        This study aims to build a model dealing with the location decision of new manufacturing firms and their land demand. The model is composed with 1) the binary logit model structure identifying a future probability of manufacturing firms to locate in a city and their land demand; and 2) the land use suitability of the land demand. The model was empirically tested in the case of Anseong City. We used establishment-level data for the manufacturing industry from the Report on Mining and Manufacturing Survey. 48 industry groups were scrutinized to find the location probability in the city and their land demand via logit model with the dependent variables: number of employment, land capital, building capital, total products, and value-added for a new industry since 2001. It is forecasted that the future land areas (to 2025) for the manufacturing industries in the city are 5.94km2 and additional land demand for clustering the existing industries scattered over the city is 2.lkm2. Five industrial complex locations were identified through the land use suitability analysis.

        This study aims to develop rural house maintenance technique by researching and analyzing the demand for rural house by urban retirees or urbanites who are planning to retire. The target for the survey consisted of urban retirees or urbanites who are planning to retire at the ages between 40 and 65, and were divided into group A, the attendants in rural-related education, and group B, the non-attendants in rural-related education. The contents of the survey included the plan and purpose for rural settlement, the utilization form or residential form of rural house and its expected size, necessary in-house facilities, necessary community facilities, improvement and maintenance factors of rural house, political and legal support for the application of rural house maintenance, etc. The results findings of this study are as follows; 1)For both group, the major purpose of rural settlement appeared to be 'for rural life', utilization form of rural house to be 'acquired ownership or use of empty house', residential form to be 'cohabitation', expected size to be 'under 20~30 pung', and expenditure to be 'under 50~100 million'. 2)Most wanted necessary in-house facilities included backyard, multipurpose storage room for group A, and backyard, garden for group B. Necessary community facilities included boardwalk, sewage disposal unit for group A, and boardwalk, shop for group B. 3)Improvement factor for rural house showed 'poor insulation' as first factor for both groups, and for maintenance factor, 'backyard', 'under-floor heating' for group A, and 'environmental-friendly materials', 'backyard' for group B. 4)Most wanted overall political and legal support included 'support on land and real estate supply' for group A, and 'medical and transportation service' for group B. For both group, most wanted support when purchasing a house included 'provision of information on house and realestate purchase', and for legal support, 'legal support for guaranteed house and maintenance' as first factor. The results of this study could be utilized to restructure the rural residence, which would meet the diverse demand of both rural residents and urbanites by providing an opportunity for urbanites to enjoy rural life.

        Recently, due to the growing concern of the public in rural amenities and hobby farming works, much more urbanites, especially near-retirees, have been interested in rural life style than before. However, in spite of popular preference to ruralities, little has been known about their demand on retired rural life. Therefore, this study examined urbanites' attitude to preparatory works for out-migration, preferred residential site conditions and life style in the countryside. For this purpose, data were collected from a survey with the sample of 386 urban residents aged 40 to 65 rho hoped moving into the countryside after retirement, through structured questionnaires. Descriptive statistical works were performed using SPSS/PC windows program. The major findings of this study were as follows; (1) Host of urbanites, who answered in this study, planned to prepare ex-urban movement in their fifties and to put into practice in their sixties. (2) Key factors of location decision on movement were proximity/accessibility to centre city, medical service level, and distance to their family or friends. And about a half of respondents wanted second home in the countryside. (3) Most favoured rural life styles were nature-friendly well-being and hobby/healthy firming. Generally, the respondents of this survey had the positive attitude to do works in their later life, especially preferred to farming and volunteering in their communities.

        본 연구는 새로운 게임제품을 시장에 출시하는 기업들의 수요예측에 도움을 줄 수 있는 Bass 모델을 소개하고 이의 타당성을 보여주고자 한다. 마케팅 분야에서 타당성을 인정받고 있는 Bass 모델을 게임제품의 수요예측에 적용해 본 결과 Bass모델을 응용한 게임제품의 수요예측은 아케이드 게임, 온라인 게임의 경우 수요예측에 있어서 정확도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

        개념적 집중형 일 유출모형인 DAWAST모형을 선정하여 용수수요를 고려할 수 있는 가능성을 검토하였다. 기존 모형에 의한 모의 유량을 자연유량으로 보았고, 농업용수, 생활용수, 공업용수 등 회귀수량을 더한 값을 하천유량으로 가정하였다. 농업용수의 수요량은 회귀수량이 논으로부터만 발생하는 것으로 보아 논 용수량만을 고려하였으며, 수정 Penman공식에 의한 증발산량, 침투량, 재배관리수량, 유효우량 등을 고려한 일별 감수심에 의해 일별로 계산하였다. 생활

        The operation of a five day workweek seems to be increased continuously. Many city-workers will make good use of their spare time and search after a lot of devices that can seek for the maximum value of leisure utility. The demand of potential customers that want to enjoy weekend in farming villages is coming out greatly. That is, the condition of users that will travel the farming villages is getting better. But the actual states of farming villages are not ready in many parts yet. Therefore we must activate the tourist attraction in farming villages that can be satisfied the city-workers" expectation. And after making the sightseeing environment infrastructure, we must develop the programs intimate with environment, improve the sightseeing agricultural management and consolidate various systems as soon as possible. So in this study, after investigating the demand preference degree of city-workers, I tried to grope an activation plan with the base which will reach. Being more urgent what more, not the simple sightseeing agriculture that the farming experience was the focus of, but it is very important to develop the program of environment sightseeing agriculture. It will lay the stress on playing and education culture which city-workers can enjoy and experience. And with constructing the base facility like a city form, we must develop cheap and various goods and the execution of modernized weekend farms. For this, first the consciousness conversion against the customer management of farmers must precede and the change of government policy and the support polity is important. I hope that this study with the five-day workweek has the chance to contribute in the economic growth of farming villages and efficient use and management of the natural environment resources through the activation of sightseeing agriculture.

        This study was performed to improve water demand estimation and analize correlation between generation of domestic sewage and domestic water use. To improve the prediction of water demand estimation, new water demand equation was developed. The results is as follows. InQt = β0 + β₁InPt + β₂InYt + β₃InHt + εt By using the statistical analysis of the "generation of domestic sewage" and "domestic water use", the regression equation between them is formed. The result is as follows. _ Generation of domestic sewage = 0.8487 × Domestic water use + 684.57 (R² = 0.972)

        시계열자료의 분해능력이 뛰어난 wavelet 변환을 사용하여 물소비특성을 분석하였다. Wavelet 변환의 기저함수로는 물수요량의 경우 Coiflets5 함수, 기온측정치의 경우 Coiflets3 함수를 사용하였으며 해석결과 212 scale에서 목표된 장기간에 걸친 변화추이는 hyperbolic tangent 함수의 형태로 전기간에 걸처 꾸준한 증가세를 보였다. 또한 절기혹은 경기주기와 밀접한 관련이 있을 것으로 생각되는 추가수요가 6월과 12월말을
