        본 연구에서는 초박층 교면포장으로 폴리설파이드 에폭시 폴리머 콘크리트 포장을 선정하여, 에폭시 아스팔트 포장, SFRC 포장과의 비교 분석을 통해 폴리머 콘크리트 포장이 강바닥판의 피로응력범위에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 분석하였다. 강바닥판의 피로응력범위를 산정하기 위해 Abaqus를 사용한 유한요소해석을 사용하여 비교평가하였으며, 용접부에 교축방향 및 교축직각방향의 다축응력이 발생하는 점을 감안하여 Signed Von-Mises 응력을 도입하여 피로 검토에 활용하였다. 강바닥판의 피로응력범위를 산정하기 위해 Abaqus를 사용한유한요소해석을 사용하여 포장 재료 및 두께에 따라 비교평가하였으며, 용접부에 교축방향 및 교축직각방향의 다축응력이 발생하는 점을 감안하여 Signed Von-Mises 응력을 도입하여 피로 검토에 활용하였다.

        This is an experimental study on manufacturing of non-cement matrix. Materials like cement and blowing agent in foamed concrete is replaced by by-products from blast furnace slag and paper ash. Further, the experiment was performed by replacing alkali with natural gypsum by (0, 5, 15, 20, 25, 35, 45) of weight of alkali (wt.%) in order to reduce the amount of expensive alkali activator. Sample NG-0.15 with density showed lowest. After this point, density increases as replacement ratio increases. The compressive strength test result, showed a similar trend with density. And it showed that compressive strength of the NG-0.45 was highest.

        This study was conducted to investigate the Structural Health Monitoring(SHM) system built in large-scale structures. Recently large-scale structures such as bridges and high-rise building have installed SHM system and using the SHM system, large-scale structures are monitoring the status of structures. In many practical cases, SHM systems are used sensor, such as strain gauge, inclinometer, accelerometers, seismic, wind anemometer, GPS, to monitor status of structures. This case study foreground potential future research dealing with SHM system using integrated sensor module.

        In this case, for PSC Box girder bridge of representative bridge types at the Honam high-speed railway section to need in-depth analysis of the dynamic behavior of the structures in high-speed driving and the monitoring system require to check correct behavior of the actual status of high-speed railway bridge, the dynamic behavior of the bridge was analyzed to HEMU-430X load. According to the high-speed driving test, the main behavior was monitored and analyzed.

        This research was performed to improve the bond strength of polymer concrete in the longspan bridge. Specimens were designed to 3 types; steel deck, steel deck attached dump and welding. In conclusion, Welding and dump type is higher than steel deck. Also, steel deck attached dump or welding to be arranged by 160mm is more effective than the others.

        This study is the basic experiment for manufacturing non-cement matrix of lightweight based on blast furnace slag. Consequently, the decrease ratio of the density of matrix about the density of mix showed Ca(OH)2 up to be the highest when adding 2.5%. And the compressive strength increased as the addition ratio of Ca(OH)2 was increased.

        This reasearch was performed to evaluate CO2 emission of Modular bridge quantitatively. Preferentially, Modular bridge was separated steel girder bridges, concrete girder, concrete slab bridge and analyzed process in doing configuration W.B.S system. According to the Ministry of land guidelines, each process was divided into material, transportation, construction and calculated by division in detail the materials and fuel so it planned that quantitative assessment can be achieved.

        본 연구는 국내에서 개발 중인 초박층 교면포장용 폴리설파이드 에폭시 폴리머 콘크리트의 물리적 특성을 파악하고 국내로의 적용 가능성을 향상시키기 위해 수행되었다. 바인더와 폴리머 콘크리트의 배합실험을 통해 폴리머 콘크리트의 최적 배합비율을 결정하고, 결정된 배합비율로 생산된 폴리머 콘크리트에 대하여 압축, 휨, 부착 강도 시험을 수행하여 강도특성을 파악하였으며 동결 융해 저항성 시험을 통해 폴리머 콘크리트의 내구성을 평가하였다. 강도 시험 결과, 우수한 강도 성능과 휨 추종성을 나타내었고 미국콘크리트학회에서 제시하는 모든 강도 기준을 충족하였다. 또한 다양한 온도에서의 강도 시험에서도 기존의 재료에 비하여 개선된 성능을 나타내었다. 동결 융해 시험 및 동결 융해 과정을 거친 시편의 강도 시험 결과, 폴리머 콘크리트의 내구성에는 전혀 문제가 없는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서 새롭게 개발된 폴리머 콘크리트는 초박층 교면포장으로 사용하기에 적절한 특성을 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 온도 민감성도 개선되어 기존의 초박층 교면포장 재료에 비해 폭 넓은 적용성을 갖춘 것으로 판단된다.

        The object of this study is to evaluate static behavior of transverse connection of slab-type modular bridge. Especially, this paper focus on evaluation that shear key and tendon force affect bending strength of transverse connection of slab-type modules. We compared and examined the bending performance of connection through a structural test (4-point bending test). This experimental results show that bending strength of transverse connection of slab-type modules are influenced a number of shear key and amounts of tendon force. So in order to apply to modular construction, it is necessary to research in connection of slab-type modules.

        The objective of this study is to evaluate fatigue behavior of transverse connection of girder-type modular bridge. In order to evaluate fatigue behavior, a integral specimens and one segmental specimens were applied fatigue load ranging between 10% and 60% maximum static load with 200000 cycles. In order to test the serviceability, another segmental specimens was applied a fatigue load ranging between 10% and 100% service load with 2 million cycles. The results showed that the segmental specimens had enough safety and serviceability under fatigue load.

        This study examines the strength development of non cement binder using blast furnace slag, which is generated as a by-product in the manufacturing the irons. In the experiment, we used KOH, Ca(OH)2 as the blast furnace slag stimulus. As the results of this experiments, it was shown that the compressive strength increased when mixing ratio of KOH and Ca(OH)2 was increased.

        During modular bridge construction, the construction delay and the problems of workability due to the high-altitude operations are occurred by using in-site concrete diaphragm. To solve these problems, selected alternative suitable for modular bridge diaphragm is needed. Therefore, in this study, to select the suitable diaphragm for modular PSC T-Girder bridge, seven diaphragm specimens were fabricated and static loading tests were carried out. Through the static load tests, the behavior of diaphragm in terms of joints and load distribution was observed and experimental results were analyzed and compared with each data. Finally, the alternative of suitable diaphragm for modular PSC T-Girder bridge was proposed considering the structural performance and workability.

        This research was performed to evaluate physical properties of polysulfide epoxy overlay material for bridge deck, as part of a review for possibility of domestic of epoxy polymer concrete binder for thin bridge deck pavements. After mix test, carry out experiment such as harden, viscosity, tensile, compressive strength and Ultraviolet ray test for evaluate strength and durability characteristics. The tests showed that the results, met the criteria suggested by the ACI in hardness, viscosity, tensile strength and compressive strength. Furthemore, a comparsion of the in this study and goods of Transpo.co in USA, this study were excellent.

        In this study, the strut-tie model used for the analysis and design of the anchorage zone of the PSC modular bridge by comparing with the result of the approximate analytical method. The result shows that the bursting force obtained by approximate analytical method were increased about 2 times in comparison with the result of strut-tie model.

        Recently, prefabricated bridge is studied actively to reduce the term of works. However, most of the research is limited to the primary structures like piers, girders and decks, etc, not to facilities like bridge rails or curbs. In this study, curb model and settling method for steel bridge rails suitable for prefabricated bridges were proposed along with verifying structural performance according to highway bridge standard specifications.

        콘크리트내의 공극률은 콘크리트 구조물의 내구적인 특성과 밀접한 관련성이 있다. 특히, 콘크리트 시공시 가수된 물은 콘크리트의 비빔과 작업성에 일시적으로 도움이 되지만, 이러한 가수는 콘크리트의 공극을 증가하게 하며, 이는 콘크리트 구조물의 내구적인 성능저하를 야기하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 물시멘트비 0.45의 시멘트 모르타르에 대하여, 단위수량을 증가시켜 물멘트비를 0.45에서 0.60으로 증가시키면서 내구성능을 평가하였다. 즉, 각 물시멘트별로 소정의 재령까지 양생한 시험체에 대하여 강도, 염화물 확산, 투기성, 포화도 및 수분 확산계수 등의 다양한 내구성 실험을 수행하였으며, 이러한 실험결과들은 변화하는 공극률과 함께 분석되었다. 또한 내구성능의 변화 비율 및 그 패턴은 공극분포, 공극률, 그리고 단위수량을 고려하여 정량적으로 평가되었다.

        강재의 품질향상으로 강교에 있어서 재료자체의 파괴보다는 반복하중에 의한 피로균열 문제가 더욱 중요한 요소가 되었다. 재료의 항복으로 인한 교량의 붕괴 등의 사례는 거의 보고되고 있지 않지만 용접부에 발생하는 피로균열에 대한 사례는 매우 많이 보고되고 있다. 종리브와 횡리브, 데크 플레이트로 구성된 직교이방성 강바닥판의 피로응력은 강바닥판을 구성하는 요소들의 구성 형태 및 물성과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Pelikan-Esslinger method와 signed Von-Mises 등가응력 개념을 활용하여 직교이방성 강바닥판의 피로응력을 산정하는 방법을 제시하고, 직교이방성 강바닥판 구성요소들의 구성형태와 물성을 변화시켜 피로응력에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 직교이방성 강바닥판의 피로응력과 구성요소의 상관관계 경향을 분석함으로써 설계 및 유지보수 시에 더 효율적인 대안을 찾는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

        본 연구는 RTK-GPS (Real Time Kinematic-Global Positioning System) 측위법을 이용한 변위 계측 결과, 가속도계를 이용한 변위계측 결과, 그리고 LVDT(Linear variable differential transformer)의 변위계측 결과를 비교하여 RTK-GPS와 가속도계 센서를 구조물에 적용할 때의 문제점들을 파악하였다. 또한, 관측빈도와 측위 정확도를 향상시킨 RTK-GPS와 가속도계를 이용한 변위계측 결과를 통합 계산하여 절대변위인 LVDT와 비교를 통해 생성된 통합 변위의 정확도와 타당성을 확인하였다.

        The purpose of this study is to propose the decision making code of need for repair and strengthening in concrete bridges. First, to propose the decision making code, the guidelines and codes for a decision making of repair and strengthening and state assesment in United States and Japan were investigated and analyzed. Based on the investigated and analysis data, The decision making code of need for repair and strengthening that is divided into seven kinds of deterioration and damage is proposed. Through the proposed codes, rational and objective decision making of need for repair and strengthening is expected.
