본 연구는 제주도 용수저수지 주변 호랑가시나무개체군을 식물사회학적 방법으로 분류하고, 식생과 토양과의 상관관계를 밝히고자 분포서열법에 의한 분석을 실시하였다. 호랑가시나무개체군은 꾸지뽕나무우점개체군, 상동나무우점개체군, 예덕나무우점개체군으로 분류되었다. 토양분석 결과 유기물함량 14.62~17.35%, 전질소함량 0.39~0.51%, 유효인산함량 8.83~20.15mg/kg, 치환성 K 0.44~0.64cmol+/kg, Ca 5.79~6.87cmol+/kg, Mg 3.43~4.19cmol+/kg이며, 토양 pH는 5.41~5.80인 것으로 조사되었다. 예덕나무우점개체군은 유효인산과 유기물함량이 많고 치환성 K, Mg의 양료가 적은 입지에 분포하는 것으로 분석되었다. 상동나무우점개체군과 꾸지뽕나무우점개체군은 유효인산과 유기물함량이 적고 치환성 K, Mg의 양료가 많은 입지에 분포하는 것으로 조사되었다. 호랑가시나무 자생지 보호를 위해 수관층을 피압하고 있는 덩굴식물 제거작업이 이루어져야 하며, 지속적인 생태모니터링과 자생지 보존을 위한 관리방안이 수립되어야 한다.

Continuing and Developing the growth, the company should focus on 'time to market of high quality production' and 'cost down'. Due to the complexity of the production, reliability is being one of the important factor. In this study, in particular, focus on parts reliability test improvement about printer product and proceeded. Need test improvement for time to market that is developed, and reduce expense with test period that is required at Reliability Test time of new parts and should high quality level of product. Finally huge Failure Cost (F-COST) occurs because quality level of product drops if parts that accomplish product does not ensure reliability and this is associated by malfunction in marketplace.

목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 후 임상실습에 대한 만족도를 알아보고, 임상실습에 따른 전공 취업의 진로 결정과 희망기관 및 분야에 대한 인식 변화에 대해 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 방법 : 본 연구는 2008년 6월 23일부터 2008년 12월 30일까지 본 설문에 응한 작업치료(학)과 학생들을 대 상으로 하여 구조화된 설문지를 배포하여 자료 수집을 하였고, 총 346부를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 17.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 다중응답분석, 독립 t-검정, 주변 동질성 검정, Kruskal-Wallis검정을 사용하 였다. 결과 : 임상실습의 만족도에서는 치료 장비와 도구의 다양성, 정해진 일정에 따른 교육, 임상실습의 중요성 인식 등 의 항목이 높은 만족도를 나타낸 반면, 다양한 학습자료 제공, 임상실습평가방법 등의 항목에서 낮은 만족도를 보 였다. 임상실습 전 후 전공취업을 희망하는 학생의 비율은 82.7%에서 96.5%로 증가했다. 실습 전·후 전공 취업 희망 분야 비교에서 지체장애(성인)분야, 아동분야, 정신건강분야의 순으로 나타났으며 실습전후 분야의 선택이 바뀐 경우가 346명 중 113명으로 나타나 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 임상실습 후 전공 취업희망 기관 및 분야에 대한 인식의 변화는 긍정적으로 변한 경우가 57.2%, 부정적으로 변한 경우가 6.7%로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과를 토대로 임상실습을 통해 전공취업에 대한 인식과 희망분야에 대한 인식의 변화가 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 이와 관련된 연구가 더욱 활발히 이루어져야 할 것이며. 더불어 임상실습환경 및 실습 평가방법 등에 대한 다각도의 연구가 수행되어져야 할 것이다.

홍도 상록활엽수림을 식물사회학적 방법으로 군락을 분류하고, 방형구법을 사용하여 구배분석을 실시하였다. 식물사 회학적으로 군락을 분류한 결과 붉가시나무군락, 굴거리군락, 소사나무군락으로 분류되었다. 토양특성은 유기물, 전질소, 유효인산, 치환성 K, 치환성 Ca, 치환성 Mg, 양이온치환용량(CEC)의 함량이 6.49~13.71%, 0.19~0.46%, 26.19~10.63(mg/kg), 0.24~0.56(cmol+/kg), 0.68~3.19(cmol+/kg), 0.83~1.82(cmol+/kg), 9.74~22.55(cmol+/kg) 이며, pH는 4.04~4.14로 약산생토양인 것으로 분석되었다. 소사나무군락은 해발고가 가장 높고, 붉가시나무군학과 굴거리 군락은 다소 낮은 해발고에 분포하는 것으로 나타났으며, 붉가시나무군락이 굴거리군락보다 전질소, CEC, 치환성 Ca 함량이 다소 많은 입지에 분포하는 것으로 나타났다.

In order to advance the service quality of education, the study is to takes measures on the satisfaction of teachers who are really important personnel resources and can be said internal customers of the education system. Previous studies on the service quality show that most of them focused on students, particularly on the improvement of their satisfaction. Therefore the study tried to measure the satisfaction degrees of teachers, so that it might seek ways for the advancement of the teaching environment and teaching service quality, for which it has utilized the Performance Model developed by Hung et al.(2003). For the purpose, surveys were conducted on 303 teachers of elementary schools and the collected data were analysed with SPSS statistic programme and the Performance Model. As a result a total of 18 items are mentioned as those to be improved. They include : Education Environment, Workplace Conditions, Performance Reward, Budget Arrangement, Welfare System. They are closely related with the two items of Performance Reward and Welfare System. In conclusion, it is confirmed that teachers who belong to the provincial office of education in Gyeongsangbuk-do want the same level of performance reward with that of the other professional groups and they also want to enjoy such a welfare as academic fees for the children who studies at colleges and graduate schools. Therefore it is necessary to improve such complaints that it would give satisfaction to the teachers, the internal customers of the education organization.

The thermal stability and mechanical properties of Nephila clavata and Bassaniana decorata spider silks were measured and compared with those of aramid and polyester fibers. The thermal stability of the spider silk was lower than those of the commercial aramid and polyester fibers. However, the mechanical properties of the spider silk were far superior to that of the polyester fiber. The effect of the water content of the spider silk on its thermal stability and mechanical property was examined by conducting the silk to heat treatment at 100℃ under vacuum for various times. The results indicated that spider silk subjected to heat treatment for 1.5 hr had excellent thermal stability and mechanical property.

본 연구는 울릉도 고추냉이 개체군의 식생과 토양특성, 분포서열법을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 고추냉이 개체군은 서면의 해발고 440m에서 570m 사이와 나리분지의 해발 340m 부근에 분포하고 있다. 고추냉이 군락지의 토양은 유기물함량 15.01%, 전질소함량 0.48%, 유효인산함량 44.19mg/kg, 치환성 K 2.00(me/100g), 치환성 Ca 7.19(me/100g), 치환성 Mg 4.44(me/100g), 양이온치환용량 22.55(me/100g)로 높게 나타났으며, 토양 pH는 6.17로 약산성 토양의 특징을 나타내고 있다. 일색고사리 우점개체군은 좀깨잎나무 우점개체군보다 전질소, 유기물함량, CEC, 치환성 Ca 등이 다소 많은 입지에 분포하고 있는데 반하여 좀깨잎나무 우점개체군은 일색고사리 우점개체군보다 pH가 다소 높은 입지에 분포하고 있었다.

In this research we tried to make nano-sized TiNx by using planetary milling, and we made the composites double layered of titanium and nano-sized TiNx by using spark plasma sintering apparatus after mixing with the different ratio of pure titanium powder, and they were heat treated at for 30 minutes. The crystal structures of nano-sized TiNx powders and the composites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microstructures of the powders were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and the 40-50 nm size of nano-sized TiNx particle on the surface of agglomerated particles was investigated. With increasing the ratio of nano-sized TiNx of the composites, the microvickers hardness of the composites was increased.
