난온대 상록활엽수림의 변화과정을 장기 모니터링하기 위해 1996년 완도수목원에 설치된 16개 고정조사구(시험구, 대조구)를 대상으로 식생구조 변화를 분석했다. 특히 1996년도 복원기법으로 도입한 시험처리(솎아베기, 식물도입)가 식생 발달에 미친 영향을 심도 있게 논의했다. 교목층에 붉가시나무가 우점한 군락(고정조사구 1∼3)에서는 이 종의 평균상대우점치(MIP)가 줄고, 외부에서 들어온 상록활엽수종의 MIP가 늘어나 장래 식생구조 변화가 예상된다. 붉가시 나무-낙엽활엽수림(고정조사구 5, 7), 소나무림(고정조사구 9, 10)에서도 상록활엽수종의 세력 확장이 확인됐다. 솎아베 기를 시행했던 시험구에서 조류 피식 산포형인 생달나무, 참식나무, 후박나무 등의 종 유입과 상록활엽수종의 세력 확장이 두드러져, 난온대림 식생 발달을 촉진하는데 유효했다고 본다. 시험구에 상록활엽수종을 심어 식생구조 변화를 꾀했지만, 식재 수량이 적어 식생구조 변화에 끼친 영향이 미약했던 것으로 보인다. 다른 식생유형보다 소나무림은 소나무, 곰솔의 쇠퇴에 따른 상록활엽수림으로의 식생구조 변화가 뚜렷했다.
LC-MS/MS를 이용하여 신속하고 정밀한 카벤다짐 분석법을 연구하였다. 농산물 중 카벤다짐은 acetonitrile로 추 출한 후 SPE cartridge을 이용하여 전처리를 수행하였으며, 최소 검출한계 및 정량한계는 각각 0.001과 0.004 mg/kg 이었다. 농산물에 각각 1.0 mg/kg 및 0.02 mg/kg 농도의 카벤다짐을 첨가하여 분석 시 회수율과 정밀성은 각각 상추 가 84.9%, 1.0% 및 87.8%, 3.8% 얼갈이배추가 83.4%, 1.5% 및 86.8%, 2.7% 양배추가 86.4%, 2.0% 및 77.3%, 1.5% 근대가 83.3%, 0.2% 및 86.8%, 2.0 % 이었으며, 콩 나물은 85.9%, 3.0% 및 90.1%, 1.3%, 그리고 숙주나물이 83.3%, 2.0% 및 85.9%, 1.9% 로 조사되었다. 본 연구의 시험법은 식품공전의 다성분분석법에 비해 신속하고 정밀 한 분석법으로 농산물에 대한 카벤다짐 분석에 적합한 것으로 조사되었다.
Most of the commercial devices for vitrification are directly immersed into the warming solution (WS) for increasing of warming rate. However, the previous modified cut standard straw (MCS) which has reported is difficult to immerse into the WS. The aim of this study was to investigate whether the long cut straw (LCS) could be useful as a stable tool for vitrified-warmed human blastocysts. A total of 138 vitrified-warmed cycles were performed between November 2013 and November 2014 (exclusion criteria: women ≥38 years old, poor responder, surgical retrieval sperm, and severe male factor). The artificial shrinkage was conducted using 29-gauge needles. Ethylene glycol and dimethyl sulfoxide (7.5% and 15% (v/v)) were used as cryoprotectants. Freezing and warming were conducted using the LCS tool. The cap of LCS was removed using the forceps in the liquid nitrogen (LN2) and then directly immersed into the first WS for 1 min at 37℃ (1 M sucrose). Only re-expanded blastocysts were transferred after it was cultured in sequential media for 18-20 h. A total of 294 blastocysts were warmed, and all were recovered (100%). Two hundred eighty-five embryos were survived (96.9%). The vitrifiedwarmed blastocysts of all patients were transferred without any cancellation. We were able to achieve a reasonable implantation (24.2%), following by clinical pregnancy (36.2%), which then continued to ongoing pregnancy (36.2%), and live birth (31.2%). Using LCS is achieved the acceptable rates of survival, pregnancy and live birth. Therefore, the LCS could be considered as a stable and simple tool for human embryo vitrificaton.
Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to examine the physical and psychological benefits afforded by a 6-week yoga program for breast cancer survivors. Methods: Eligible participants (per-screened) were to the intervention group 17. All participants completed pre- and post-testing assessments immediately before and after the Mindfulness yoga program. Statistical analyses were paired samples t-test by SPSS 19.0. Results: The Mindfulness yoga program participants(female) included primarily breast cancer survivors, on average 46.5 months post-diagnosis. Significant differences between pre and post at post-intervention were seen only in psychosocial(i.e. QOL; Role function, Appetite loss, Constipation and PSQI) Finally, there were also significant improvements in the program participants from pre- to post-intervention on physical variables(Weight, BMI). Conclusion: The mindfulness yoga program has a positive effect on Quality of life in Breast cancer survivors. Future research might attempt to include control group and a longer program duration.
