        본 연구에서는 메주에서 분리된 C. allociferrii JNO301 을 이용한 최적 홍삼 ginsenosides의 생물전환 조건을 확인한 결과, 1.0% (v/v)의 홍삼 추출물에 탄소원으로서 2.5%(w/ v)의 galactose, 질소원으로서 1.0% (w/v)의 soytone을 첨가 하여 30oC에서 145 rpm으로 8일간 배양을 최적 생물전환 조건으로 확립하였다. C. allociferrii JNO301에 의해 홍삼 추출물에 존재하는 Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rf가 생물전환되어 F2, Rh1, Rh2, compound O, compound Mc1, compound K 등 의 minor ginsenosides의 함량이 증가되었다.

        This paper adopts a multi-factorial analysis and investigates English dative alternations in Korean EFL learners’ writings, by directly comparing dative alternations of native speakers and those of Korean EFL learners’ writings. Two corpora were chosen for the comparison: the Switchboard corpus (written sections) and the Korean component of the TOEFL11 corpus. After all the sentences with dative alternations were extracted from these two corpora, and seventeen linguistic factors were manually encoded, the data were statistically analyzed in R. This paper was theoretically based on the concept of interlanguage in the Second Language Acquisition and Competition Model of Bates and MacWhinney (1982, 1989). Through the analysis, the following facts were observed: (i) the Korean EFL learners used ditransitive constructions more frequently than prepositional constructions, (ii) eight main factors and four interactions with the L1 were statistically significant, and (iii) the ditransitive constructions which the Korean EFL learners used were closer to the prepositional constructions rather than the ditransitive constructions in Korean.

        본 연구에서는 노후화된 공동주택 수직 증축 리모델링 시 면진시스템의 적용성을 검토 및 면진시스템 적용을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로 동일한 구조로 수직 증축 시 수직 층수와 면진주기에 따른 최적 면진주기를 산정하였다. 해석결과, 3개층 수직 증축 시에는 면진주기를 비면진 건물 주기의 2배 이상, 2개층 수직 증축 시에는 비면진 건물 주기의 3배 이상을 확보하여야만 충분한 면진효과를 나타내는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 1개층 수직 증축 시에는 비면진 건물 주기의 4배 이상을 확보하여야만 면진효과를 나타내었다. 위의 결과를 활용하여 3개층 수직증축 리모델링 대상 공동주택에 면진시스템을 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 최상층 최대응답가속도가 비면진 건물의 최대응답가속도 보다 X방향의 경우에는 약 70%로, Y방향의 경우에는 약 65%의 감소를 나타내었다. 또한, 밑면 전단력의 경우, 비면진 건물과 비교하여 X방향 및 Y방향 모두 약 30% 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

        In order to protect coastal facilities mainly from wave and current actions, the self-locking eco blocks constituting elements of protecting shore structures against scouring were designed. These blocks are adapted to the sloping bottom, coastal dunes, and submerged coastal pipelines, counteracting the destructive and erosive impulse action. A series of laboratory experiments has been conducted to investigate the reflection of water waves over and against a train of protruded or submerged shore structures and compare the reflecting capabilities of incident waves including wave forces. In this study the hydraulic model experiment was conducted to identify the performance of newly designed water affinity eco blocks to keep the coast slope and bottom mound from scouring by reduction of the wave reflection and to convince stability of the block placement. Revised design of each block element was also tested for field conditions. From the result of experiments, the field applicability of the developed blocks and placement was discussed afterward.

        Parasitic gap is one of the interesting topics in syntactic literature since its existence depends on a real gap in the sentences. Both English and Korean have parasitic gap constructions, but their syntactic behaviors are a little different. Lee (2010b) discussed how parasitic gap constructions in these two languages are different and provided Combinatory Categorial Grammar (CCG) analyses for the constructions. The operation functional substitution plays an important role in the CCG analysis of the construction. The goal of this paper is to provide computational implementation based on Korean Type-inherited Combinatory Categorial Grammar (TCCG) system (Lee, 2010a), which is a combination of Steedman’s CCG and the Linguistic Knowledge Building (LKB) system. Two types of output data will be provided as outputs of the implementation. One is the syntactic parse tree, and the other is the semantic representation. In the parse trees, category combinatorics is encoded. For the semantic representations, Minimal Recursion Semantics (MRS) is adopted, and all the semantic relations are represented in the MRS structure.
