본 연구는 김정은의 권략강화와 독자노선의 제도화과정을 분석하기 위해 김정 은의 유훈통치와 세습정치과정, 헌법적 지위변동 추이와 ‘수령’의 지위 확보과정, 독자노선의 확립과정 등을 학술논문과 로동신문 등 관련문헌을 통하여 분석하였 다. 김정은의 권력은 개헌을 통해 헌법적 지위와 권한이 계속 상승되었는데 2019년 8월 새 헌법에서는 김일성(주석), 김정일(국방위원장)의 지위, 권한보다 우위를 점하였다. 북한에서 ‘수령’은 최고 존엄을 가리키는 대표적 상징이며 최고 수위를 나타내는 용어인데 2021년 1월 8차 당 대회에서 김정은을 수령으로 추대 하였으며 2022년 말부터 본격적으로 수령으로 지칭하고 있다. 또한 ‘사상의 영 재’라고 불리었던 김정은이 ‘사상의 천재’(김정일)를 넘어 ‘사상의 창시자’(김일성) 반열에 오르게 되었다. 2016년 제7차 당 대회에서 ‘당 위원장’이라는 새로운 직 함으로 추대된 김정은은 2022년 7월 ‘새 시대 당 건설 사상이론을 제시하였고 ‘새 시대 당건설 5대 노선’이라는 명칭으로 당의 정식노선으로 채택되었다. 김정 은의 선대영향력과 유훈통치의 탈피시도는 여전히 많은 도전을 받고 있다. 군의 반발과 갑작스러운 사회통제 메커니즘의 공백을 불러올 수도 있다. 북한은 우리 와 한민족이며 우리가 포용하고 통일을 이루어야 할 대상이다. 따라서 한국정부 는 김정은 정권의 독자노선 추구와 북한체제의 변화 가능성을 예측하고 분석하 여 남북관계를 발전시키고 나아가 통일에 접근할 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 한다.

This study was carried out to investigate the inte actions between recipients and embryos to compare pregnancy rates in bovine embryo transfer, such as synchrony and stage of embryos, synchrony and quality of embryos, synchrony and side of uterine horn, and preservation time and stage of embryos. Fifty-two embryos were transferred by surgically to 42 Holstein heifers, 3 Holstein cows and 7 Korean native heifers from Feb., 1985 to June, 1986. The results were as follows: 1. In the trial of interactions between synchrony and embryo stage, recipients synchronired from- hours to + 12 hours in synchrony and embryos from morulac stage to advanced blastoctyst stages showed reason able pregnancy rate. 2. Excellant (A) and good (B) grade embryos showed good pregnancy rate, 81.8% and 73.3% respectively, but fair (C) grade embryos showed poor, 25% only at the same boundary of recipient synchrony. 3. More recipients had corpus luteum on the right ovary than the left, and also had better pregnancy rate (26/32 vs 13/20,81.3% vs 65%). 4. A good pregnancy rates (over 60%) were obtained with the embryo transferred 17hrs after flush at room temperature or field condition in culture medium.

We investigated the effects of leaching concentration (0.1 ~ 1.0 M) and time (1 ~ 120 min) on the phosphorus recovery from ash and dried sewage sludge produced by titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) flocculation by acidic (H2SO4 and HCl) or alkaline (KOH and NaOH) leaching. The extraction efficiencies of dried sludge were 2.7 ~ 12.6% for H2SO4, 2.5 ~ 10.5% for HCl, 3.6 ~ 9.6% for KOH, and 7.1 ~ 9.9% for NaOH with 1 M, and the maximum efficiency was obtained within 45 min. The maximum %P extracted of sludge ash was 83.1 for H2SO4, 80.2 for HCl, 51.2 for KOH, and 51.2 for NaOH with 1 M, obtained within 45 min. The rate constants (min−1) for the leaching of P from sludge ash were found to be 1.199 for H2SO4, 1.026 for HCl, 0.264 for KOH, and 0.622 for NaOH. The P leaching increased with the increase in leaching concentration, and the maximum leaching for ash was obtained within 0.3 M, regardless of acidic or alkaline leaching. The overall results indicate that the ash of TiCl4 flocculated sewage sludge can be treated with H2SO4 to efficiently recover P.
