현대 조직은 급속한 환경변화에 직면하고 있다. 기술은 예측할 수 없을 정도의 속도로 발전하고 있으 며, 조직구성원은 과거와는 달리 다양한 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 변화무쌍한 조직 환경에서 조직이 성공하기 위해서는 변화하는 환경에 적절하게 대응할 수 있어야 한다. 뿐만 아니라 미래의 변화 방향을 경쟁 조직보다 먼저 예측하고 변화를 선도할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서 조직은 조직 내 핵심역량을 최대한 활용하여야 하는데, 그 중에서도 가장 중요한 핵심역량은 조직구성원이다. 지속적인 변화를 강요 받는 시대에서 조직구성원은 지속적으로 새로운 아이디어를 창출하고 이를 실행하는 노력을 기울여야 한다. 따라서 조직구성원의 혁신행동은 현대 조직의 생존과 발전에 필수적인 요소로 주목받고 있다. 선행 연구에서는 혁신행동의 선행요인으로 개인적 특성, 직무특성, 조직적 환경의 영향에 대해서 논의하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 선행연구의 이론적, 실증적 논의를 기반으로 조직구성원의 혁신행동을 불러일으키 는 두 가지 요인에 집중한다. 첫째, 개인 스스로가 자신의 행동과 생각을 변화시켜 자기 스스로에게 영향 력을 발휘하는 셀프리더십이 혁신행동의 중요한 선행요인으로 작용할 것으로 가설을 설정하고, 이를 실 증적으로 검증하였다. 둘째, 조직이 자원을 할당하거나 조직구성원에게 분배하는 과정상의 의사결정이 얼 마나 공정한가에 대한 구성원의 지각인 절차공정성에 의해 혁신행동이 유발될 것으로 가설을 설정하고, 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 마지막으로, 개인적 특성과 환경적 특성의 상호작용이 어떤 양상으로 혁신 행동에 영향을 미칠 것인지를 논의하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 특히, 개인적 특성과 공정성의 상호 작용에 대한 선행연구의 결과가 불일치하는 점을 고려하여, 경쟁가설을 제시하고 이를 실증적으로 검증 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는, 첫째, 셀프리더십은 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 셀프리더십이 높은 조직구성원이 낮은 조직구성원보다 혁신행동을 더 많이 하는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 절 차공정성은 구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 조직의 절차공정성이 높다고 지각한 구성원이 그렇지 않은 조직구성원에 비해서 더 많은 혁신행동을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 셀프리더십 과 절차공정성의 상호작용은 혁신행동에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 셀프리더십과 절차공정성이 상호 작용을 하면서 시너지의 효과를 내기보다는 서로간의 효과를 보완 및 대체하는 효과를 가짐을 나타낸다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 시사점을 논의하였다. 또한 본 연구의 한계를 제시하고, 미 래 연구방향을 제시하였다.

The tower cranes are widely used in very useful construction machine the sites of constructing high-structure and have a structural sensitiveness. Therefore, the accidents have often happened due to the deficiency of laborer's understanding and lack of safety of structure. Till now, as we have research and studied above, we can properly protect accidents by construction equipments particularly crane as well as most disasters which occur frequently in construction site. The goal of this study is the safety inspection model of the tower crane a construction site, which preventible the collapse accident of tower crane which is constructed by using the correcting frame. In order to accomplish the goal of this study, the field survey, the reference investigation and the structure analysis were performed for the collapse accident of tower crane using the correcting data. This study will be proposed a build-up solutions about operating and release of safety constructions and researched about software safety estimation. Also, preventing safety problems of Tower Crane Construction site as applying safety estimation program and laws and regulations. As a result, The real time control of tower crane inspection system is implemented by to illustrate the application of the adopted optimal design model.

Construction Management(CM) that is the business innovation and method of construction management is introducing and implying the needs to improve high cost and low productivity structure and cope with very variable changes of construction market in construction industry within the country. But, safety management system is a very insignificant thing under CM. Consquently, We had been needed for the improvement about what the problem was. Therefore, My study raised the problem to the system and management by making a comparative study of the feature of the management method and the content of the accomplishment of safety management by using the consideration of the case about a big field of construction work implying CM within the country and proposed the active method of safety management.
