        PURPOSES : This study was conducted to evaluate the physical properties of the RAP 50 asphalt mixture containing polymer modified rejuvenator and warm-mix additive to improve the recycling rate of RAP and reduce CO2 emission. METHODS : Mix design of Polymer Modified Warm-mix Asphalt Mixture(RAP 50), and Hot Mix Asphalt Mixture(RAP 30) were produced and the properties of asphalt mixture such as Marshall Stability, ITS, Deformation Strength, TSR, and Dynamic Stability were compared between the two asphalt mixtures. RESULTS : The RAP 50 asphalt mixture showed superior or similar performances compared to the RAP 30 asphalt mixture in all the tests conducted. The results of the Marshall stability and dynamic stability in particular were 13,045N and 3,826 pass/mm, which were 11.37% and 76.7% greater than the RAP 30 asphalt mixture, which indicated that high plastic deformation resistance may be expected. CONCLUSIONS : The results obtained from laboratory tests on the two types of mixtures indicated that the use of polymer modified rejuvenator and warm-mix additive not only allows to increase the proportion of RAP but also improves its properties under lower temperature condition than RAP 30 asphalt mixture. Additionally, it was confirmed that plastic deformation resistance was high and moisture resistance and crack resistance were improved for a RAP 50 asphalt mixture.

        녹차분말의 첨가가 식빵의 품질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 녹차분말을 소맥분 대비 각각 0.1, 0.5, 1.0% 넣은 다음 호화도, alveogram 특성, farinogram 특성, 제빵실험. crumb softness 및 관능적 특성 등을 조사하였다. 소맥분의 호화개시온도는 64.30℃ 였으나 녹차분말을 첨가한 것은 62.40∼63.45℃로 낮아졌다. 최고점도는 녹차분말이 증가할수록 높아졌고 break down값도 같은 양상을 보였으며 노화정도를 예측할 수 있는 set back값 또한 녹차분말 사용량이 많을수록 증가하여 녹차분말을 사용한 식빵의 노화가 빠르리라는 것을 예측할 수 있었다. Alveogram에서 dough의 변형에 필요한 최대압력인 P값 (tenacity)이 녹차분말 1%일 때 162로 가장 높았으며 신장성을 나타내는 L값 (extensibility)은 74로 control보다 낮아 녹차 첨가가 반죽의 신장성은 줄이지만 반죽강화 효과는 커짐을 알 수 있었다. 빵의 부피를 간접적으로 알 수 있는 G값(swelling index)은 녹차함량이 증가하면 감소를 보여 실제 구워낸 식빵의 부피와 유사한 경향을 보였다. Farinogram의 consistency는 녹차분말 1%가 537FU로 제일 높았고 수분흡수율도 녹차분말 함량이 많아질수록 증가하였지만 반죽의 발전 시간과 안정도는 감소하여 녹차분말은 글루텐의 형성을 저해하지만 반죽의 consistency는 크게 함을 알 수 있었다. Hardness는 녹차분말의 함량이 많을수록 저장시간이 길어질수록 커졌으나 탄성도는 녹차함량이 많을 경우가 오히려 좋았다. 종합적인 관능검사의 결과는 녹차 0.5% 첨가한 것이 95로 가장 좋은 평가를 받았다.

        Using of the ground granulated blast furnace slag as the substitutes of cement mixtures is increasing. This is used about 40% as the substitutes commercially but recently there are several tests used the maximum 80%. When used as the substitutes of cement mixtures which can improve the durability, the watertightness and the sulfate resistance but there is reduced the concrete quality due to early strength reduction and the drying shrinkage increase. Therefore it is very important to make the curing environment which helps early hydration activation vigorously. In this study, the hydrate characteristics replacing the maximum 80% of ordinary portland cement with blast furnace slag powder and using the alkali activator to increase early hydration activation were considered and analyzed by the XRD, TG-DTA, SEM, From these tests results, the use of the alkali activator had the increase of the calcium hydroxide according to ages and the reach time reduced about 1 min. and 9 min. for the first and second peak respectively. The effects on the hydrate characteristics of using the alkali activator were not significant.

        Hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) is an ozone-depleting substance that is subject to environmental regulations based on the Montreal Protocol, and in Republic of Korea, which is regarded as a developing country, its use will be restricted in phase starting in 2013 until finally being prohibited in 2030. HCFC is regulated based on the Tokyo Protocol, HCFC is a regulated construction material for carbon dioxide reduction with GWP of 1,700 ~ 2,400 times that of CO2, with a GWP of 1. KS M 3808 than in the reference indicated in the C5 (15 : 15 : 20 : 50%) and C9 (20 : 10 : 20 : 50%) 0.33 mm 0.31 mm Cell size is shown in the analysis, etc. The compressive strength of the insulation, foaming agent mixing ratio according bending failure load, the thermal conductivity (initial and long-term), moisture permeability coefficient, combustible results, showed superior.

Using the CO2 in the heat insulating material in the extrusion process conditions are the first extruder, the polystyreneresin (melting point) and the blowing agent (CO2:Ethanol:HCFC) as interval (Mixing zone) which is the combinedpressure 11.0MPa, temperature 200oC, second within the extruder discharge pressure 6.5 MPa, and determines that it isdesirable to set the temperature of 115oC, the blowing agent mixing ratio (CO2:Ethanol:HCFC), taking into account thestability of the thermal conductivity of 30:20:50%, 25:25:50% is expected to be utilized in the foaming agent.
