        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of combined exercise training during 12weeks on physical fitness, body composition and bone mineral density in university students. Nineteen male university students who were enrolled of 1st grade at department of physical education in Korea National University of Education were participated in this experiment. Subjects were performed combined exercise training - running, physical training using plyometrics and resistance training - of 5days per week, 70min per 1 time, during 12weeks. The measurement items were health related fitness(muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility), motor skill fitness(power, balance), body composition(% body fat, muscle mass) and bone mineral density(T-score). On the basis of the results analyzed in this study and consideration of many pre studies related it, the result were as follows. First, data analysis of 12 week combined exercise training on health related fitness, post level was revealed more significant increase than pre level at muscle strength(p<.05), muscular endurance(p<.05), cardiovascular endurance(p<.001) and flexibility(p<.05). Second, data analysis of 12 week combined exercise training on motor skill fitness, It was not revealed significant differences between the pre and the post level of the power and balance). Third, data analysis of 12 week combined exercise training on body composition, post level revealed more significant improvement than pre level at muscle mass(p<.05), but It was not revealed significant differences between the pre and the post level of the % body fat. Fourth, data analysis of 12 week combined exercise training on bone mineral density, post level revealed more significant improvement than pre level at T-score(p<.05). In conclusion, It was revealed that 12 week combined exercise training increased physical fitness, and improved body composition and bone mineral density. I hope that more studies will be followed on physical fitness, body composition and bone mineral density on various exercise types, exercise intensity, time and frequency in university students in the future.

        The printing of nanomaterials onto certain substrates is one of the key technologies behind high-speed interconnection and high-performance electronic devices. For the printing of next-generation electronic devices, a printing process which can be applied to a flexible substrate is needed. A printing process on a flexible substrate requires a lowtemperature, non-vacuum process due to the physical properties of the substrate. In this study, we obtained well-ordered Ag nanowires using modified gravure printing techniques. Ag nanowires are synthesized by a silver nitrate (AgNO3) reduction process in an ethylene glycol solution. Ag nanowires were well aligned by hydrodynamic force on a micro-engraved Si substrate. With the three-dimensional structure of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), which has an inverse morphology relative to the micro-engraved Si substrate, the sub-micron alignment of Ag nanowires is possible. This technique can solve the performance problems associated with conventional organic materials. Also, given that this technique enables large-area printing, it has great applicability not only as a next-generation printing technology but also in a range of other fields.

        부유구조물은 해양에서 다양한 외력을 경험하게 되며 특히, 파랑하중은 구조물의 설계에 결정적인 지배인자로 간주되고 있다. 이런 구조물은 파장과 크기의 상대적 관계로 소형구조물, 대형구조물 등으로 구분될 수 있으며 전통적으로 소형구조물은 회절발생이 없는 것으로 가정하며 대형구조물은 회절 작용에 따른 관성력만을 고려하여 파랑하중을 산출한다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 해양과 강, 호수 등에서 주로 사용되고 있는 정사각형 부유구조물을 이용하여 동유체력과 구조응답의 상관관계를 파악하여 장방형 부유구조물의 안전성에 대한 영향을 검토하였다.

        For the purpose of disclosing the effects of exercise program on physical fitness for health promotion, living activities, and performance abilities of the elderly in the institution, questionnaire survey and physical examination were performed on the subject, aged 65 years or older. The subjects consisted of experimental (33 persons) and control (35 persons) groups, matched with gender and age. The experimental group was put on the exercise program; working their upper and lower limbs for 12 weeks using dumbbell and lead-packed weight. The results were as follows: 1)The mean values of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group in all variables of physical fitness, in all variables except for living activities, and in all variables of performance abilities after exercise program. 2)The mean values were significantly improved in all variables of experimental group after exercise program, but the mean values were decreased or maintained in most of variables of control group after exercise.
