According to industrial disaster statistics by the Ministry of Labor in 2006, out of 11,688,797 people working at 1,292,696 business places that apply Industrial Disaster Indemnity Act, 89,910 workers were involved in an accident that more than 4 days of medical treatment requires. Among this figure 2,453 people lost their precious lives. "89,910 industrial disaster victims per annum" is showing the safety level of our industrial situation. To prevent such industrial disaster, the most typical and distinctive method is Accident-free Campaign. At the beginning, the movement arose with devotion through out the entire industry. But, the heartbreaking fact is that the fever is getting cool gown as times goes by. Therefore, opportunity for revitalization of this movement is required. The movement should be practically supporting principle of respect for human life and dignity. And it should be established with analysis on industrial disaster and systematize Accident-free Campaign totally in connected research.
A study wish to present relation of safety characteristic deployment, which has the safety demand, safety characteristic, protection characteristic, safety regulation, safety education of unit work process. Safety characteristic deployment will be used in safety management education system design with a method of safety management system construction of unit work process.
An industrial injury prevention has a basis on fundamental spirit of human respect rather than only injury prevention in company. The employer should recognize employee as a core part of an industrial management and use as a starting point of safety and health management rather than means of production. There are many reason for unsafety action without safety operation. The reason is no standard safety operation in company or the workers never get a enough education. Standard safety operation is prepared by paper for accurate directions and orders and operators must read the paper to prevent an error of action. Also an essential particular is safety of equipment and machine must be assumed to establish standard safety operation then safety of operations will be possible.
현대 산업사회에서 작업자들의 안전사고에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인 중 하나가 피로이다. 본 연구에서는 작업자들의 산업피로를 조사 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시할 수 있는 방안을 연구하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구는 모든 작업자를 대상으로 하는 것이 아니라 병원의 간호사를 작업 영역별로 소아과, 소화계내과, 일반외과, 응급실, 수술실, 중환자실로 분류하여 작업을 분석하고, 이에 따른 작업 피로 원인을 조사하여, 작업영역 업무별, 직책별, 신체부위별로 피로 영향도를 조사하고 이를 분석하고자 한다.
