The present study investigated fashion Instagram marketing, applying the concept of gamification. It set out to examine the following specific issues: 1) perceptions of flow, pleasures, dimensions of game dynamics (challenge, competition, achievement, reward, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and consumers), and consumer responses based on frequency and involvement in exercise; 2) the effects of game dynamics dimensions on flow and pleasure; and 3) the effects of flow and pleasure on consumer responses. An online survey was used to gather data and the study analyzed a total of 200 responses. The results of the study were as follows. Perception differences were found only in relation to exercise involvement. Competition, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and customers positively predicted flow. Among the dimensions of game dynamics, challenge, competition, reward, relationships among participants, and relationships between brands and consumers positively influenced pleasure. In addition, the study also found that pleasure and flow had positive effects on intention to participate and brand loyalty. Meanwhile, only pleasure predicted word-of-mouth. These findings suggest that fashion brands implementing Instagram as a marketing channel should seek to stimulate pleasure and fun to provoke positive consumer responses. Furthermore, the findings of the study provide practical and useful insights for fashion brands implementing Instagram marketing.
혐기성 MBR은 에너지 소비가 높은 기존 호기성 처리를 대체할 수 있는 에너지 중립형 기술로서 최근 하폐수 처리의 차세대 기술로 주목받고 있다. 혐기성 MBR은 다양한 장점을 가지고 있지만, 분리막 파울링은 해결해야하는 과제이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 막 파울링 억제를 위하여 섬유볼 미디어와 회전판을 이 용하여 혐기성 MBR의 막 파울링을 제어하였다. 혐기성 MBR을 이용하여 저농 도의 유기물 부하 조건에서 안정적인 처리수질을 보였으며, 유기물 부하가 높을 수록 높은 메탄가스 생산량을 보였다. 이를 토대로 혐기성 MBR의 적용에 효율적일 것으로 보이는 고농도 폐수의 처리 가능성 확인하기 위하여 음폐수를 대상으로 혐기성 MBR의 처리 특성을 살펴보고 고효율 혐기성 MBR 기술의 에너지 자립의 가능성을 평가하였다.

There are many risks in using grass cutter because of the pebble in grass and high speed rpm when the cutter hits the hard objects in grass. In this study, the existing patents are surveyed and classified for the new mechanism about the bottom safety cover. The new mechanism was modelled and the planetary gear are designed. The power source (engine or motor) will rotate the sun gear and the carrier of planetary gear is fixed into handle frame. The ring gear will drive the final cutter. The carrier fixed the bottom safety cover through the planetary gear hole at the handle bar. In this paper, we develop a new mechanism and analyze the idea for safe grass cutter and investigate the possibility of having patent through patent search.

This paper proposes an evaluation methodology of commercial Enterprise Resource planning(ERP) packages in the view if end users when the ERP system is employed especially in SMEs. Considering the characteristics and functions of ERP packages, five factors(vendor, technology, function, A/S, price) are obtained based on the review of literature. The proposed evaluation procedure consists of several evaluation items and processes which support the selection of ERP packages for a certain SME. When a company tries to implement the ERP system, the proposed method suggests the suitable ERP package for its own business environment.
최근 국민의 소득수준 증가에 따른 소아의 교정치료 등의 관심이 커지면서 치과방사선 검사의 건수가 증가하고 있어 부정교합 및 악골과 치아의 위치변화 등을 관찰할 수 있는 두부규격방사선촬영이 빈번해 지고 있다. 특히 검사 대상자가 방사선에 더욱 민감한 소아 층에 집중되어 있고 촬영 부위인 두경부에는 갑상선, 골수, 안구, 타액선 등의 방사선에 민감한 주요 장기가 위치하고 있어 피폭의 주의가 요구된다. 이 에 따라 본 연구에서는 Agfa CP-G Plus 필름과 MagicMax 선량계를 이용하여 두경부규격방사선촬영장치(V ATEC Pax-400C)에서 발생되는 X선의 2차원 선량분포를 측정하고 MCNPX 시뮬레이션을 통해 두경부 장기 선량을 계산하였으며 피폭저감 장치를 설계하였다. 두부규격방사선촬영의 선량분포는 구강악안면의 검사 목적 부위 이외에도 두경부 전체적인 피폭이 일어나고 두경부 주요 장기 중 갑상선과 식도, 눈에서 높은 피폭선량 값을 확인하였다. 그리고 설계한 피폭저감 장치를 적용에 따라 갑상선과 식도, 눈에서 70~80% 피 폭이 저감됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 치과방사선에 대한 선량 데이터 확보와 방사선 피폭 저감 연구 에 있어 매우 유용하게 이용될 것으로 기대된다.
