        Since equipment currently being used in the department of radiological technology in hospitals comes into contact with patients carrying diseases, there inevitably will be the existence of pathogenic bacteria. Therefore, in order to increase the importance of using disinfectant in hospital infection precaution and the recognition of hospital infection management, comparisons were made by measuring the bacterial contamination levels in radiology room within the department of radiological technology and comparing the measurements with post disinfection levels. Disinfecting the rooms from detected bacteria was conducted with water, tissue cleaner, or 70% alcohol. When measuring bacterial contamination levels in radiology rooms, a variety of bacteria was detected. When disinfecting the interior of radiology rooms the effectiveness of destroying bacteria and preventing hospital infection was greatest when using 70% alcohol compared to water, tissue cleaner and ventilation. Therefore, there needs to be a development of a better antiseptic for destroying bacteria because there is a possibility for hospital medical equipment to be constantly contaminated. Efforts need to be made to prevent hospital infections and patient secondary infection by disinfecting and sterilizing equipment.

        본 연구는 고성능 폴리머 시멘트계 프리캐스트 제품의 개발 및 미세균열 발생 시 자기치유기능을 확보할 목적으로 경화제 무첨가 EMM의 물리적 성질을 검토하고, 그 물성에 영향을 끼치는 시멘트 매트릭스 내의 에폭시수지 경화도와 현미경을 통한 조직구조의 관찰과 함께 자기치유효과를 검토하였다. 그 결과, 경화제 무첨가 EMM의 폴리머 혼입에 의한 강도 개선 효과는 인장강도, 휨강도, 압축강도의 순으로 나타났다. 접착성은 콘크리트 피착체의 모세관 공극에 폴리머 필름의 형성에 기인한 투묘효과에 기인하여 크게 향상되었다. 투수저항성은 폴리머 결합재비 20% 및 고로슬래그 미분말 치환율 30%를 병용한 EMM에서 보통시멘트 모르타르 대비 97%의 감소율을 나타내 매우 우수하였 다. 고로슬래그미분말, 팽창재 및 황산나트륨을 병용한 EMM의 균열 폭은 고로슬래그 치환율이 증가함에 따라 미미하게 감소하였으나, 고로 슬래그미분말 치환율 20%에서 수중침지기간의 증가와 함께 서서히 균열부 자기폐색 효과를 관찰할 수 있었다.

        이산화탄소 농도가 높은 도심지의 경우 탄산화로 인한 철근부식이 발생하기 쉬우며 이는 콘크리트 구조물의 내구수명을 감소시킨다. 콘크리트 구조물의 경우 다양한 구속조건을 가지며 항상 외부의 재하하중을 받고 있다. 도입된 응력수준은 이산화탄소와 같은 유해인자의 확산을 변화시키며 탄산화 깊이의 변동성을 야기한다. 본 연구에서는 응력재하수준에 따른 탄산화 변동성을 정량화하였으며, 이를 이용하여 탄산화 예측식을 도출하였다. 내구성 설계인자인 피복두께, 이산화탄소 확산계수, 탄산화 반응 수화물, 그리고 외부 이산화탄소 농도를 확률 변수로 정의하였으며, MCS을 통하여 영향인자의 변동성에 따른 내구수명을 도출하였다. 또한 응력수준에 따라 변화하는 내구수명을 도출하였으며, 이를 결정론적인 방법의 결과와 비교하였다. 피복두께 및 내부 수화물 생성이 내구수명 변동성에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 응력수준 을 고려한 내구수명평가는 유지관리 우선순위 설정에 합리적으로 적용할 수 있다.

        The purposes of this study is to evaluate the adhesion in flexure and adhesion in tension between old-plain cement mortar and new-polymer cement mortar that has been widely used as finishing and repairing materials of RC structures. From the test results, the adhesion in flexure and adhesion in tension of polymer-modified mortar to plain cement mortar are much higher than that of plain cement mortar, and are increased with increasing polymer-cement ratio. The maximum strengths show at polymer cement mortar using EVA dispersion, and those are about 1.69 and 2.10 times respectively, plain cement mortar.

        The maximum bond strength of PCS-coated rebar with ultra high-early strength cement and EVA at polymer-cement ratio of 80%, curing ages of 7-day, and coating thickness of 100㎛ is about 1.32 and 1.38 times respectively, the strength of uncoated rebar and epoxy-coated rebar. It is also high bond strength at coating thicknesses of 75㎛ and 100㎛ compared with 150㎛ and 250㎛. It is apparent in this study that the coating thickness is very important factors to improve the bond strength of PCS-coated rebar to cement concrete.

        In general, polymer cement mortars that is made from organic polymer dispersion and cement have good workability compared with ordinary cement due to ball-bearing acting of polymer particles in cement mortar. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the workability of cement mortar according to adding of admixtures such as polymer dispersions, blast-furnace slag and fly ash. From the test results, the flow of polymer-modified mortars is increased with increasing polymer-cement ratio, and also is a little improved according to adding of fly ash compared to blast-furnace slag.

        The ultimate load of beam reinforced with polymer cement slurry(PCS)-coated rebar is a little lower than that of un-coated rebar, and almost the same as that epoxy-coated rebar. In special, that using EVA 50% with is in range of 97.0% of un-coated rebar. In this study, it is also apparent that PCS-coated rebar can replace epoxy-coated rebar to solve the corrosion problem in marine construction field.

        Reinforced concrete hume pipes have been widely used as drain pipes. However, many reinforced concrete hume pipes are exposed to the deteriorated environments such as freezing-thawing damage, chemical attack and chloride ion immersion by using sea sand. The purpose of this study is to improve the durability of reinforced concrete hume pipe by using the polymer cement slurry(PCS)-coated rebar and treating the surface by polymer cement mortar(PCM). From the test results, it is apparent that PCS-coated rebar has a excellent resistance to chloride ion penetration and the PCM has good mechanical properties and durability as a lining material for reinforced concrete hume pipe product.

        Bond strength of PCS-coated rebar is better than that of uncoated rebar and epoxy-coated rebar. It is also high bond strength at curing ages of 7-day or less, and coating thicknesses of 75 μm and 100 μm. The maximum bond strength of PCS-coated rebar at curing age of 3-hour is almost same as that of curing age of 1-day and 7-day. The maximum bond strength of PCS-coated rebar with EVA at polymer-cement ratio of 100%, and coating thickness of 100 μm is about 1.23 and 1.29 times respectively, the strength of uncoated rebar and epoxy-coated rebar. It is apparent that the curing age, coating thickness and polymer cement ratio are very important factors to improve the bond strength of PCS-coated rebar to cement concrete. We can havebasic information that it can replace epoxy coated rebar by the PCS-coated rebar with curing age at 3-hour and coating thickness of 100 μm.

It is possible that PCS-coated rebar with coating thickness of 100㎛ at curing age of 1-day and 3-hour can replace epoxy-coated rebar. It is also apparent that the choice of curing age and coating thickness is very important to improve the bond strength of PCS-coated rebar to cement concrete.

        The purpose of this study is to develop eco-friendly finishing materials of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using lightweight aggregate carrier which contains pyroligneous liquid. Four types of light-weight aggregate carriers such as perlite, vermiculite, charcoal and zeolite are selected. The acrylic emulsion-modified mortars are prepared with light-weight carrier replacements to dolomite of 0, 5, 10, 15, 20%, and tested for flowability, adhesion in tension, water absorption coefficient and antibiosis. As a result, the flowability of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using zeolite light-weight is improved with increasing light-weight carrier content. The adhesion in tension of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using lightweight carrier is satisfied with KS requirement. Especially, the adhesion in tension of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using light-weight aggregate carrier at a high temperature of 40oC are better than the low temperatures of 0oC and 20oC. The water absorption coefficient of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using light-weight aggregate carriers is increased with increasing light-weight carrier content. However, the water absorption coefficient is satisfied with KS requirement. The antibiosis of acrylic emulsion-modified mortars using zeolite light-weight carrier is remarkably improved with increasing light-weight carrier content.

        이산화탄소에 의해 열화된 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 후 잔존수명을 평가할 때 보수재의 효과를 고려하기 위해 본 연구에서는 탄산화에 의해 열화를 받은 콘크리트 부재의 보수 후 재열화과정을 Fick's 확산(diffusion) 제1법칙을 이용하여 모델링함으로써 단면복구재에 의해 보수된 콘크리트 부재의 독특한 상황을 고려한 합리적인 예측식을 제시하였다. 연구결과는 보수재의 이산화탄소 확산 프로파일과 기존 구체콘크리트의 탄산화된 부분의 이산화탄소 확산 프로파일을 효과적으로 모델링할 수 있음을 보여줬다. 제시된 평가모델식에 대한 검증예제를 통해 보수재의 이산화탄소 확산지연효과를 확인할 수 있었으며 보수된 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 후 잔존수명을 객관적이고 수치계산적인 방법으로 평가할 수 있었다.

        The purpose of the study is to identify a basic spatial unit for rural village redevelopment plan. An ideal spatial unit need to satisfy three basic premises: to be homogeneous as rural community, to be appropriate to implement the project, and to be compatible with regional planning systems. A spatial unit could, empirically, be defined based on the homogeneity at first, and then appropriateness and compatibility could be used to adjust its boundary. Mitan-Myun(13 villages), Pyungchang County, Dochuck-Myun(15 villages), Kwangju County, and Chuksan-Myun(28 villages), Kimje City in Korea were selected as case study areas. The degree of interrelationship between all possible pairs in each Myun was measured using spatial, socio-cultural, and economic indicators. Multidimensional Scaling(MDS) was used to identify a homogeneous spatial unit, and then indicators representing appropriateness and compatibility were used to adjust the identified boundary. New districts which have two or three villages were suggested as a reasonable spatial unit for rural village redevelopment, and its boundary roughly overlaps with Bup-Jeong-Ri(法定里: a legally defined village).
