원전 해체 공정 중 절단 및 용융작업에서 발생되는 방사성 에어로졸은 작업종사자의 호흡을 통해 내부 피폭을 유발하게 된다. 이에 따라 해체 중 방사성 에어로졸로 인한 작업종사자의 내부피폭 평가가 필요한 실정이다. 정확한 내부피폭평가를 위해서는 작업종사자의 작업환경 실측값이 필요하지만 실측에 어려움이 있을 시에는 국제방사선방호위원회(ICRP)에서 제시하는 섭취량 분율 및 입자 크기 등의 권고 값을 통해 내부피폭선량을 추정할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 입자 크기의 선정은 ICRP에서 권고하는 작업종사자의 고려 입자 크기인 5 μm을 적용하였다. 발생량의 경우, 불가리아의 Kozloduy 부지 내의 용융시설에서 발생 된 에어로졸의 포집량 데이터를 이용하여 섭취량을 산정하였다. 또한 이를 이용해 작업종사자의 체내 및 배설물에서의 방사능 수치를 계산하고 BiDAS 전산코드를 통해 내부피폭 평가를 수행하였다. Type M이 0.0341 mSv, Type S가 0.0909 mSv로 두 흡수 형태 각각 국내 연간 선량 한도의 0.17%, 0.45% 수준을 나타내었다.

As the hangover relieving drink market has been expanded, there have been efforts to produce traditional drinks that can be easily taken through reducing material costs after finding materials with high alcohol-degrading activity from agricultural products and manufacturing drinks in a way to produce sikhye. Studies were made to know quality, the ability to relieve hangover and preference of drinks for which seven kinds of agricultural products, including shiitake mushrooms, were added in the forms of fresh juice, extracts and powder. Farm products showed the highest acetaldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) when they were added in the form of powder before saccharification and shiitake mushrooms showed the highest enzyme activity when they were added in the form of powder. When added in the form of powder, people showed the lowest preference except when radish and hericium erinaceum were added. When bear puree was added to a mixture of powdered shiitake mushrooms, radish, bean sprouts and dadagi cucumber, enzyme activity got higher and people showed higher preference. An experiment of animal behaviors showed that the mixture had a high ability to relieve hangover in one or two hours after 10% or 40% alcohol was orally administered to mice due to long traveling distance of mice.

This study was conducted to investigate the anti-bacterial effect of chlorine dioxide (ClO2) on extending thevase life of Gerbera jamesonii ‘Jenny’ which was first bredin Korea in 2012. Compared to commercialized biocides,ClO2 had been proved significantly effective for extendingthe vase life of cut gerbera flowers, equally with sodiumhypochlorite, silver nitrate, and 8-hydroxyquinoline sulfate.No bacteria were detected in the vase solutions treated withClO2 and these commercialized biocides on day 6 aftertreatment. But there were no significant differences on thevase life among the three ClO2 concentrations: 2, 5, and10μL•L−1. The ClO2 concentrations were rapidly decreasedon day 2 after treatment regardless of peduncle existence.Nevertheless, the antibacterial effect of ClO2 was main-tained up to day 6, indicating that the initial antibacterialeffect of ClO2 was a key factor for extending the vase life inthe gerbera flowers. The study results verified the antibacte-rial effect of ClO2 on prolonging the vase life of Gerberajamesonii ‘Jenny’ and demonstrated that appropriate ClO2application can prolong the postharvest life of cut gerberasvia its antimicrobial effect.

만부병은 포도의 착색기부터 장마가 오면 격발하는 병해로서 우리나라에 있어서 피해가 심함은 물논 방제가 어려운 것으로서 본 시험은 피대와 약제살포를 겸하는 것과 약제살포만을 하여 그 효과를 비교코저 원예시험장 과수과 포도원에서 품종 켐벨얼리를 공시하여 시험하였다. L 유대구는 무대구보다 약제간이나 무처리간에 있어서 포도만부병을 방제하는데 효과적 이였다. 2. Tuzet와 Delan은 유대구나 무대구에 있어서 다른 처리구보다 포도만부병방제에 효과적이었다

A new cultivars Dendranthema grandiflourm ‘Dream River’ was developed at Gyeonggi-do Agricultural Research ＆ Extension Services(GARES),Korea in 2010. The cultivar ‘Dream River’ was crossed in 2007 between ‘Geumsu’, a spray cultivar with yellow single type, and ‘Crangball’, a spray cultivar with pink single type. Trials were conducted from 2008 to 2011 for evaluations and selection of this variety, including a shading culture in summer and a retarding culture in autumn. The natural flowering time of ‘Dream River’ was late October, and year-round flowering is possible by shading or lighting treatment. After the test of specific characters from 2009 to 2011, it was finally selected and named. The cultivar has an single type flowers with ivory petals and a green flower center. The diameter of flower is 56.0mm. Numbers of flowrs per stem and petals per flower are 15.2 and 26.5, respectively. Days to flowering under the short day treatment is about 53 days in the four season. The cultivar ‘Dream River’ has ivory petal with 7.5weeks to flowering under the short day treatment.

‘Jowon’ is a new early-maturing potato variety for table use. It has spreading growth habit with narrow oval leaves. Its tubers are attractively round with white skin and light yellow flesh color. The yielding ability of Jowon is similar to Superior. Jowo

To find out the effects of humidification and hardening of rice (Oryza sativa L. cv. Ilpumbyeo) seeds on the germination, both normal and artificially aged seeds with 60% germination rate were humidified at 40, 60, and 80% RHs and 25~circC for five weeks or hydrated for 6, 12, 18, and 24 hours at 25~circC from one to five cycles for hardening. Relative humidity and duration of humidification did not affect the germination rate of normal seeds, while reduced the time to get 50% germination rate (T50 ) by 1.0～1.6 days compared to that of normal seeds at 25~circC . Aged seeds humidified at 40 and 60% RHs did not affect the germination rate and T50 regardless of relative humidity and duration of treatment, while at 80% RH, the germination rate decreased and T50 increased significantly with the duration of humidification. Hardening of normal seeds reduced T50 by 0.7～1.1 days without changes in the germination rate. However, the germination rate and T50 of aged seeds soaked in water for 6, 12, and 18 hours were similar regardless of soaking/drying cycles, while hardening of artificially aged seeds with 1～4 cycles in 24 hours soaking increased the germination rate by 11-16% and reduced T50 by 1.4～2.0 days.
