        조선 및 해양플랜트 산업은 복합 및 대형화됨에 따라 유지보수 및 검사 시스템이 중요해지고 있다. 최근 작업자의 작업 이해도 향상과 효율을 높이기 위해 증강현실기반 유지보수 및 검사 시스템이 많이 주목받고 있는데, 증강되는 모델과 현실 정보 간의 정확한 정합이 이루어지지 않아 작업에 오히려 혼동을 초래하는 일이 자주 발생한다. 이를 위하여 실모델에 특정 이미지를 부착하는 마커 기반 증강현실 기술이 사용되었으나, 조선 및 해양플랜트 산업 특성상 마커의 훼손 가능성이 있으며, 카메라가 명확히 마커 전체를 검출할 수 있어야 하기 때문에 작업자와 마커 간의 충분한 공간을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 기존 증강현실 시스템의 한계점을 극복하기 위하여 마커리스 기반 증강현실을 활용하여 조선 및 해양플랜트 산업에서 가장 많은 공정을 차지하고 있는 파이프 시스템을 대상으로 정확하게 실 모델을 인식하고 해당 모델에 가상 CAD모델을 정합하는 방법론에 대해 연구하였다. 본 시스템을 통해 현실 작업자의 자세와 제한적인 환경에 따른 증강모델의 비틀림 현상을 개선하고 작업 이해에 혼동을 주는 현상을 없앨 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        PURPOSES : The purpose of this paper is to develop an evaluation method for aged reclaimed asphalt pavements using RAP mortar specimen and FTIR method. METHODS: To evaluate the low-temperature behavior of aged reclaimed asphalt pavements, an indirect tensile strength test was adopted with an RAP mortar specimen. The RAP mortar specimen without a rejuvenator was fabricated with two fine aggregate types as a function of passing sieve sizes. The fabricated RAP mortar specimen was frozen for 24 h at -20℃. The indirect tensile strength was measured as a function of different absolute viscosities. The indirect tensile strength and displacement were varied as functions of the dosage of the rejuvenator. The spectroscopy analysis of four asphalt binders was performed under attenuated total reflection. The four asphalt binders comprised of a virgin binder, two extracted RAP binders, and a mixed virgin and extracted RAP binder. To evaluate the oxidation of the binder, the carbonyl index was calculated. RESULTS : The four extracted RAP binders were measured with an extremely wide range of absolute viscosity from 30,000 poise to 170,000 poise. The indirect tensile strength of the RAP mortar decreased as the absolute viscosity increased. This means that at lower temperatures, the indirect tensile strength can indicate the oxidation of RAP. Also, the indirect tensile strength and displacement changed sensitively as the dosage of the rejuvenator was changed. Based on the FTIR principle, a good relation was observed between the dosage of the rejuvenator and the FTIR absorbance peak. It can be used to estimate the dosage of the rejuvenator in hot reclaimed asphalt mixture. Also, the carbonyl index of the RAP binder was calculated to evaluate asphalt oxidation using the FTIR principle. CONCLUSIONS : There is a good relation between the indirect tensile strength of RAP mortar and its absolute viscosity. This indicates that RAP mortar can be used to estimate the properties of aged RAP. Also, the usage of rejuvenator can be evaluated with both the indirect tensile strength and FTIR absorbance peak. The carbonyl index can be used to predict asphalt oxidation.

        PURPOSES: Until now, the maintenance of road pavement has mostly involved passive maintenance methods with full maintenance only performed at the end of road life. Recently, there has been growing interest in solving the problem of reflection cracks that occur at joints during application of the overlay method of old concrete pavement. This study was aimed at solving the problem of reflective cracks around expansion joints and at evaluating the durability performance of pavement with interlayer reinforced-composites waterproofing system for concrete overlay. METHODS: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of an interlayer on prevention of reflection cracks and to improve the tensile, compressive, shear, and vertical stresses due to plastic deformation and vehicle cyclic loading. An integrated overlaying layer (5cm or 8cm) was used to evaluate the applicability according to objective indicators. RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS : It was confirmed that cracks did not occur in the section of the line overlaid by the interlayer and that the reflection cracks generated by the action of the lower layer sufficiently absorbed the horizontal movement of the asphalt 5cm pavement overlay. It also suppressed, or at least delayed, the progress of the vertical cracks. The interlayer reinforced composite membrane waterproofing method used in the packing layer, showed through repeated fatigue test results that the accumulated fatigue crack resistance was greater than 120,000 times.

        PURPOSES: In order to evaluate a crack resistance at cold joint, sealing tape was adopted to apply at cold joint instead of typical tack coat material(RSC-4). The sealing tape was made by hot sealing material. The crack resistance as function of environmental and traffic loading was measured with visual observation. METHODS : In this study, the crack resistance was evaluated as function of environmental and traffic loading. The freeze-thaw method was adopted for environmental loading of asphalt pavement. condition. The damage of cold joint under freeze-thaw action is initiated by ice expansion load and accelerated by the interfacial damage between new and old asphalt pavement. The traffic loading was applied with wheel tracking machine on the cold joint area of the asphalt pavement for 3 hours at 25℃. The evaluation of crack resistance was measured with visual observation. The freeze-thaw results shows that the sealing tape was significantly increased the crack resistance based on. RESULTS : To estimate the crack resistance at cold joint area due to the environmental loading, the Freeze-thaw test was conducted by exposing the product to freezing temperature(approximately -18℃) for 24 hours, and then allowing it to thaw at 60℃ for 24 hours. The tack coat material(RSC-4) was debonded after 21 cycles of the Freeze-thaw test. The first crack was observed after 14 freeze-thaw cycle with RSC-4 material. But, the sealing tape was not debonded after 24 cycle test. Also, the sealing tape shows the better performance of the crack resistance under the traffic loading with wheel track test. The crack was generated the under traffic loading with RSC-4(tack coating), however, the crack was not shown with sealing tape. It indicates that the sealing tape has a strong resistance of tensile stress due to traffic loading. CONCLUSIONS: Based on limited laboratory test result, a performance of crack resistance using the sealing tape is better than that of general tack coat material(RSC-4). It means that the sealing tape is possible to extend a pavement service life because the crack, one of the main pavement distresses, will be delayed.         PURPOSES : Asphalt concrete pavement is damaged by various causes such as traffic and environmental loads. The distressed pavement should be maintained by various methods to provide a comfortable and safe pavement for the driver. This study evaluates the effect of adding a mixing procedure to enhance the mixture quality in the hot in-placement recycled asphalt pavement method, which is an asphalt-pavement maintenance method. METHODS: Various test methods such as Marshall stability and dynamic stability, were employed to estimate the recycled asphalt mixture with and without an additional mixing, using the hot in-placement recycled asphalt pavement method. RESULTS : The mixture samples used in this study were taken before and after the addition of the mixer in the hot in-placement recycled asphalt pavement method (HIR) at field construction sites in GongJu and JinJu in South Korea. The test results of both mixtures satisfied the asphalt-mixture standard specifications. CONCLUSIONS: This study confirmed that adding a mixer in the HIR method results in a well-mixed new asphalt mixture, rejuvenator, and reclaimed asphalt mixture.

        PURPOSES: Case studies of an asphalt-overlay project with a performance-based contract method were conducted on a national highway in Korea to evaluate the effect of the method on asphalt pavement maintenance. This study evaluated the procedure of the performance-based contract method. METHODS: In this study, an asphalt-pavement maintenance project for a national highway was assessed with a performance-based contract to investigate the advantage of the new contract procedures. This is the first trial applying the performance-based contract to a pavementrehabilitation project in Korea. In the four case studies, the warranty period of the performance-based contract was designed for seven years. The research team monitored the construction site to compare the normal contract method with the performance-based contract method. The case studies’project sites were investigated after the end of the construction. RESULTS : Based on the limited case studies, the performance-based contract method could extend the service life of the asphalt pavement and reduce the pavement-maintenance budget because the quality control was well managed by the contractors. However, a few construction laws would be necessary to apply the performance-based contract method in the future. CONCLUSIONS : Using the performance-based contract, the construction company made great efforts to guarantee the warranty period and to apply the optimal maintenance method, based on the pavement distress condition. The contractor and the agency would need to understand the new performance-based contract system for it to be activated. Therefore, a proper education program for the performancebased contract system would be needed to educate the stakeholders regarding the procedures and their effects on the pavement management and maintenance.

        This study aims to configure what dimensions make up for smart phone after service quality, and how this service quality affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Smart phone market is a market of the device leading the digital convergence as well as positioning itself as one of the national growth driving industry. To survive in this matured market, companies should have to respond actively to radical changes and customers needs in the so-called Smart Revolution environment. Lately, however, the smart phone market is prospected to move from growth phase to mature phase by the scholars. In order to proactively respond to the change in such market condition, companies need to provide absolute advantage in customer loyalty over their competitors by revolutionizing the after-sales service quality. Qualified A/S will lead to service satisfaction and achieve customer loyalty. The empirical analysis results obtained through A/S quality are as follows : First, human quality (attitude, expertise, problem-solvability), environment quality (handling agility, convenience, comfort), service policy quality (quality guarantee, additional service operation) are dimensions that make up for A/S quality. Second, A/S quality dimension showed a significant positive influence on service satisfaction and A/S satisfaction showed a positive influence on customer loyalty as well. Based on this empirical study, we propose some implications for A/S quality improvement. First, human quality dimension has relatively higher influence on A/S satisfaction in case of free A/S, so companies need to solve the product problem completely when consumer’s first visit by continual employee education. Second, in case of paid A/S, the service policy quality-especially A/S Warranty period- has higher influence on A/S satisfaction.

        PURPOSES : This research was a laboratory study for evaluating the Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) mixture added developed rejuvenator for warm mix recycling. Waste asphalt mixtures occupy about 18.2% of construction wastes in Korea. Moreover, most rejuvenators were imported from Europe or the U.S. Therefore, improving usage of RAP with a developed rejuvenator material provides environmental protection at a reduced cost. METHODS : The specimen used for this experiment was performed by only using RAP. A suitable rejuvenator for Target PG was then added. In addition, a conventional rejuvenator was selected to compare performance and specimens introduced with the same procedure as the developed rejuvenator was prepared. In order to evaluate rutting resistance and water susceptibility, we conducted a deformation strength test, a tensile strength ratio test, and a dynamic immersion test with the prepared mixtures. RESULTS: Laboratory test results indicated that both the developed additive and conventional additive improved performance of the recycled asphalt mixtures compared to mixtures without the rejuvenator. In addition, the deformation strength test and TSR test results satisfied standards for domestic recycling asphalt mixtures. The dynamic immersion test showed that the developed rejuvenator has superior scaling resistance than the conventional rejuvenator. CONCLUSIONS : In terms of rutting resistance and moisture susceptibility, the warm mix recycled asphalt mixtures with the developed rejuvenator appeared to effectively recovered performance.

        서 론 빠른 경제성장과 함께 <2016년 국토교통부> 자동차 등록대수는 2180만을 돌파하였다. 이처럼 많은 차량들이 도로를 사용하게 됨에 따라 기존의 아스팔트도로와 콘크리트도로가 많이 노후와 되어있는 추세이며, 이에 도로의 유지.보수 관리의 중요성이 높아지게 되었으며, 유지.보수간에 가장 많이 사용되는 공법 중에 하나인 덧씌우기 공법에 사용하는 택코트의 성능을 검토하기 위해 수행되었다. 실험 방법 및 사용재료 2.1 사용재료 실험에 사용된 택코트는 일반적으로 사용되어지는 RSC-4와 택코트 필름을 사용하였으며, 부착강도를 측정하기 위해 양생시간을 동일하게 하여 Pull of test를 통해 부착강도를 측정하였다. 2.2 실험 방법 휨몰드와 마샬 몰드를 사용하여 각각 택코트 RSC-4와 필름을 사용하여 공시체를 제작하였다. 1층 다짐 후 24시간 양생 후 2차 다짐을 한 후에 48시간 부착강도를 측정하였다. 그림1은 본 실험에 사용된 시편의 제작과정이며, 그림2는 부착강도 테스트 후의 모습이다. 결과 및 고찰 3.1 동일한 양생조건에서 콘크리트 위에 부착한 택코트 종류에 따른 부착강도 그림4은 휠트래킹 몰드로 만든 콘크리트에 부착한 택코트 종류에 따른 부착강도를 나타낸 그래프이다. 3.2 동일한 양생조건에서 아스팔트 위에 부착한 택코트 종류에 따른 부착강도 그림 5는 마샬 몰드로 만든 아스팔트 공시체 위에 부착한 택코트 종류에 따른 부착강도를 나타낸 그래프이다. RSC-4의 경우에는 살포 후 30분간 상온양생을 실시하였다 결 론 일반적으로 사용되어지고 있는 택코트 인 RSC-4의 경우 유화아스팔트라는 성질 때문에 충분한 양생이 필요하여 공기가 늘어나게 되어 실제 현장에서 규정에 맞게 사용하기가 힘든 실정이다. 도로 유지.관리 공법중 하나인 덧씌우기 공법에 사용되는 택코트의 종류와 부착하는 재료에 따른 부착 강도평가 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 콘크리트 위에 각각 RSC-4와 택코트 필름을 부착하여 Pull-off-test 장비를 이용하여 부착강도를 평가한 결과 각각 0.77, 0.76 으로 비슷한 결과를 나타냈다. 2) 아스팔트에 부착한 RSC-4와 택코트 필름을 부착하여 부착강도를 평가했을때와 비슷한 경향을 나타냈다. 각각 1.241, 1.304로 택코트 필름과 보호필름을 사용한 쪽이 더 높게 나타났다. 이는 공사기간을 단축시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 트래피커빌리티를 고려하였을 때 택코트 필름과 보호 필름을 사용하여 더 효율적으로 유지.보수를 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다

        One of the most innovative approaches for maintaining and rehabilitating the Seoul pavement is to develop and implement the maintenance of pavement under the pavement management system (PMS). This paper documents result of the survey on PMS used in Seoul. This model is uses the theory to survey the condition of the pavement ,An index called the Distress Manifesto Index (DMI) is define as used to measure the pavement distress condition of the Seoul pavement. And there is Riding Condition Index (RCI) is to define the comfort of driver who is traveling on the Seoul pavement. Pavement condition index is defined as used to evaluate pavement condition. The cost effective PMS is possible only when maintenance requirement are identified at right time with realistic prediction of overall pavement condition. For Seoul, several survey are used in order to management decisions such as Pavement Serviceability Index (PSI), Surface Condition Ratting (SCR), and Pavement Condition Rating (PCR) etc. the goal of this paper is to evaluate the condition of pavement to facilitate a better understanding of the opportunities to augment the current framework while remaining consistent with the aims of moving ahead for progress in 21stcentury. This research is based on the performance of the asphalt concrete pavement data of Seoul Pavement. Pavement are divided into three classes Class 1 consist of 10-7 SPI result data ,that the pavement is in good condition. Class 2 consist of 6.99-4.0 SPI result data , that the pavement is in average condition. Class 3 consist of 3.99-0.00 PCI result data, that the pavement is in bad condition and need to repair immediately. the performance data is from Dongsomoonlo(28) it consist of Rutting ,Cracking, and IRI data.

        국내 도로포장의 약 80%의 비중을 차지하는 아스팔트 포장은 신속한 교통개방 및 유지관리의 편의성 등의 장점이 있는 반면, 소성변형(permanent deformation rutting), 환경영향에 의한 균열(crack), 시공과정에서 발생되는 이음(joint)에 의한 이음부 균열(joint crack) 등의 단점도 많이 내재되어 있는 실정이다. 그동안 아스팔트 개질재 개발 및 골재 입도 개선 등을 통하여 소성변형 저감을 위한 연구는 지속적으로 이루어져 온 반면, 균열에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미비한 것이 국내 실정이다. 최근 국내도로는 교통량의 증가와 주변 환경의 따라 도로의 포장공사가 증가하고 있는 추세이나, 아스팔트 포장의 확장공사, 절삭 덧씌우기 공법을 적용한 보수공법 시공시에는 굴착 복구 과정에서 기존 포장과 이어서 새롭게 포설 및 다짐한 포장사이에 시공조인트(cold joint)가 발생하게 된다. 이런 시공조인트는 이미 포장된 면과 새로 포장된 면과의 접착이 이루어지는 접합부로 단기간 내에 신구포장의 접착부실로 조기균열이 발생하여 강우시 균열부위에 빗물이 침투하게 되고, 차량의 하중에 의해 점진적으로 균열이 확대되어 라벨링, 박리 및 포트홀 발생으로 연결되게 되어 포장층의 내구성 및 수명 저하를 초래한다. 따라서 아스팔트 포장 시 발생되는 시공조인트의 완벽한 접착력 및 방수성과 차량의 하중 및 충격을 흡수하여 시공조인트 균열의 확대를 억제할 수 있는 예방적인 재료가 절실히 요구되고 있다. 예를 들어, 국내의 경우 아스팔트 포장의 종 방향의 시공 이음부 균열 문제를 근본적으로 해결하지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 아스콘 포장 후 1~2년 경과 후에 이음부에서 균열이 발생되며, 이러한 시공균열 발생저감을 위하여 국내 R사에서 새로 개발한 고무화 아스팔트계 자착식 시트를 사용하여 균열 저항성과, 저온 유연성에 대한 실험 및 평가를 하였다.

        In this study, a system was developed that can evaluate the radon gas removal efficiency of air cleaner filters. The system has three acrylic chambers connected in series;: the 1st chamber, the filter chamber and the 2nd chamber. In the 1st chamber, a radon source and an air pump were installed to create an environment with a constant radon concentration. Radon concentration in the two chambers was continuously monitored by ionization chamber detectors(RD-200, FRD1600, FTLab, Korea) and, in the 2nd chamber, the radon concentration increase of air filtrated by each filter was inter-compared. HEPA filters and two honeycomb type filters were evaluated. Results of HEPA filter, GAC 1 and GAC 2 were 1142 Bq, 7016 Bq and 12053 Bq, respectively. HEPA filter showed a significantly lower capacity for radon removal than the GAC filters. Also, the GAC 2 filter showed a more than 70 % better result compared to GAC 1 due to the difference in filter materials. Therefore, this system can be used to evaluate the radon removal ability of air cleaner filters, by filter type and filter material.

        PURPOSES:The purpose of this paper is to evaluate interface performance while using various tack coat materials for asphalt overlay.METHODS:The evaluation was conducted with tracking test, permeability, and interface bond strength. Tracking test was conducted using an image processing technique, to investigate the susceptibility of the tack coat materials. BBS and pull-off test were conducted to evaluate bond strength. The permeability test was conducted to evaluate the effect of tack coat materials.RESULTS :Results reveal that the trackless tack coat material demonstrates less tracking compared to other materials. Moreover, both BBS and pull-off tests can effectively evaluate the bond strength at the interface. RSC-4 was measured less bond strength. Moreover, tack coat prevents water penetration through the surface and aids the extension of the surface life of asphalt pavement.CONCLUSIONS :Trackless tack coat demonstrated a high and consistent bond strength performance. The tack coat types demonstrate marginally different performance as function of curing times. Field applicability was tested based on visual observation. Therefore, these should be considered when trackless tack coat is slightly enhanced the pavement performance based on limited this study results. Finally, it is necessary to allow reasonable time for the tack coat to completely cure.

        PURPOSES :This study aims to develop a sealant for use in the installation of Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) sensor for asphalt concrete or cement concrete pavements.METHODS:In order to investigate the properties of various sealants that were mixed with latex and carbon fiber, various test methods were adopted, such as bituminous bond strength test, softening point test, and cone penetration test. To evaluate moisture susceptibility, the BBS test was conducted under moist condition. The bond strength ratio (BSR) was calculated based on tensile strength ratio method.RESULTS :The sealant’s properties significantly varied according to the amount of latex or carbon fiber. The usage of latex marginally enhanced the cone penetration test result, notwithstanding reduced asphalt content. This implies that the sealant will be proper cold temperature reason. Moreover, the addition of latex and carbon fiber evidently increased the softening point. This indicates that the tendency of the material to flow at elevated temperatures is encountered during service. With the addition of latex and carbon fiber, the moisture susceptibility measured with BSR improved marginally, while the bond strength under dry condition decreased marginally. Sealant F displays the highest bond strength and BSR under limited test conditions.CONCLUSIONS :According to the proportion of latex and carbon fiber mixed, properties of sealant, such as softening point, cone penetration, and BSR varied marginally. This indicates that the sealant has to be applied considering the environmental condition, to improve service life.

        PURPOSES : This research was a fundamental study on the application of an integral TiO2 solution to asphalt concrete pavement. The integral TiO2 solution was produced in pilot production equipment; application of the integral TiO2 solution to asphalt pavement was conducted to examine the pollution-reducing capability of photocatalytic compounds such as TiO2. The photocatalytic TiO2 reacted with air pollutants, converting them into small amounts of relatively benign molecules. METHODS : In this study, laboratory experiments were conducted using five various testing methods. Tensile strength ratio (TSR) and British pendulum test (BPT) were conducted in order to evaluate the properties of asphalt pavement subsequent to the integral TiO2 solution coating. In addition, methylene blue testing, a measurement of nitrate on the coated pavement, and nitrogen oxide (NOx) reduction testing were conducted in order to evaluate photocatalytic reaction. Lastly, a UV-A lamp was used as a light source for photocatalytic reactions. RESULTS : Test results indicated no change in the properties of asphalt pavement following the integral TiO2 solution coating. In order to evaluate the performance of asphalt pavement as a function of TiO2, the moisture susceptibility and skid resistance were investigated. The moisture susceptibility and skid resistance satisfied there quirements related to pavement quality and safety specification. Furthermore, the effects of reduction of air pollution were significantly improved as determined via the methylene blue test and NOx reduction test. The TiO2-paved asphalt specimen exhibited approximately 43% reduction of NOx. CONCLUSIONS : This study has suggested that applying TiO2 rarely impacts asphalt pavement performance measures such as moisture susceptibility and skid resistance, and that its application may be a better means of reducing air pollution. Further studies, such as proper TiO2 dosage rates and compatibility with various pavement types, are required to broaden and generalize its application.
