In addition, the bending strength and water absorption rate of the interlocking block was tested by KS standard. The test results were as follows. The water adsorption ratio of the BSF4 specimen was under 10%, and the flexural strength of that was over 5MPa

Experimental programs were carried out to improve and evaluate the seismic performance of such test specimens, such as the load-displacement, the failure mode, and the maximum load carrying capacity. All the specimens were modeled in 1/2 scale-down size.

        In this study, it was developed eco-friendly alkali-activated slag fiber reinforced concrete using ground granulated blast furnace slag, alkali activator (water glass, sodium hydroxides), and steel fiber. Eight reinforced concrete beam using alkali-activated slag concrete were constructed and tested under monotonic loading. The major variables were mixture ratio of alkali activator, mixed/without of steel fiber. Experimental programs were carried out to improve and evaluate the flexural performance of such test specimens, such as the load-displacement, the failure mode, the maximum load carrying capacity, and ductility capacity. All the specimens were modeled in scale-down size. The reinforced concrete beams using the eco-friendly alkali-activated slag fiber reinforced concrete was failed by the flexure or flexure-shear in general. In addition, the maximum strength increased with the adding the mol of sodium hydroxide, and the specimen reinforced the steel fiber showed the value of maximum strength which is increased by 15.8% through 25.9%. It is thought that eco-friendly alkali-activated slag fiber reinforced concrete can be used with construction material and product to replace normal concrete. If there is applied to structures such as precast concrete member and production of 2nd concrete product, it could be improved the productivity and reduction of construction duration etc.

        In this study, experimental research was carried out to improve the seismic performance of reinforced concrete exterior beam-column joint regions using replacing recycled coarse aggregate with hybrid fiber (steel fiber+PVA fiber) in existing reinforced concrete building. Therefore it was constructed and tested seven specimens retrofitting the beam-column joint regions using such retrofitting materials. Specimens, designed by retrofitting the beam-column joint regions of reinforced concrete building, were showed the stable failure mode and increase of load-carrying capacity due to the effect of crack control at the times of initial loading and bridge of retrofitting hybrid fiber during testing. Specimens BCJGPSR series, designed by the retrofitting of replacing recycled coarse aggregate with hybrid fiber in reinforecd beam-column joint regions were increased its maximum load carrying capacity by 1.01~1.04 times and its energy dissipation capacity by 1.06~1.29 times in comparison with standard specimen BCJS. Also, specimen BCJGPSR1 were increased its energy dissipation capacity by 1.33~1.65 times in comparison with specimens BCJS, BCJP and BCJGPR series for a displacement ductility of 9.

        In this study, it was developed hybrid fiber reinforced concrete using ground granulated blast furnace slag, the industrial wastes, and recycled aggregate. As a result of experiments on improvement of performances of eco-friendly buildings utilizing recycled resources (recycled coarse aggregates and ground granulated blast furnace slag), the following conclusions are drawn. As hybrid fiber(PVA Fiber+ Steel Fiber) was mixed with the concrete in which the replacement was conducted with recycled coarse aggregates and ground granulated blast furnace slag, the structural performance were increased.

Also, it was evaluated the flexure capacity of the RC beams using zero cement concrete. The eco-friendly concrete using zero cement encouraged alkali activation reaction has rapid hardening speed and showed possibility as a high strength concrete. Also, the RC beams applied this showed similar movement and destroy tendency with RC used previous cement.

        In this study, experimental research was carried out to evaluate and improve the constructability and structural performance of high strength R/C interior beam-column joints regions, with or without the shear reinforcement, using high ductile fiber-reinforced mortar. Specimens designed by retrofitting the interior beam-column joint regions of existing reinforced concrete building showed a stable mode of failure and an increase in load-carrying capacity due to the effect of enhancing dispersion of crack control at the time of initial loading and bridging of fiber from retrofitting new high ductile materials during testing.

        해체공사는 건설행위에 의해 건립된 건축물의 수명이 평균 22년 이상 경과한 후에 시행되는 후행 건설공종이다. 90년대 이후 해체대상물이 고층화, 대형화됨에 따라 그에 대한 중장기적인 대비가 없었으며, 해체산업 관련 제도나 법 등이 체계적으로 마련되어 있지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 국내 해체공사 안전관리 관련법의 개선방안을 마련하고자 3가지 법령 개선(안)을 제안하였으며 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건설기술관리법의 안전관리계획 수립에서 해체공사 대상의 기준에 대하여 방안을 제시하였다. 둘째, 산업안전보건법의 해체공사표준안전작업지침의 문제점을 보완한 개선방안을 마련하였으며, 셋째, 건설기술관리법의 안전관리계획과 산업안전 보건법의 유해․위험방지계획의 중복성에 대한 통합화 방안을 제시하였다.
