This paper reviewed the relationship between information technology system and knowledge management activities, and the moderating effect of industrial type. The results of multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 219 employees in manufacturing and financing service sector, showed that information technology infrastructure and information technology usage have positive effects on knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, and knowledge usage. In moderating effects, information technology infrastructure more positively related with knowledge acquisition in financing service sector than in manufacturing sector. And also information technology usage more positively related with knowledge transfer in financing service sector than in manufacturing sector.

기술로드맵 (Technology RoadMap: TRM)은 전략적 기술기획 및 관리를 위한필수적인 도구이다. 최근 급속한 기술변화와 시장경쟁의 심화로 인해 TRM은 점차 중요시되고 있는데, 이는 TRM이 기업의 전략적 목적과 기술을 연계함으로써 장기적으로 필요한 기술들을 확보하기 위한 일종의 지도 역할을 하기 때문이다. 그러나 TRM을 개발하고 유지하기 위해서는 기술 전문가의 정성적 노력에 따른 많은 비용과 시간이 수반됨으로 인해, 기술문서의 자동화된 분석을 통해 TRM 개발 생산성을 높이는 방법에 대한 연구가 기업과 정부기관들의 최근 주요 관심사 중의 하나이다. 비록 TRM 개발을 위해 키워드 기반의 접근방법(Keyword-based Patent Analysis)이 제시된 바 있으나, 이 방법은 미리 정의된 키워드의 출현정보에만 기반하므로 기술요소들간의 명시적 연관관계를 담지 못한다. 즉, 키워드 기반의 접근은 기술의 목적, 구성, 효과 (Objective, Structure, Effect: OSE)에 대한 정보를 제공하지 못하기 때문에 기술로드맵핑 시 기술정보의 활용성 측면에서 한계점을 지닌다. 이에, 본 연구는 기능 (Function) 기반의 접근법을 활용한 기술로드맵핑 방법을 제시한다. 기능이란 기술의 OSE 정보를 담고 있으며 Subject-Action-Object (SAO) 구조로 표현될 수 있기 때문에, 본 연구에서 제시되는 방법은 기술문서의 자연어처리분석을 통해 기술의 OSE 정보를 추출하여 TRM을 개발할 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구의 방법을 연구개발 기획단계에 적용함으로 써, TRM 개발에 따른 비용과 시간의 절감이 가능하며, 제품이나 기술 OSE에 대한 연구개발 기획전문가의 시야를 넓혀 보다 효과적인 의사결정이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

To improve the performance of wide-issue superscalar processors, it is essential to increase the width of instruction fetch and the issue rate. Removal of control hazard has been put forward as a significant new source of instruction-level parallelism for superscalar processors and the conditional branch prediction is an important technique for improving processor performance. Branch mispredictions, however, waste a large number of cycles, inhibit out-of-order execution, and waste electric power on mis-speculated instructions. Hence, the branch predictor with higher accuracy is necessary for good processor performance. In global-history-based predictors like gshare and GAg, many mispredictions come from commit update of the branch history. Some works on this subject have discussed the need for speculative update of the history and recovery mechanisms for branch mispredictions. In this paper, we present a new mechanism for recovering the branch history after a misprediction. The proposed mechanism adds an age_counter to the original predictor and doubles the size of the branch history register. The age_counter counts the number of outstanding branches and uses it to recover the branch history register. Simulation results on the SimpleScalar 3.0/PISA tool set and the SPECINT95 benchmarks show that gshare and GAg with the proposed recovery mechanism improved the average prediction accuracy by 2.14% and 9.21%, respectively and the average IPC by 8.75% and 18.08%, respectively over the original predictor.

SaaS(Software as a Service), which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is to use standardized and packaged application by hosting from the outside of enterprise. SaaS is not developed yet as much as people's interest about that in the initial stage, but its related technology and service capacity are accumulated after repeated trial and error, and it's ready to activate the industry. In the area of information system, studies on the measurement of service quality were followed. But there is little study on service quality measurement in the field of SaaS(Software as a Service). The purpose of this study was to divides the SaaS with e-SERVQUAL and it consider the relationship with the perceived recognition and the usage intention. According to this, variables of traditional research were rejected because SaaS is not developed yet in Korea. But information had a strong effect on perceived recognition. Therefore, business related with in SaaS must have provided a correct information about various applications.

In this paper, we developed the care system for older people living alone using the RFID technologies and the living informations. The care system store living informations, extracted through a unconstrained detection method by the RFID tags and readers, into a monitering server. The unconstrained detection method improved a weakness of existing systems that detected a living informations through an infrared sensor, ultrasonic sensor, camera, consumed quantity of the tap water or gas. The result of this study will playa very important role, as a part of a composite older-welfare services. Also, in the future, accumulated living informations will be allowed for a health data of older peoples.
