        본 연구는 비보강 조적조 건축물의 정밀한 내진성능 평가를 위한 기초 연구로써, 조적벽체의 형상비 및 개구부 유무에 따른 파괴모드를 고려하여 기존의 전단강도 제안식을 비교 평가하고, 이를 반영한 복원력 특성모델을 제안하였다. 개구부가 없는 조적벽체의 전단강도는 국내 기존 연구에서 제안된 강체회전 및 양단부 압축파괴 강도와 FEMA의 미끄러짐 전단강도 중 작은 값을, 개구부가 있는 벽체의 경우 Pier 벽체만을 고려하여 강도를 예측하는 것이 적절한 것으로 평가되었다. 또한 파괴모드를 고려하여 휨 및 전단거동의 복원력 특성 모델을 제시하였으며, 이를 적용하여 비선형 반복가력 해석을 수행한 결과, 강도 및 이력 거동 면에서 실험과 유사한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

        The purpose of this study is to identify the relation between predominant period of earthquake and acceleration characteristics of domestic high-rise buildings. First, we gathered and classified the real earthquake waves through response spectrum method. Second, we performed seismic response analysis and analyzed the result. The conclusion is as follows. In the case of predominant period range from 1.0 to 4.0 which has relatively less probability, the damage can be concentrated on buildings from 20 to 60 story.

        The conventional brace system is generally accepted lateral load resisting system for steel structures due to efficient story drift control and economic feasibility by frame materials decrease. But the lateral stiffness of the brace decreases following buckling in this system and buckling causes unstable structures with strength deterioration hysteresis performance. Buckling restrained brace system that performs stable behavior after yielding of core element prevented from buckling by tube element is better than conventional brace system in point of earthquake energy absorbing capacity. This system has the advantages of maintenance, economics and satisfying the performance objective for seismic design. So recently, research and technology development of buckling restrained brace system increase. The existing buckling restrained braces have been developed in various sections and connection types with structures while the research considering production and construction availability, lateral constraints of core-end and matching with the construction plan is insufficient. Accordingly in this study, the optimum alternative system of the buckling restrained brace satisfying the above conditions and system application expansion possibility is suggested.

        Recently, the demand for the seismic retrofit to existing buildings increased due to earthquake damage. And related researches are increasing in response while the researches considering the various design parameters such as strength and stiffness ratio between the existing structures and retrofit system are insufficient. Therefore, in this study, existing structure and reinforcing frame for damper are designed having different natural periods each other by setting the parameters related to strength and stiffness ratio between two systems and are analyzed by nonlinear dynamic analysis.

        This study developed three indices for evaluating regional brand value, i.e. awareness index, experience index, and attractiveness index. We used an AHP approach to estimate these indices for 151 rural regions (151 administrative jurisdictions in Korea). Our estimation results show that regional brand index varies considerably across regions by the individual characteristics of interviewee. First, the value of regional brand of local jurisdiction is higher than that of more integrated administrative jurisdiction. Second, the brand value of Gangwon and Jeolla region is higher than that of other regions. Third, the interviewees with school children in the age of 40-50 are likely to have higher regional brand value. The estimation results also show a need for different strategies to develop and improve regional brand.

        5층 이하 비내진상세를 가지는 철근콘크리트 건축물의 지진시 긴급 위험도 평가를 위한 부재의 정량적 손상도 평가 기준을 제시하기 위하여 실대형 크기의 철근콘크리트 1층 1경간 골조 실험체의 정적실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과, 실험체는 기둥의 휨항복후 전단파괴에 의하여 파괴되었으며, 기둥과 접합부에 균열, 압괴 등의 손상이 발생한 반면, 보에는 균열 등의 손상이 거의 발생하지 않았다. 이와 같이 비내진 상세를 가지며 휨항복후 전단파괴하는 철근콘크리트 기둥의 손상도를 5단계로 분류하고 손상단계별 한계상태를 평가하기 위한 정량적 기준으로서 지진시 상대적으로 측정이 용이한 잔류 층간변형각과 잔류 균열폭을 이용하였다. 손상한계상태의 잔류 층간변형각 및 잔류 균열폭은 실험결과에 따른 손상한계상태의 최대 층간변형각과의 관계에 의하여 결정하였으며, 한계 최대 층간변형각은 실험결과에 의한 부재의 하중-변형 관계 및 손상발생 현황을 바탕으로 결정하였다. 한계 잔류 층간변형각은 해당 최대 층간변형각에 의한 잔류 층간변형각 중의 최대값 이상이 되도록 하였으며, 한계 잔류 균열폭은 해당 최대 층간변형각에 의한 잔류 전단균열폭의 최소값 및 잔류 휨균열폭의 평균값으로 결정하였다. 한편, 본 논문을 통하여 제시한 손상한계상태의 잔류 층간변형각과 잔류 균열폭은 지진으로 동일한 부재 변형이 발생할 경우 내진설계가 실시된 부재를 대상으로 하는 국외 손상도 평가 기준에 의한 값보다 작은 것으로 나타났다.

        In order to reduce the carbon dioxide exhaust quantity and the energy amount and the waste which becomes the global warming primary reason recently, the most efficient method was focused on the long-life building in Structural field. So in order to improve seismic capacity, new shape steel damper may be used in bolted connection, which made reuse of member impossible owing to serious brittle fracture of main member such as beam and column. To solve above problem, new type connection was developed and tested. As result of test, new type connection was shown good seismic capacity and main member such as beam and column were stable behavior.

        To evaluate the ductility of high strength steel beam-to-column connections, Cycle loading connection test was conducted targeting HSA800 steel being developed in Korea and parameter is connection details. According to the study, The non-scallop detail and improved horizontal rib reinforcement detail used in this study enhanced deformation capacity of high strength steel connections which have brittle tendency by stress relaxation.

        When the story lateral forces of multi-story frame were not distributed properly during a seismic design, sufficient seismic performances should not secured. Thus, studies on the distribution of story lateral forces that make the uniform distribution of story damage are positively necessary. In this study, a lot of dynamic analyses of multi-story frames were conducted using various seismic waves to find the optimum distributions of story damage and the distributions of story shear in that circumstance were calculated.

        The double frame system is composed of existing structure, external retrofit frame and hysteretic steel dampers installed between former two components. The DFS retrofit system dissipates the energy by plastic deformation of steel damper caused by relative displacement due to the differences in stiffness, weight, and eigenperiod of each components.
