해양은 인류가 앞으로 풀어야 할 숙명적인 문제인 식량문제, 자원문제, 환경문제를 해결할 수 있는 마지막 보루이다. 이러한 점을 감안하여 국내 산 학 연 전문가가 참여하여 추진한 「해앙과학기술(MT) 개발 계획」 이 2004년 7월 28일 대통령을 위원장으로 하는 국가과학기술위원회 심의에 통과됨으로써 우리나라에서도 본격적으로 MT 개발을 추진할 기반을 마련하게 되었다. 또한, 2005년 6월부터 「MT개발기획」을 효율적으로 추진하기 위한 후속조치로 해양과학기술 로드맵(MTRM) 수립을 추진하여 2005년 12월에 완료하였다. 본 연구에서는 MT의 국내외 기술개발동향과 현재 직면한 현안문제 및 MTRM수립 결과를 고찰하고, MT R&D 전문기관 설치 운영 및 예산확보 등 MT 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

이 논문에서는 적층단면법에 기초하여 단조하중 또는 반복하중을 받는 철근콘크리트 보 및 기둥 부재의 비선형 해석모델이 제안되었다. 완전부착 가정을 토대로 하고 있는 적층단면법은 콘크리트와 철근 사이의 부착슬럽 거동을 고려하지 못한다는 고전적 비선형 해석법과는 달리, 균열 발생시 철근을 따라 발생되는 부착슬립 거동을 힘의 평형관계와 변위의 적합조건으로 정량화하고, 그 결과로부터 철근의 강성을 보정해줌으로써 반영하도록 하였다. 이는 적층단면법에서 추가 자유도(double node)를 도입하지 않고 부착슬립효과를 고려할 수 있다는데 그 의의를 둘 수 있을 것이다. 나아가 제안된 방법에 의한 해석결과와 실험결과와의 비교를 통해, 제안된 방법은 부착슬립 거동에 의한 강성저하(stiffness degradation)를 동반하는 철근콘크리트 보 및 기둥 부재의 균열거동을 효과적으로 고려할 수 있음을 검증하였다

e-VLBI was invented to enhance the efficiency of VLBI (Very-Long-Baseline Interferometry) system by transmitting the data via high speed network. Korean VLBI Network (KVN) has a plan to construct e-VLBI system named e-KVN. High speed backbone network and efficient network model are essential to implement successful e-VLBI system. This paper introduces a network model based on PC cluster technology. The present status of high speed backbone network in Korea is overviewed. We suggest that the network link via Korea Advanced Research Network (KOREN) is one of feasible way for e-KVN. We also describe the principles of e-VLBI and protocol for network transmission such as VSI-E (VLBI Standard Interface - Electronic), RTP (Real-Time Transport Protocol) and RTCP (Real-Time Transport Control protocol).

Being developed technology and grown international transportation, world is focusing to aviation safety, Safety Management System(SMS) is systematic approach to manage risks caused by human and organizational factors. ICAO is specified that 'As of 24 November 2005, certified aerodrome shell have in operation a safety management system.' at Annex 14 to implement it airports as a first step. This study introduced SMS principle, analysed SMS's of advanced states and developed appropriate Korean Aerodrome SMS Model in our cultural and industrial circumstances.

방사능에 오염된 시설물의 해체 작업은 예측할 수 없는 방사능의 출현으로 항상 사고의 위험성에 노출되어 있어 계획했던 해체 일정이 변경되어야 하고, 전체 공정의 재설계가 다시 수행되어야 하는 비경제적인 작업이 수없이 반복되고 있다. 해체 디지털 목업 시스템 설계에 필요한 구성인자들을 검토하였다. 조사된 단위 구성요소들은 해체 데이터베이스 시스템, 연구로 시설과 제염 및 해체 장비 모델링 시스템, 방사능 오염 분포도를 제작하는 3차원 방사화 매핑, 그리고 해체 일정을 평가하는데 기초가 되는 단위 작업별 평가식과 가중치 값 등이 있다. 독립적으로 운영되는 이들 구성 요인들을 통합된 시스템으로 만들기 위해 단위 시스템들에 대한 아키텍쳐 구현 연구가 수행되었다. 연구 결과 해체 디지털 목업 시스템을 통합된 환경에서 다양한 시나리오를 시험 평가할 수 있도록 하기위해 연구로 시설의 제염 및 해체 활동을 시각적으로 보여줄 수 있는 가시화(visualization) 모듈과 해체 일정 및 해체 비용을 평가 및 분석하는 시뮬레이션(simulation) 모듈로 구분하여 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐를 구현하였다.

As e‐commerce in the Internet environment is settled as a main pattern of transactions among businesses, there are increasing demands for standardized B2B business models to break away from closed structure and enhance outsourcing capabilities. With the advancement of modularization, which is a major trend in the automobile parts industry, the role of finished car manufacturers has been shrunk and primary cooperative companies has been growing in their importance and company size. In this situation, it is strongly required to establish online B2B portals for cooperation with small part manufacturers. Thus the present study purposed to implement WebService by mapping existing EDI standard forms using ebXML platform, which is regarded as the international standard of B2B e-commerce. The implemented WebService facilitates interaction and integration with existing applications using REST technology, which was applied in order to solve problems in ORPC-based distributed application environment including single vendor solutions, the requirement of high‐performance environment based on management network and firewall/proxy problem.
