본 연구는 산업화 유망 식물인 회화나무의 이차대사산물 대량생산용 캘러스 확보에 필요한 기초조건을 확인하고자 수행하였다. 기내 배양한 회화나무 하배축을 2.0 mg·L-1 NAA + 0.1 mg·L-1 TDZ 배지에서 배양하였을 때 유백색의 부드러운 캘러스가 형성되었고, 캘러스 형성률 100±0.0%, 캘러스 형성에 걸리는 기간 7.1±0.03일, 캘러스 무게 249.8±12.73 mg으로 가장 효과적임을 확인하였다. 또한, 하배축에서 유도한 캘러스는 백색광 조건의 1.0 mg·L-1 IBA + 0.1 mg·L-1 TDZ 처리 배지에서 배양하였을 때 연노란색의 단단한 캘러스가 다량으로 형성되었고, 캘러스 생체중 186±5.4 mg, 면적 40.6±1.6 mm2으로 가장 무겁고, 크기가 우수한 것을 확인하였다. 기내 배양한 캘러스 소재 추출물의 추출수율은 50% 에탄올 추출 시 59%, 물 추출 시 54%로 확인하였고, 추출물 내 유효성분으로 마키아인 함량은 1.68 mg·g-1으로 검출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 산업화 식물로써 유망있는 수종인 회화나무의 기내 대량증식과 이차대사산물 생산성을 향상할 수 있는 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

This study aimed to categorize women’s body shapes by type after extracting prototypes of 25~34 year old Korean woman. The standardizing research service project conducted by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy in 2005, divided the age ranges of adult women into three groups: 18~24 years (young), 25~34 years (young-adult) and 35~49 years (adult). This study utilized this age division method to create a concrete body type categorization schema with the most marriageable period, 25 to 34 years old as target age the target age group. We used, measurement data from the 7th Korean Human Body Size Survey (Size Korea) for the body shape analysis. We completed a statistical analysis using the statistical program SPSS 21. After creating the body types using CLO 3D, which is based on the 7th Korean human body measurements, we input data for the average size for each type into the Avata. We then compared and analyzed the cross sections using the Rapidform XOR program. The results of the type-specific characteristics are as follows: big square body of obese body, small square body of plain flat body with tall, plain square body of plain flat with short, triangular body of lower body obesity there was. Significantly, the results of this study should facilitate the development of various apparel products using mass customization or easy-order systems.

This study is based on the results of the 7th Korea Human Size Survey (Size Korea). The standard body shapes of Korean women between 25 and 34 years old were analyzed and used to develop a prototype princess line for wedding dresses. or this purpose I conducted a literature review and a survey of the actual situation of domestic ligaments. In order to select suitable ligaments for the standard body type of 25~34 year-old Korean women, I collected the most representative ligaments from around the world: Stock man from France, Superior from the USA, KIIYA from Japan, and Pig and Nonno from Korea. They were then compared and analyzed. In the form of a formal wedding dress, a prototype princess line was developed by a draping technique in order to finely implement the human body fitting. To develop the prototype of the princess line, I made test garments with muslin. 25 to 34 years old Korean female standard body type Three human subjects close to the average measurement value were selected as subjects. An exterior appearance evaluation questionnaire was created with 28 questions focusing on the main parts of the prototype princess line. The clothes were evaluated three times. In this study, aesthetic and functional elements were considered for the development of princess line prototypes for wedding dresses. In addition, the amount of spare area was given differently. This study is significant in the achievement of a dress line closest that closely matches the human body line of the standard Korean female body type.

The recent fashion market failed to satisfy the needs of female customers in their 30s who are demanding a slim jacket that makes the wearer look young and slim. Accordingly, the slim-fit jackets of domestic brands targeting the women in their 30s were collected to conduct look and movement fitting evaluations based on the standard somatotype, and a slim-fit tailored jacket prototype was developed based on the present findings. This research aims to increase the satisfaction level of the slim-fit jacket customers reflecting a variety of somatotypes of women in their 30s. The research process was developing jacket patterns fully reflecting the properties in terms of extra space and design lines for different somatotypes of women in their 30s based on the jacket pattern formulated through the advanced research, and then suggesting pattern design methods for the different somatotypes. In this sense, this research attempted to identify the problems concerning the slim-fit tailored jacket fitting for different somatotypes of women in their 30s. The main aim was to suggest ways to improve the customers’ satisfaction level regarding the fit, and enable the manufacturers to produce a well-fitting jacket reflecting the peculiarities of each somatotype.

Reflecting the consumer’s desire to look young, the “down-aging” trend, which blurs the distinctions between age groups, is the latest craze in the fashion market. The popularity of this trend made brand identities similar, resulting in customers becoming more interested in segmented notions of fashion (in terms of the story, design, high-quality material, etc.) regarding the product, and in particular, focus has become oriented to the fitness to the human body. In this sense, the researcher aimed to develop the prototype of a slim-fit tailored jacket that fits the standard somatotypes of women in their 30s well. For the purpose of this research, slim-fit tailored jackets from existing brands were collected and analyzed, and a subsequent wearability test was conducted based on the standard somatotype of women in their 30s. The research patterns were prototype of the developed slim fit tailored jacket are bust size of 3.8 cm, waist of 7 cm, and hip size of 3.8 cm. Then the research patterns were selected to develop the prototype of a properly fitting slim-fit tailored jacket. As outlined above, the development of a slim-fit tailored jacket prototype for the standard somatotypes of women in their 30s was conducted by solving the fitness issues of existing brands in order to produce properly fitting jackets that satisfy consumers.

This study aims to conduct a investigation on the gusset of a Kimono sleeve to achieve excellent movability through an evaluation of its fit wearing by conducting comparative research in terms of the length of the gusset pattern according to sleeve angle, which having a great effect on the wearing and activity of the top of a Kimono sleeve. A prototype was manufactured by developing the basic Kimono sleeve based on the method of Ernestine Kopp’s basic bodice pattern. The sleeve angles which was applied to the prototype pattern of the Kimono sleeve ware approximately 50°, 70° and the gusset was diamond-shaped which has a width of 10cm and lengths of 9cm, 10cm and 11cm. As a result, in the case of 55° of the sleeve angle, the angle was gradually increased as the length of gusset was extended, although, in the case of 68° of the sleeve angle, there was not remarkable effects between increased gusset length and the value of the angle. This result could be analyzed that the gusset did not affect remarkably since the sufficient movability was gained with only the angle in the case of 68°. Also, in the results of experiment on 55° angle, as 9cm, 10cm and 11cm of length of gusset commonly indicated over 70° in average, it was found that the movability was obtained sufficiently in every part.

이 글은 최근 검정을 마친 15종의 중학교『한문1』을 대상으로,개정 교육과정에서 설정한 ‘한문지식’영역의 내용 요소들이 적용된 양상과 그에 따른 문제점을 밝힌 것이다.개정 교육과정에서 설정한 ‘한문지식’영역의 내용 요소와 중학교 『한문1』에 제시된 내용 요소 사이에는 적지 않은 차이가 존재하고 있다.개정 교육과정에서 품사의 종류와 허자의 쓰임에 관한 내용은 ‘어휘’의 영역별 내용에 제시되어 있으나,중학교 『한문1』에는 ‘한자’에서 ‘한자의 쓰임’과 관련된 내용 요소로 제시되어 있다.또한 개정 교육과정에는 제시되어 있지 않은 ‘어휘의 음과 뜻’이 중학교 『한문1』에는 15종의 교과서에 모두 제시되어 있다.그리고 개정 교육과정에서는 ‘어휘의 활용’을 ‘어휘의 유형’과 ‘성어의 의미’와 관련시켜 익히도록 하였으나,중학교 『한문1』은 ‘어휘의 유형’과 ‘성어의 의미’와 연계시키지 않고 별도의 항목으로 제시되어 있다.개정 교육과정의 ‘한문지식’영역에 제시된 영역별 내용들은 주로 문법적 지식을 익히는 것에 초점이 맞추어져 있으나,중학교 『한문1』에 제시된 학습 요소는 문법적 지식보다는 어휘의 의미와 활용에 중점을 두고 있다.중학교 『한문1』에는 ‘단어의 짜임’과 관련된 내용은 14종의 교과서에 141개의 단어가 수록되어 있으나,‘어휘의 음과 뜻’과 관련된 내용은 15종 모든 교과서에 627개의 단어와 성어가 수록되어 있고,‘어휘의 활용’과 관련된 내용은 15종 모든 교과서에 781개의 단어와 성어가 수록되어 있다.또한 개정 교육과정의 편제로 보아 주당 1시간으로 배정된 한문 시간에 1학년 과정에서 ‘한자’와 ‘어휘’영역에 제시된 14개의 학습 요소와 ‘문장’영역에 제시된 2개의 학습 요소를 모두 익히는 것은 물리적으로 쉽지 않다.차후 교육과정을 개정하거나 한문교과서를 개발하는 과정에서 이와 같은 문제점들을 보완해야 할 것이다.

보의 고유진동수는 보의 동적해석에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 보의 단면이 불규칙적으로 변하는 단형보의 고유진동수 산정은 해석상 복잡하고 어렵다. 이런 단형보의 해석은 주로 다자유도계 해석인 질량집중방법이 널리 사용되지만 이들 해석방법은 요소의 분할수나 계산의 반복수 또는 가정처짐곡선의 정확성 여부에 해석의 정밀성이 좌우된다. 본 연구는 대칭단형 단순보의 등가보 변환 방법과 그에 따른 고유치해석 방법을 제시하였으며 타 문헌의 예제와 여러 모델을 대상으로 그 타당성 및 실용성을 입증하였다.

천연자원으로부터 항노화 화장품 신소재를 탐색하던 중, 국내 자생버섯의 일종인 붉은싸리버섯 자실체 추출물이 항산화 활성과 인체 호중구 엘라스타제 저해활성이 우수함을 확인하고 일련의 연구를 수행하였다. 붉 은싸리버섯 추출물의 DPPH 라디칼 소거활성은 붉은싸리버섯 추출물 500 μ g/mL 처리시 117.0 mg/mL (ascorbic acid 환산값)의 매우 우수한 소거활성을 나타냈다. Peroxy 라디칼 소거활성을 oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) assay 를 통하여 측정한 결과 붉은싸리버섯 추출물 1, 10, 20 μ g/mL 처리 시, 각각 0.8, 5.2, 7.8 ORACRoo (trolox equivalents, 1 μ M)로 농도 의존적으로 높은 소거활성을 나타냈다. 뿐만 아니라 cellular antioxidant capacity를 DCF fluorescence intensity (% of control)로 조사한 결과에서도 붉은싸리버섯 추출물 20 μ g/mL 처리시 약 30% 이상 높은 항산화 활성을 나타냈다. Human neutrophil elastase 저해활성은 농도 의존적으로 저해활성을 나타냈으며 특히 에탄올 추출분획에서 ED50 값은 42.9 μ g/mL이 었다. 붉은싸리버섯 추출물은 Bacillus subtilis (B. subtilis), Escherichia coli (E. coli), Candida albicans (C. albicans), Aspergillus oryzae (A. oryzae) 균주 모두에서 항균활성은 나타나지 않았다. 또한 염증성 cytokine인 interleukin-10 및 interferon-γ (IFN-γ)의 생산 또는 분비 조절에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이상 의 결과로 붉은싸리버섯 추출물은 항산화활성과 elastase 저해활성을 우수하여 피부에 자극이 없는 항노화 화장 품 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
