본 연구는 국내 환경교육의 현황을 파악하고 더 나은 교육환경 개선을 위한 방향을 제언하여 환경의식고취를 목적으로 2011년도 환경부가 인증한 환경교육 프로그램 31개를 대상으로 시행되었다. 인터넷 검색과 각 통계자료 및 문헌을 참고하였으며 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 학교환경교육은 환경교과서로 교육되고 있으며 사회환경교육은 정부기관 및 민간기업, 단체 등에 의해 다양하게 교육되고 있었다. 이를 프로그램 유형별로 분류 하면 실내체험형은 1(3%), 실외체험형 5(16%), 실내+실외체험형 19(61%), 실내체험+강좌형 3(10%), 실외체험형 3(10%0)개로 나타났다. 프로그램을 주관하는 기관은 지방자치기관 5(16%), 국립공원 6(19%), 정부산하기관 7(23%), 시민사회단체 10(32%), 평생교육시설 1(3%), 개인기업 2(7%)개였으며, 초등학생을 대상으로 하는 교육은 24(78%), 중고생 4(13%), 대학생 ･ 일반인 1(3%), 유아 ･ 노인 ･ 장애인 ･ 기타 2(6%)개로 분류할 수 있었다. 지역별 프로그램 수는 서울 ･ 경기지역 12(39%), 강원도 4(13%), 충청도 5(16%), 경상도 6(19%), 전라도 3(10%), 제주도 1(3%)개로 나타났으며, 프로그램의 참가비는 주최기관에 따라 무료부터 최대 350,000원으로 정부관련 기관의 프로그램 참가비용이 대체적으로 적은 것을 알 수 있었다. 보다 나은 환경교육을 위하여 현장체험교육 프로그램 및 다양한 대상을 위한 교육 프로그램을 연구하고 개발하는 것이 필요하며, 정부의 적극적인 지원 확대를 통한 전국적 통합 교육센터 설립이 필요하다.

The objective of this paper is to evaluate the feasibility of exporting Korean organic agricultural products to Japanese market. To achieve the objective, we explored the marketing trend of organic agricultural products in Japan and surveyed marketing dealers and food processors that deal with organic foods. We also analyzed Korean farmers" intention of acquiring organic Japanese Agricultural Standard(JAS) certificate in order to export organic agricultural products. The results show that mini tomato is economically feasible to acquire organic JAS certificate but other agricultural products need more attentions. The results also suggest that the education of production and safety management using the international standards such as Japanese Agricultural Standard should be strengthened by local government to promote export of organic agricultural products. The paper implies that producers acquiring organic Japanese Agricultural Standard should be systematization to get larger scale and to guarantee the stability in export supply.

본 연구는 동남아 각국에서 시행되고 있는 레저 스쿠버 잠수 인증 제도에 대한 자료를 수집하고, 잠수 현황 및 인증 현황을 비교하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 인터넷에 게시된 내용을 많이 활용하였고, 관련 문헌을 조사하였으며, 자료 보완을 위해 잠수 협회 관계자, 2007년 동남아 각국의 DIVE EXPO에 참가한 동남아 각국의 관공홍보 정부 관계자, 잠수 리조트 운영자 및 강사들과 폭 넓은 인터뷰를 하였다. 논문에는 인증 제도에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 스쿠버 인증과 국제 표준의 관계에 대해서도 언급하였다. 조사 결과, 동남아 지역은 레저 스쿠버 잠수 활동이 매우 활발한 지역으로 관광 산업에서 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있었으며, 전 세계 레저 다이버 인증 숫자의 30% 이상을 차지하고 있는 큰 시장으로 발전되어 있었다. 그러나 스쿠버 잠수 활동이 구미 지역에서 도입되었고 잠수 단체의 총 본부가 구미 지역에 있는 만큼 잠수 제도나 정책 문제에 있어서 조직 체계상 아시아에서 주도적인 역할을 하기 어려운 구조이며, 현재 상태로는 개선책을 찾기가 매우 어려울 것으로 예상된다. 또한 동남아시아에서는 유럽이나 미국과 같이 국제 표준 제도와 협력하여 교육의 질을 높이기 위한 프로그램 도입 및 단체 결성에는 아직 무관심한 것으로 나타났지만 이에 대한 필요성이 곧 대두될 것으로 예측되고 있다.

우리나라 인삼의 대표적 재배지인 금산군에서 GAP인삼 생산을 희망하는 10농가를 선발하여, GAP인삼의 안전성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 농약 및 중금속의 잔류 그리고 미생물 등의 위해요소가 오염되었는지 여부를 검토하였다. 검토 대상은 경작되고 있는 인삼을 비롯하여 인삼밭의 토양, 수질 등 3종류로 하였다. 토양에서의 농약잔류를 검사한 결과, 인삼농가 및 일반농가 토양에서 자주 사용되는 Carbendazim등 81개의 농약을 선발하여 분석하였으나, 인삼에 등록된 농약별 최대잔류허용수준을 초과하지 않고 모두 적합판정의 결과로 나타났다. 또한 인삼재배 토양에 중금속의 오염우려가 되는 비소 등8종류의 조사 하였으나 기준치 보다 적게나와 전부 적합 판정을 받았다. 한편 관개수 및 농약희석 살포 등으로 사용되는 수질을 조사한 결과도 조사된 10농가가 모두 안전하였다. 참여농가 밭에서 직접 채취한 인삼에서 24종의 농약을 분석한 결과도 적합 판정으로 나타났다. 조사농가 수삼에 존재하는 위해성 미생물 검사에서 Pantoea spp등 2종의 Gram 음성균과 1종의 그람양성균(Staphylococcus sciuri)이 동정되었으며, 일반세균 수는 1.5×103 cfu/ml 로 다른 농산물보다 적은 수로 발견되었다. 따라서 이번 조사한 금산 지역에서는 GAP 인산재배 생산에 적합한 토양, 수질을 보였으며, 기존 생산한 인삼에서도 GAP 농산물 생산 기준에 적합하였다.

The study must have standpoints for the stable market construction of the Environmental󰠏Friendly agricultural products of the quality󰠏certificated which has rapidly grown due to a discussion of the environment and agriculture, income increase and the interests on foods stability. The survey was conducted through face󰠏to󰠏face interview of 200 adults who are in their twenties or more in Cheonan󰠏city. In this research, the Environmental󰠏Friendly agriculture was a clean agriculture not using a fertilizer or chemicals and the agriculture which protects the environment by preventing the environmental pollution. In the analyses of the consumer"s willingness to pay, the rice showed 69,851 won, and a lettuce and bean󰠏curd showed 947 won and 1,412 won respectively. In terms of current issues of the policy, to establish the stable circulation structure and consumption strategy, there must be a clearness raise of the Quality Authentication (QA) Mark. To raise the trust through quality authentication, there must be transparency raise of information by distribution stages and the thorough post management of the official institutes. Also, to persue the competitive product differentiation, there must be the settlement of the product brand on the market, development of the new production technology and a classification of consumers by incomes. Finally to construct stable distribution and price system, there must be active participation of the local agricultural cooperatives in the distribution of the Environmental󰠏Friendly agricultural products of the quality󰠏certificated and the understanding of the proper price of the consumer market and flexible strategy of the price change.
