for APR+ Plant. To reduce the construction period, the SC structure and Half-SC structure modules were respectively applied to exterior wall and slab of the APR+ IRWST. In this paper, partitioning Methods of IRWST module, constructability and construction schedules were analyzed. Consequently, it is concluded that the construction period can be reduced by applying IRWST modules to NPP Construction.
