        This study is to identify the maintenance service quality of eco-friendly cars, which are rapidly increasing recently. Research is conducted by synthesizing research from the perspectives of internal employees and external customers by using the service profit chain model. Specifically, it is to study the overall structural relationship between internal customer satisfaction, physical quality, interaction quality, outcome quality, external customer satisfaction and long-term orientation. For the study, 202 questionnaires were collected from internal employees and 204 questionnaires from external customers. The results of testing the research hypotheses targeting the internal employee group are as follows. As a result of testing hypothesis 1, internal customer satisfaction has a significant positive (+) effect on physical quality and interaction quality. As a result of testing hypothesis 2, the service quality of eco-friendly car maintenance has a significant positive (+) effect on each other. As a result of testing hypothesis 3, physical quality and outcome quality have a significant positive (+) effect on external customer satisfaction. The results of testing the research hypotheses targeting an external customer group are as follows. As a result of testing hypothesis 2, in the relationship between eco-friendly car maintenance service quality, physical quality has a significant positive (+) effect on interaction quality, and interaction quality has a significant positive (+) effect on outcome quality. As a result of testing hypothesis 3, interaction quality and outcome quality have a significant positive (+) effect on external customer satisfaction. As a result of testing Hypothesis 4, external customer satisfaction has a significant positive (+) effect only on intention to reuse. Finally, as a result of examining the difference in perception between the internal employee group and the external customer group in eco-friendly car maintenance service quality and external customer satisfaction, it was verified that there was a significant difference only in outcome quality and external customer satisfaction.

        The objective of this study is to investigate patent trends of Daegu city which tries to introduce environment friendly energy and to develop new technology or new industry sprung from technology convergence on smart decentralized energy technology and other technologies. After applying network analysis to corresponding groups of technology or industry convergence, strategy for future energy convergence industry is provided. Patent data applied in Daegu city area are used to obtain research goal. The technology which contains several IPC codes (IPC Co-occurrence) is considered as a convergence technology. Path finder network analysis is used for visualizing and grouping by using IPC codes. The analysis results categorized 13 groups in energy convergence industry and reclassified them into 3 cluster groups (Smart Energy Product Production Technology Group, Smart Energy Convergence Supply Technology Group, Smart Energy Indirect Application Technology Group) considering the technical characteristics and policy direction. Also, energy industry has evolved rapidly by technological convergence with other industries. Especially, it has been converged with IT industry, and there is a trend that energy industry will be converged with service industry and manufacturing industry such as textile, automobile parts, mechanics, and logistics by employing infrastructure as well as network. Based on the research results on core patent technology, convergence technology and inter-industry analysis, the direction of core technology research and development as well as evolution on decentralized energy industry is identified. By using research design and methodology in this study, the trend of convergence technology is investigated based on objective data (patent data). Above all, we can easily confirm the core technology in the local industry by analyzing the industrial competitiveness in the macro level. Based on this, we can identify convergence industry and technology by performing the technological convergence analysis in the micro level. 1

        As the telecommunication technology and internet have prevailed in the world, the training systems for companies, distance-education system and e-learning system, change dramatically in order to overcome the environmental uncertainty and strengthen the core competency. There are two kinds of training systems: Web based training and postal service based training. In this paper, the service quality factors for postal service based training system are obtained by reviewing literature and survey. Then, the effect of service quality factors on educational performance is investigated by developing and analyzing 16 research questionnaires. The significance of educational effect is tested according to the characteristics of learners and training system, the level of learners' positions and educational curriculum.

        This paper addresses the financial performance effect according to the implementation of SCM packages. Eight financial performance measures were selected based on the literature review. KIS-FAS2004 data on the fifteen companies that implemented SCM packages before December, 2003 were collected to test the effect of SCM implementation.         The branch and bound techniques based on cut tree and eigenvector have been introduced in the literature[1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 10]. These rechniques are used as a basis to allocate departments to floors and then to fit departments with unchangeable dimensions into floors. Grouping algorithms to allocate departments to each floor are developed and branch and bound forms the basis of optimizing using the criteria of rectilinear distance. Computational results obtained by cut tree-based algorithm and eigenvector-based algorithm are shown when the number of floors are two or three and there is an elevator.

        The cut tree approach of Montreuil and Ratliff [1, 3, 12] is used to automatically draw a facility layout with aisles. The department arrangement can either minimize the rectilinear distance criterion or an aisle distance criterion. The aisles distance is measured by the door to door distance between departments. An eigenvector and cut tree approaches are implemented via branch and bound by Kim et al. [2], Tillinghast [10] and both heuristics are compared to CRAFT [4]. The proposed approach is based on the branch and bound technique, and in theory it will provide the optimal solution. If the runs are time and/or node limited, the proposed method is a strong heuristic.         Given the plant layout, the number of workers, the maximum number of machines that a worker can handle, and the preferences between each worker and each machine, the problem to minimize the deviations of workloads assigned to workers and to maximize the total preference between each worker and each machine is considered. The number of workers are fixed (no part time workers) because of the high expense of technology education and the increase of current employees. Since the workforce assignment problem in this paper is in NP-class, a heuristic algorithm is presented in multiple-row plant layout during according to two types (slow and peak) of periods. The proposed algorithm is developed based on the combination of a mixed model scheduling, simulated annealing technique and graph theory. The solution generated satisfies the zone constraint (machines assigned to a worker are adjacently located). Computational results show that the presented algorithms can find a good solution quickly.
