본 연구의 목적은 경찰공무원의 문화성향과 다문화수용성 간의 관계에 서 다문화경험의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 한국 사회의 다문화적 변 화와 외국인주민의 증가로 인해 경찰공무원들은 다양한 문화적 배경을 가진 사람들과 상호작용할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 경찰공무원의 문화성향, 다문화경험, 다문화수용성이 어떻게 상호작용하는지를 분석하 여 정책적·실천적 시사점을 도출하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 통계분석 결 과, 경찰공무원의 문화성향은 다문화수용성과 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였 다. 이는 문화성향이 긍정적으로 형성됨에 따라 다문화수용성이 높아진 다는 것을 의미한다. 또한, 다문화경험은 문화성향과 다문화수용성 간의 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다. 이는 경찰공무원의 문화성향이 다문화경험을 통해 다문화수용성에 미치는 영향이 있음을 시사한다. 따 라서 경찰공무원의 다문화수용성을 높이기 위해 경찰 조직 내에서 다문 화 교육 프로그램을 강화하고, 다양한 다문화경험을 제공할 수 있는 기 회를 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 다문화사회로 전환되고 있는 한국 사회에서 경찰공무원의 역할과 중요성을 재확인하고, 경찰공무원의 다문 화수용성을 높이기 위한 정책적·실천적 방안을 제시하고자 하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
Supplementing feed components is becoming increasingly difficult for various reasons, including increased shipping costs, decreased capture efficiency, and global warming. For this reason, much research has been conducted globally to find alternative protein sources. The black soldier fly (BSF; Hermetia illucens) is an important feed item for nutritional accumulation and has environmental consequences. Few studies have been conducted to determine the nutritional level of the substrate, but most of these studies have involved modifying the substrate material. The aim of this study was to determine the ideal crude protein(CP) content of a substrate for BSF rearing. The experimental treatment was separated into three CP levels (low, 13.5%; medium, 20%; high, 26.5%) in the substrate. The results showed that the BSF weight (6.46%) and protein conversion ratio (1.13%) increased as the substrate CP level increased (p<0.05). In addition, protein (14.38%) and lipid (13.12%) yields were significantly increased (p<0.05). The BSF CP level increased as the substrate CP level increased (p<0.05). CP levels in the substrate upregulated the levels of certain fatty acids, essential amino acids, and non-essential amino acids (p<0.05). In conclusion, the potential values of BSF as feed were improved as the CP level of the substrate increased; However, no difference was found between medium and high CP levels in the rearing substrate. These results suggested that the substrate CP level should be at the medium level for optimal product quality. In conclusion, BSF quality is influenced by substrate nutrient levels, necessitating the development of specialized substrates for effective rearing.
For sustainable livestock industry, black soldier fly as eco-friendly animal protein source is spotlighted for swine and poultry. However, most of black soldier fly is reared in dirty condition like food waste. In this study, we investigated the effects of fiber level on the growth performance and nutrient composition of black soldier fly reared in specific substrate. Treatments were divided in two as Low (fiber level: 7.1%), and High (fiber level: 14.2%) with a total of 50,000 eggs each. The rearing box had a dimension with 1064 × 507 × 320 cm (length × width × height). Black soldier fly survival rate (72.24 vs. 76.48) and substrate consumption (77.43 vs. 80.37) were greater in High than Low. However, bioconversion (10.59 vs. 9.80) and protein conversion (8.97 vs. 8.00) were increased in Low than High. Gross energy was higher in High compared with Low (4,133 vs. 4,208). Some of essential amino acid (Isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan) were significantly higher in High compared with Low, and non-essential amino acid (alanine, aspartate, glycine, proline, serine, tyrosine) were higher in High compared with Low. Acids such as C12:0, C14:0, C15:0, and C20:1 were higher in High compared with Low, while C18:4 was higher in Low compared with High. As a result, black soldier fly reared in high fiber substrate might be a preferred option for rearing and producing a reliable animal protein source for monogastric animal.
본 연구는 성인 학습자의 노후 준비도가 노인부양의식에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위함이며, 2023년 4월 13일부터 6월 29일까지 K 사이버대학교 성인 학습자 147명을 분석대상으로 삼았다. 수집된 자료는 분산분석, 단별량 및 다 별량 회귀분석, 상관관계 분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과 성인 학습자의 노후준비 도 영향요인 차이는 성별, 연령별에서 차이가 나타났고(p<0.05), 노후 준비도 에 따른 노인 부양의식 요인에 미치는 영향은 성인 학습자들의 경우 더욱 관심을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다 (P<0.05). 노후 준비도와 노인부양의식과의 상관관계에서는 결정계수 R값 은 경제적 부양요인과 정서적 부양요인(0.717), 신체적 부양요인(0.779)은 관계성이 높게 나타났다. 이는 노후준비를 어떻게 하느냐에 따라서 노인부 양의식과 노후의 삶이 영향을 미치고 있어 철저한 사전 노후준비와 긍정적 인 노인부양의식에 대한 변화 유도, 그리고 종합적이고 기초적인 유용한 자료 로 활용하는 데 함의가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of Korean language ability on the effect of marriage immigrants’ safety education attitude on safety awareness. A survey was conducted on marriage immigrants living in the Daejeon and Chungcheong regions, and the responses of 109 people were used for the analysis. After controlling for gender, nationality, age, educational background, period of stay, region of residence, and presence or absence of safety accidents, the analysis was performed according to the step-by-step approach of Baron and Kenny(1986). In order to verify the statistical significance of the mediating effect of Korean proficiency, the Sobel test was conducted. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that marriage immigrants’ safety education attitude had a significant positive (+) effect on safety awareness, and Korean language ability had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between marriage immigrants’ safety education attitude and safety awareness.
The purpose of this study is to analyze which factors affect safety awareness of foreign workers and international students. In the correlation analysis, individual characteristics related to the safety awareness of foreign workers were nationality, status of stay(visa types), place of work, educational background, and Korean proficiency while international students were relevant with only the types of residence. There were significant differences in the safety awareness of foreign workers in nationality, status of stay(visa types), region of residence, educational background, place of work, and Korean proficiency. However, there was a significant difference only in the types of residence for the international students. In the regression analysis of factors affecting safety awareness, there were significant differences in nationality, status of stay(visa types), place of work, and Korean proficiency in the case of foreign workers. It was analyzed that nationality and status of stay had a negative (-) effect, and the place of work and Korean proficiency had a positive (+) effect. In the case of international students, it was analyzed that only the types of residence had a negative (-) effect on safety awareness.
Purpose: This study aimed to construct and test a hypothetical model to explain predictive factors affecting nursing students' satisfaction and self-confidence in simulation-based education based on the National League for Nursing Jeffries Simulation Theory. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 305 fourth-year nursing students with experience in simulation-based education enrolled at universities in Gangwon-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and Gyeonggi-do. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. Results: The hypothetical model showed good fit with the empirical data: χ2/df 2.17, RMSEA=.01, RMR=.01, GFI=.95, AGFI=.91, NFI=.94, TLI=.95, CFI=.97, and PNFI=.68. Simulation design characteristics, teaching efficiency, and flow were found to affect satisfaction and self-confidence directly. A bootstrap test indicated that teaching efficiency and flow mediated the relationship between simulation design characteristics and satisfaction and self-confidence. Conclusion: Simulation educators should apply best practice that enhance teaching efficiency and flow through well-organized simulation designs, nursing students can attain satisfaction and self-confidence through simulation-based education.
도시유역의 강우-유출모형으로 많이 사용되는 SWMM 모형의 입력변수들은 관측의 한계, 모형상의 오류 등 오차를 가지고 있다. 이러한 오차들은 모의 결과에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 SWMM 모형 입력자료들이 가지는 불확실성 정도를 정량화하여 유출량 산정결과에 반영도록 하였다. 이를 위하여 민감도 분석과 Monte Carlo Simulation이 수행되었다. 민감도 분석결과 유역면적, 불투수면적비, 조도계수, 유역폭, 경사, CN값의 순으로 유출의 첨두값에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 매개변수별 1만회의 Monte Carlo Simulation 결과 첨두유출량의 분포가 입력인자의 분포와 동일한 정규분포를 따르는 것으로 나타났다. 모의된 결과는 SWMM 모의시 입력변수들의 불확실성에 따른 유출 결과의 정확도에 대한 판단기준을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
