        The relationship of parasocial Interaction is one of the important contents of marketing research in recent years. With the rise of internet economy in the world, more and more enterprises' marketing practices are involved in the marketing process of SNS based on social networks. The interaction between medium and audiences has broken through the non-face-to-face one-way communication mode and forms a twoway communication mode of the relationship of parasocial Interaction in the SNS environment. Based on the signaling theory and the social exchange theory, this dissertation clarifies the driving factors and mechanism between Fashion web celebrity and attributes and relationship of parasocial interaction through the literature review, In the South China, Middle and North China, there were N audiences who used SNS experience as survey target to conduct a survey. And analyzed these data with SEM software. The research found that between Fashion web Fashion web celebrity and attributes and SNS participation motivation show a positive correlation with relationship of parasocial interaction, and there is a positive correlation between relationship of parasocial interaction and identification, relationship of parasocial interaction and identification have positive correlation with customer equity. E-WOM on customer asset-driven process has a clear intermediary role in the relationship of parasocial Interaction. This not only enriches and develops the existing research results of relationship of parasocial Interaction, but also provides guidance for enterprises to manage relationship of parasocial interactions. In addition, it also provides valuable theoretical guidance for enterprises to promote SNS marketing management practices.

        With the rapid development of the global economy, transport safety and security have become the key issues in maritime transportation all over the world. In practical applications, the Automatic Identification System (AIS)-based measurement of similarities between different vessel trajectories plays an important role in improving maritime transportation, e.g., maritime navigation, maritime supervision and management. However, the received AIS datasets are usually composed of a large amount of redundant information which could significantly increase the computational complexity. To deal with this problem, a Douglas-Peucker (DP)-based calculation method is introduced in this paper to accurately compress the spatio-temporal AIS trajectories while preserving the main geometrical structures. Based on the compressed trajectories, it is able to accelerate the Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) algorithm for the measurement of similarities between different vessel trajectories. In particular, the combination of DP and DTW has the capacity of significantly reducing the computational cost and guaranteeing the accuracy of similarity measures. The experimental results have demonstrated the superior performance of the proposed method in terms of computational cost and accuracy of similarity measures.

        Tour application have a lot of information to offer. Because smart phones’ screen is small, it is necessary to efficiently organize user interface(UI). To have a quantity analysis on human's' attention affected by layout position in tour application UI design, an experiment was proposed and then the data analysis was done. Thirty subjects took part in our experiment and 20 tour application layout images divided into four area of interest (AOI) were taken as the stimulus randomly. Data was recorded by the Tobi Pro X2-30 eye tracker system. The heat maps and gaze plot results were analyzed. And then One-way ANOVA (analysis of variance) statistical method was applied to finding out the significant difference in factor levels. Results show that the active area and eye movements tracking roads within statistic meaning. Moreover, ANOVA (F = 24.28, p = 2.21267e􎂡15 < 0.01) shows that the different positions have significance difference effect on subjects' attention and mean of AOI (4) is a significant difference from other three area. And then the influence degree of AOI (4) (F = 13.90, p = 0.098 > 0.05) is weaker than other regions through the simple test. In conclusion, the tour applications should be considered the layout position effects on improving the attraction for corresponding users.

        Since the existing international legal regime governing space weapons is inadequate, the international community is worried about the weaponization of outer space. This paper introduces the efforts and contributions in this regard made by the UN General Assembly, the Conference on Disarmament, the UN Committee for Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and the UN Institute for Disarmament Research. It then analyzes several different approaches to solving the problem of weaponization of outer space, i.e. amendment of Article IV of the Outer Space Treaty, conclusion of a multilateral treaty on comprehensive prohibition of space weapons, and transparency and confidence-building measures in outer space activities. It concludes that a multilateral treaty on the prevention of weaponization of outer space with appropriate verification mechanism will be a final solution. At the present stage, a combination of various CBMs can also serve the purpose to prevent space weapons.

        Phellinus sp. are assigned to the Basidiomycotina, Hymenomycetes, Aphyllophorales and Hymenochaetaceae, and have been shown containing various bioactive substances including triterpenoids, polysaccharides and flavones[1]. Traditional Chinese herbalists believe that Phellinus species are effective in treating many gynecopathic ailments[2] and are also reported to exhibit other pharmacological functions including tumor cell inhibition, antioxidant activity and anti-hepatic fibrosis effects[3]. Polysaccharides of Phellinus sp. has been reported to possess antitumor activities and inhibit tumor recrudescence and metastasis. There are little studies comparing the chemical composition and biological activities difference among polysaccharides from different Phellinus sp and little report about the pure polysaccharide structure analysis. In this study, eight kinds of crude polysaccharides were extracted from Phellinus fruit bodies and their chemical composition and bioactivities were researched. The polysaccharide and protein contents of eight crude polysaccharides had a certain extent differences. Monosaccharide composition and content of amino acids also existed some differences in eight crude polysaccharides. Eight different polysaccharides all showed enhancing splenocyte proliferation effect in vitro. PB-10P and JSHP had high cell proliferation rates with 50㎍/ml concentrations. The results indicated in some extent the immune activity of crude polysaccharides were correlation with the polysaccharide and protein content and composition of each sample. The crude polysaccharides of P. igniarius were further isolated and purified using DEAE Sepharose F. F. and gel-filtration chromatography (Sephacryl S-100-500 )repeatedly. Five water-soluble homogeneous polysaccharides (P60w1、P60s1、P1SP1、P10SP1and P100SP1) were obtained. Lack of absorption at 280 nm and 260 nm by UV scanning indicated that contained no protein and nucleic acid. HPLC produced a single symmetrical peak, indicated homogeneity and their molecular weigh were 1.71×104 Da、2.07×104 Da、1.48×104 Da、2.20×104 Da and 2.56×104 Da respectively. Structural of P60w-1 were determined using sugar and methylation analysis combined with 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, including COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, HSQC and HMBC experiments. The effect of P60w-1 on tumor growth was examined using subcutaneously transplanted H22 and Lewis Lung Carcinoma (LLC) tumor mouse models. Cyclophosphamide or Coriolus versicolor polysaccharopeptide served as positive controls in evaluating tumor response. Results showed that P60w-1 at the most effective dose of 100 mg/kg inhibited the growth of H22 and LLC by 48% and 37%, respectively.

        Basidiomycetes can degrade lignocellulosic biomass, and some basidiomycetes produce alcohol dehydrogenase, so it is feasible to produce alcohol from basidiomycetes. Agaricus blazei, Flammulina velutipes and Tricholoma matsutake have been used for mushroom fermentation to produce alcohol. To investigate whether Pholilta nameko can be used for mushroom fermentation, and find out the relationship between mannitol-1-phosphate dehydrogenase and alcohol dehydrogenase, we cloned mannitol-1-phosphate dehydrogenase gene from P. nameko, which is a zinc-containing long- chain alcohol dehydrogenase. Mpd, the gene encoding mannitol-1-phosphate dehydrogenase (MPD), has been sequenced and characterized from basiodiomycete P. nameko. The length of the coding region is 1360bp. The gene encodes a putative protein of 359 amino acids; predicted protein molecular weight is 38.6 kDa and an isoelectric point is PI = 7.34. The locations of exons and introns in the gene were deduced on the basis of interruptions in the amino acid sequence that were homologous to those in the MPD of Laccaria bicolor, the coding region was split into 6 exons and 5 introns. The protein deduced from the gene MPD showed more than 46% sequence identity to 20 fungal MPDs or alcohol dehydrogenases documented in the Gene bank protein database, based on BLASTP analysis, and was phylogenetically close to the MPDs of L. bicolor and Coprinopsis cinerea. This protein shared the same conserved domain with the alcohol dehydrogenase.

        In this study, GSTs gene homology fragment from Mongolian wheatgrass(Agropyron mongolicum Keng) was isolated using homology-based method. one partials gene sequences have been obtained by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Sequence analysis using Software of DNAman and DNAuser etc, and showed that the cDNA sequences was 344 base pairs, encoding 62 amino acids. The partial gene had C-terminal conserved domains of substrate binding pocket (H-site) of GSTs superfamily. Homology comparison with GSTs gene amino acid sequences in other plants showed that it was 91% identical to 19E50 of wheat, 90% to pk0078 and 88% to gstf6. It was named as MwGSTs.

        Recent developments in nanocrystalline and nanocomposite rare earth-transition metal magnets are reviewed and emphasis is placed on research work at IFW Dresden. Principal synthesis methods include high energy ball milling, melt spinning, mold casting and hydrogen assisted methods such as reactive milling and hydrogenation-disproportionation-desorption-recombination. These techniques are applied to NdFeB-, PrFeB- and SmCo-type systems with the aim to produce high remanence magnets with high coercivity. Concepts of maximizing the energy density in nanostructured magnets by either inducing a texture via anisotropic HDDR or hot deformation or enhancing the remanence via magnetic exchange coupling are evaluated. With respect to high temperature applications melt spun ribbons were prepared, which showed coercivities of up to 0.53 T at 50. Partially amorphous alloys were prepared by copper mold casting. The effect of transition metal content on the glass-forming ability and the magnetic properties was investigated. The alloy exhibits an amorphous structure shown by the corresponding diffraction pattern. A small substitution of Co by 2.5 at.% Fe results In the formation of Fe-rich crystallites embedded in the Nd-rich amorphous matrix. The Fe-rich crystallites show hard magnetic behaviour at room temperature with a coercivity value of about 0.4 T, relatively low saturation magnetization and a Curie temperature of 500 K.
