        최근 해양사고를 예방하기 위해 다양한 정책과 대응방안이 개발되고 있다. 연안해역에 항행안전성을 증가시키기 위해서 항행안전성은 조선자의 관점에서 평가되어야 한다. 항행 안전성 평가와 같은 문제에 있어 인간의 사고에는 많은 형태의 애매함이 존재한다. 이러한 평가에서 애매함을 반영하기 위해 본 연구에서는 퍼지척도와 쇼케적분을 소개하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 퍼지척도와 쇼케적분을 이용하여 조선부담감의 관점에서 평가모델을 개발하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 우리나라 연안해역을 8개로 나누고 연안 VTS와 항행보조시설 설치의 우선순위를 결정하기 위한 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과 목포, 여수, 포항, 인천, 부산, 거제, 군산, 동해근해 해역순으로 안전성이 낮게 평가되었다.

        This research fundamentally deals with an analysis of service level for a multi-level inventory distribution system which is consisted of a central distribution center and several branches being supplied stocks from the distribution center, Under continuous review policy, the distribution center places an order for planned order quantity to an outside supplier, and the order quantity is received after a certain lead time. Also, each branch places an order for particular quantity to its distribution center, and receives the order quantity after a lead time. In most practical distribution environment, demands and lead times are generally not fixed or constant, but variable. And these variabilities make the analysis more complicated. Thus, the main objective of this research is to suggest a method to compute the service level at each depot, that is, the distribution center and each branch with variable demands and variable lead times. Further, the model will give an idea to keep the proper level of safety stocks that can attain effective or expected service level for each depot

        In recent years, the marine traffic congestion has increased due to the expansion of vessel traffic volume in Korean coastal waterway. Heavy traffic could bring serious marine casualties which cause the loss of human lives, properties and marine pollution in coastal area. The prevention of marine accidents has been a major topic in marin society and various policies and countermeasures have been developed, applied to the industries. VTS(Vessel Traffic Services) is considered as one of effective method to promote marine safety but it needs relatively huge amount of budgets to build and also number of personnels for the operation. Thus prior to establishing the VTS. It should be surveyed the marine traffics, general conditions of waterway including geographical, meteorological characteristics and assessed to find the most reasonable area and places for the system. Therefore this paper aims to develop the method for this evaluation through the hierarchical evaluation structure model in connection with ISM(interpretive structural modeling) and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) methods. The model in this paper is applied to 4 coastal area in Korean waterway as candidates and found that the priority for the needs of VTS should be in order such as Yosu, Wando, Mokpo, Geoje coastal area.

        In this study, the durability rating was evaluated to evaluate the safety of bridges considering the factors affecting the corrosion of cables in cable-stayed bridges and suspension bridges. Corrosion factors were considered for salinity, sulfur dioxide concentration and relative humidity. In addition, the durability level was calculated by applying the corrosion rates given in KS D ISO 9223 ~ 9226.

        For the last several years, climatic changes have led to the increase of natural disaster attributed to climatic abnormality, for instance, sweltering heat, heavy snow, or heavy rain. Particularly, localized guerrilla heavy rain mostly occurring in summer often results in flood damage. Such damage may lead to fatal damage to the safety of underground structures having the water level as the load. Accordingly, this study is going to introduce the cases of safety analysis grounded on numerical analysis in order to understand the structural behavior of riverbed tunnels according to water level fluctuations.

        Despite the remarkable continual growth of the world cruise industry, studies have yet to be attempted on many revenue management problems in cruise operations. This paper suggests two schemes that can be easily applied to cruise revenue management: optimal dual pricing and passenger safety level. In optimal dual pricing, a pair of higher and lower prices is applied to cabin reservation through market segmentation. This scheme can be executed with a linear price-response function for the current unreserved cabins. A cruise line could benefit from this scheme to maximize reservation revenue while attaining full occupancy. The dual pricing scheme is also devised to produce only integer demands to suit real management practices. The life boat capacity is an additional service capacity unique to the cruise industry, catering to passengers’ safety. The concept of passenger safety level is defined and computed for any passenger life boat capacity of a cruise ship. It can be used to evaluate the passenger safety of a cruise ship in operation, as well as to determine the number of life boat seats required for a new cruise ship. Hypothetical examples are used to illustrate the operation of these two schemes.

        In this study, quartile control chart method is tried to apply to determine limit values of dam instrumentation data for dam safety, show asymmetric distributed data, and the example of application is presented. The determined limit values of concrete stress meter and concrete non-stress meter by Shewhart method and quartile method show that the determined limit values by Shewhart method indicate that the majority of instrumentation are on abnormal condition, although the measured values are normal behavior. But, in case of the result of quartile method has such an error. Like this, it is judged that the determination of the limit values of dam instrumentation, show asymmetric and abnormal distributed data, by the quartile method is appropriate. Therefor The quartile method is applied to the determination of limit values of dam instrumentation of K-water.

        Marine Casualties cause the loss of hmm lives, properties and marine pollution. The prevention of marine accidents has been a major topic in marine society and various policies and countermeasures have been developed, applied to the industries. The coastal VTS and navigational aids are considered as one of the effective methods to promote marine safety but they need relatively huge amount of budgets to build. Thus prior to establishing these coastal VTS and navigational aids, it should be evaluated the navigational safety level in the coastal waterways in concern. So far as human beings are concerned, there are many types of fuzziness in the evaluation of navigational safety level. In order to reflect these fuzziness on this evaluation, this paper introduces the fuzzy measure and integral to represent the fuzziness in the evaluation process. Therefore this paper aims to develop the method for this evaluation using the fuzzy measure and integral. In this paper, Korean coastal area is divided into 8 sectors and evaluated the priority for the needs of coastal VTS and navigational aids. The results are found as order as Mokpo, Yosu, Pohang, Busan, Inchon, Geoje, Gunsan, Donghae coastal area.

        In this study, the writer embodies factors influencing on ship safety management by an empirical survey. In the empirical survey, the writer used a questionnaire. 1, 271 proper data was obtained from 4, 240 Korean seamen working in 152 domestic and 60 foreign merchant ships. Reliability was tested by Cronbach's Alpha and a conceptual validity by Factor Analysis. Hypotheses established in this study were tested by Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. Results of analysis are as follows: Firstly, three levels(i.e. planning, doing, and evaluation) of safety management and satisfaction level of shipboard life correlate significantly with level of ship safety management and between them(P<0.05) Secondly, satisfaction level of shipboard life, evaluation and planning levels of safety management influence significantly on level of ship safety management(P<0.05).
