This study was decontaminant to use hydrogen peroxide(H2O2), surfactant and microbial and to use field contaminated soil experiment was to evaluate the adequacy and processing possibilities. A chemical oxidation was applied to using 5% concentration hydrogen peroxide more than 75% removal efficiency for TPH. Surfactant result of using SOR-100 1% 5,066 mg/kg to 796 mg/kg as the highest efficiency. Microbial injected 106 CFU/g soil in the soil by 45 days result of low-contaminated soil 1,325 mg/kg, removal rate was 57.7%.

We have accomplished a various reaction experiment for a purifying agent selection which is related with efficient site demobilization about soil contaminated with the total petroleum hydrocarbon(TPH) in link of contaminated soil purification enterprise of power train center in Y railway car places of business for an oxidizer comparison experiment, we have differed consistency and implantation quantity of the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The result showed the highest 98.8% removal ratio, when H2O2 is 35% consistency. In the same way, the result which implants at 1:1 ratio (hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) : the catalyst (FeSO4 ․7H2O)) showed a similar result, when only the hydrogen peroxide was implanted.

The nut is one of the mechanical binding elements for the purpose of mechanical structure. But the weak point of the nut is that the binding force can be loosened due to various kinds of mechanical vibration. In this thesis, the new locknut is researched and developed to overcome the weak point of the existing nut. There is a spring inside of the locknut, which induces the pressure to the teeth of the screw by elastic force of spring and prevents unlocking of the mechanical structure. Therefore, by applying the locknut which comes out of this study to the mechanical structure, we can obtain not only the credibility of the products, but also the cost down through reducing the number of working process steps.

The detailed survey result estimate the contamination depth which executes the TPH(total petroleum hydrocarbon) soil detailed survey of analysis result is, about 0.25 ~ 3.0m the contamination area 836㎡, the contamination volume is 918.9㎥. But the tank bottom where the investigation is impossible and considering a circumference facility, the contamination soil will be able to increase. Consider the TPH(total petroleum hydrocarbon) concentration of analysis result, hereupon it will try to present the demobilization method which is suitable recommend Land Farming and Biopile.

This study presented the plan for treatment plant as investigating the technical examination of existing landfill leachate treatment plant at Geumgo-Dong and the plan of landfill leachate treatment with sewage treatment. The R/O process in 1st stage landfill leachate treatment plant(plant capacity:150m3/d) was closed in consideration of economical aspect and efficiency. It is to be desired that the 1st stage and 2nd stage landfill leachate treatment (plant capacity: 250m3/d) are combined, and are converted the Pretreatment process with nitrogen treatment process, and after total landfill treatment leachate happened from landfill site is pretreated it is transferred the sewage treatment plant. Ammonia nitrogen load of landfill leachate that was transferredthe sewage treatment plant(plant capacity: 300,000m3/d). This load is no problem at now, but it is need change the inflow line for sewage treatment plant and the enlargement of pretreatment process in case that the raw landfill leachate is increased.

The dewaterability of pig manure by heat pre-treatment was evaluated in this study. The specific resistance coefficient, a dewatering characteristic, was measured by time to filtration (TTF) test. The experimental conditions were set for heat treatment: 15, 30, 60, and 120 min at 120 ± 1oC and 16, 30, and 60 min at 135 ± 1oC, respectively. The specific resistance coefficient of pig manure was found to be 9.204 × 1011m/kg before treatment, and it gradually decreased with high temperature and long treatment time. Moisture content was decreased from 88% to 77% by heat pre-treatment, and its efficiency was better than mechanical solid-liquid separation with chemical addition. In addition to increased dewaterability, TOC (Total Organic Carbon) concentration was decreased for about 15-42%. Nitrogen concentration was also decreased due to conversion of NH4 +-N to NH3 gas by increased treatment temperature. Consequently, heat pre-treatment was effective for decreasing moisture content and organic matters, and it could have potential for nitrogen recovery.

Asbestos contaminated soil remediation was performed depending on wind velocity and water content using a wind remediation treatment device. The soil samples were collected from upland and paddy soil near inactive asbestos mine and 8% wollastonite was applied instead of asbestos due to health hazard. The wollastonite in soil was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) combined with energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). With 8 m/s of wind velocity, 86% and 92.8% of wollastonite in upland soil and paddy soil were releasable, respectively. When distance from air blast module in the device was 1 ~ 1.5 m, the removal efficiency was highly significant. The removal efficiency decreased as increased as the distance. The releasable wollastonite was significantly affected by water content rather than wind velocity, and this tendency was pronounced with paddy soil. With 0% water content, the correlation between distance and residual amount of wollastonite was low, while the removal efficiency of wollastonite was the highest. Consequently, the removal efficiency of wollastonite was increased with high wind velocity and low water content. For the effective asbestos contaminated soil remediation based on this study, controlling equipment for wind velocity and water content requires in pilot-scale plant and additionally enough air injection and sufficient volume of dust collection module are necessary.
