슬관절의 측면 촬영 검사방법에서 기존에 권고되고 있는 정 측면 자세에서 중심 X선의 입사 각도를 머 리 쪽 5~7°로 조정하는 방법을 검사방법 A, 중심 X선이 슬관절 강을 향해 검사대의 수평면과 수직으로 입 사하는 방법을 검사방법 B, 경골 원위부(distal tibia)의 바깥 면(lateral side)을 방사선 투과성 물질(radiolucent materials)로 보상한(compensated) 상태에서 중심 X선을 관절 강에 수직 입사하는 방법을 검사방법 C로 분류 하였다. 연구 대상자들을 분류하여 3가지 검사방법을 각각 시행한 후, 검사영상에서 관절 강 거리(joint spac e distance)와 양측과의 거리(both condyle distance)를 정량적 지표로 설정하여 이를 측정하고 비교하였다. 또 한 각 검사방법의 편의성을 검사자(Practician)들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 확인하였다. 정량적 지표의 측정 결과 검사방법 A와 C는 통계적 분석 결과 특징적인 차이가 없었지만(p>0.05), 검사 방법 B는 A와 C 모두에서 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 검사방법의 편의성을 평가한 결과, 검사방법 A가 모든 항목에서 검사방법 B, C 보다 상대적으로 점수가 낮게 평가되었고, 검사방법 B와 C는 근소한 차이로 B가 높은 평가를 받았다. 본 연구를 통해 제안한 간단한 보조기구(support device)를 이용한 슬관절 측면 촬영 검사방법은 다소 복잡 한 준비과정 없이도 기존의 권고 방법과 큰 차이가 없는 관절 강의 묘사가 가능하고, 검사의 진행과정에서 검사자의 편의성을 증가시킬 수 있었다.

1995년 이래 장수성(江蘇省) 문화사업이 신속한 발전을 가져왔고 문화시장이 갈수록 번영해졌다. 그러나 장수성(江蘇省) 문화발전은 현대화건설과 인민들의 다양화된 문화생활에 대한 수요를 다 적응할 수 없다. 문화시스템 개혁의 진전이 비교적 완만하고 문화산업 발전이 부족하며 지역 간 문화경쟁력이 약하기 때문에 총체적 소질을 높여야한다. 지금 장수성의 역사문화를 보호하고 이용하고 널리 알려야 하며 현재 갖추고 있는 문화자원과 물질자원을 재통합해야 한다. 가장전시기술의 활용은 사람 들에게 역사문화유산의 진실성과 완전성을 보여주고 또한 선진적이고 효율적으로 문화를 홍보할 수 있는 수단이다. 이러한 방법은 곧 사라질 문화유적을 영원히 가상환경에 보존할 수 있고 사람들의 호기심을 불러일으켜 더욱 경험하고 싶게 한다. 가상전시시스템이 공공문화에 널리 활용하게 되면 문화 시스템 건설에 금상천화의 작용을 할 수 있다. 공공문화 서비스시스템은 주로 온라인서비스와 오프라인서비스로 나뉘어져 있고 두 가지 서비스의 대상과 전시형식은 크게 다르지만 최종적으로 정보와 서비스를 점진적으로 대중에게 홍보하고 보급한 데 있다. 가상전시시스템을 공공문화 서비스시스템에 활용하면 전통문화의 전파가 더욱 직관적이고 구체적이며 취미성을 갖는다. 가상전시시스템의 영역은 광범위하고 사람들의 일상생활 곳곳에 커다란 영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 현 재 가상전시시스템을 단지 박물관의 디지털 등 전통 가상전시영역에만 활용하는 것이 아니라 더욱 넓 은 영역에서 활용할 수 있다. 가상전시시스템의 활용은 주요: 상품 디자인, 의료와 교육, 사업과 오 락 등을 포함한다. 가상전시시스템의 훌륭한 쌍방향성은 가상 쌍방향시스템 활용을 통한 공공문화서 비스시스템의 적용범위의 사람들을 결정한다. 과거 공공서비스시스템은 단지 현지참관을 할 수 밖에 없고 평면매체를 열람하는 것을 통하여 지식과 서비스를 누리기 때문에 공공서비스시스템은 더 많은 대중들에게 서비스를 제공할 수 없다. 그러나 현재 가상전시시스템을 통하여 취미성, 쌍방향성과 지 속성을 추가하여 여러 업계와 분야의 사람이 온라인의 취미성 전시를 통하여 더욱 편리하고 광범위한 서비스를 누릴 수 있다. 온라인의 가상전시를 통하여 샐러리맨들은 쉬는 시간에 공공서비스전시시스 템을 사용할 수 있어 시간을 대대적으로 절약할 수 있다. 이러한 과정을 통해 공공문화서비스시스템 은 문화전파서비스와 전시작용에 달성했다.

다문화가족지원센터의 역사는 한국 다문화정책 10년의 행적과 그 궤도를 같이한다. 현재 다문화가족지원센터는 다문화가족정책 통합의 기조 아래 건강가정지원센터와 기관 통합이 추진되고 있다. 다문화정책에 있어 주도적인 역할을 해 온 다문화가족지원센터가 이대로 포괄적인 가족지원 전달체계로서 통합되어야 하는가에 대한 의문을 통해 본 연구는 기획되 었다. 본 연구는 다문화가족지원센터 현장전문가의 인식을 통해서 현재 진행 되고 있는 다 문화가족통합정책을 비판적으로 고찰하고, 실제적인 정책제안을 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 현상학적 질적 연구로서 다문화가족지원센터의 현장전문가를 심층면접한 후, Colaizzi 의 6단계 분석방법으로 자료를 코딩하여 인식 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 다문화가족지 원센터의 불안정한 행정 체계, 통합시범센터의 운영결과 공유 및 논의 필요, 향후 도래할 이민사회를 생각할 때 다문화가족정책 통합에서 이민자 통합정책으로 전환되어야 한다는 인식을 비롯한 14개의 주제가 도출되었다. 현장전문가들의 제언이 정책에 반영되어 성숙한 한국적 다문화정책 수립에 기여할 수 있기를 바란다.

본 연구는 ‘이완-인지행동-사회적 지지’전략에 기반하여 격주 수행된 실내활동중심 원예치료 프로그램이 보건소 이용 암환자의 코티졸과 세로토닌 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 대상은 암으로 진단 받고 K보건소 행복교실을 이용하는 환자들 중 2015년 8월부터 2015년 12월까지 1기 15명, 2016년 3월부터 6월까지 2기 8명, 총 23명 실험군으로 단일집단연구로 이루어졌다, 회기당 90분, 격주 1회, 종 8회(2달) 동안 원예치료 프로그램을 수행하였다. 조사 항목 및 방법은 생리지표로 Cortisol, Serotonin을 측정하였다. 이완전략은 모든 회기의 시작단계에 적용되어 심리적, 신체적 긴장감을 완화하도록 유도하였다. 사회적 지지전략은 회기의 진행에 따라 순차적으로 적용되고, 시작 및 종료단계에서 적극적으로 이루어졌고, 활동 종료 후 가족 및 지지체계로부터 긍정적, 지속적 지지를 경험하 도록 하였다. 인지행동 전략은 부적절한 사고 및 상황 파악하기, 자신의 강점 인식하기, 긍정적 초점으로 문제해결하기, 긍정적 자기 재평 가하기의 4단계로 순차적으로 적용되고, 전개단계에서 적극적으로 이루어졌다. 자신의 부적절한 사고 및 감정을 압화이름표와 잔디인형 에 표현하고, 부적절한 사고 및 감정을 허브식물 이식과정에서 뿌리로 통합하도록 하였다. 꽃바구니를 만드는 과정에서 사용된 다양한 꽃 과 소재의 역할에서 자신의 강점을 탐색하고, 이를 다육식물의 환경적응 및 강인함과 연결하여 접시정원을 완성하였다. 또한 식재했던 허 브식물의 잎을 수확하여 허브티백을 만들고, 남겨진 꽃으로 만든 압화를 이용하여 압화 티매트를 만들면서 쓸모없어 다듬은 뿌리, 눌러둔 꽃이 새롭게 창조되는 경험을 통하여 자신의 문제를 긍정적 초점으로 해결하도록 도왔다. 새싹채소를 파종하고 수확하여 성취감과 새로운 생명력, 잠재적 가능성을 느끼고, 쓸모없다고 여겨진 꽃이 코사지로 만들어 그동안 참여한 자신에게 선물한다. 전체 회기동안 이루어진 활 동과 결과물을 이용하여 가든파티를 함으로써 자신을 긍정적으로 재평가할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 이에 실험군의 Cortisol은 원예치료 프로그램 사전에 비해 유의하게 낮아졌으며(p=0.014), Serotonin은 원예치료 프로그램 사전에 비해 유 의하게 증가(p=0.000)하였다.

While working in an industrial environment which requires extended periods of upright posture; workers tend to develop muscle fatigue due to the constant load on lower-limb muscles. In addition, when working while bending knees; muscle fatigue of lower back and hamstrings is increased due to the abnormal posture. This can lead to damage of muscles, induce musculoskeletal disorders, and reduce long-term working efficiency. Recent medical studies have shown that long-term working in an upright posture can induce musculoskeletal disorders such as foot fatigue, edema, pain and varicose veins. Likewise, medical and rehabilitation expenses have grown due to the increase in musculoskeletal conditions suffered by workers. For this problem, we aim to develop a device that can reduce the physical fatigue on the lower limbs by supporting the weight of workers during the extended periods of upright and bending postures in the industrial environments. In this paper, we have designed and manufactured a wearable weight support system; with a user intention algorithm that the users can maintain various postures. For validation of the developed system, we measured the muscle activity of the users wearing the system with EMG sensors.

This study is a part of the research on the development of safety monitoring system and monitoring program of 3MW offshore wind support structure using fiber optic sensor. In this paper, we propose a maintenance system for offshore wind support structure using fiber optic sensor based on the analysis of current monitoring status and related standards of domestic and overseas offshore wind support jacket structures.

In the case of Anchang Village, from the beginning of the project, public administration made an effort to have unique power by agreement with private organizations. Continue to be linked the civil society and the residents to protect the wisdom of the village and the policies of power generation from the start of the project. Even now the results are actively demonstrated. From this point, it is necessary to encourage private organizations to participate in future town planning projects. As a measure to that, it suggests that Corporate Social Responsibility within the region and local universities are to be linked the village.

In this paper, we research about integrated jacket support structure. The connection of the offshore wind support structure was designed based on the DNV-RP-C201 standard and the design of the appropriate type was derived through numerical calculation and finite element analysis of the stress paths of various connecting part type.

This paper is for to propose the shear strength equation by using results of former researchers like as Lubell et al.(2008) and Kim et al.(2016). Support width was chosen as the variables and experiment was conducted. Proposed equation was estimated accurately and safely rather than Lubell’s proposal.

The purpose of this study was to look at the mediating effect of social support and interests on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. As a results of analysis of structural model, first, social support had a mediating effect on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. Second, interests had a mediating effect on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. The results highlight the importance of promoting social support and individuals' interests on the agricultural education program to increase the word of intention for agricultural education program. This eventually leads the revitalization and development of agricultural education.

최근 우리나라 연근해에서 발생한 몇 건의 대형 해양사고에서, 신속하고 체계적인 초기대응이 사고 전개양상과 사고결과에 얼마나 큰 영향을 미치는지를 확인하였다. 또한, 이를 통해 다양한 해양사고 상황에 대한 정확한 정보와 전개될 수 있는 시나리오, 적용 가능한 사고 대응 방법들에 대한 정보를 신속하게 확보하는 것이 해양사고 초기대응을 위하여 무엇보다 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 현실적인 문제를 해결하기 위한 일환으로, 본 연구에서는, ‘위험도기반 초기대응 지원 시스템’의 개념을 제시하고, 해양사고 이후 전개 가능한 모든 시나리오와 적용 가능한 사고대응 방법들을 식별하기 위하여 사건전개 시나리오 식별 브레인스토밍 기법을 제안하였으며, 식별된 사고대응 방법들의 적 용으로 인한 피해저감 효과 등을 정량화하기 위하여 사건수목분석 (Event Tree Analysis: ETA) 기법을 활용한 사건전개수목을 제안하였다. 그리고 각각의 사고대응 방법에 대한 상세분석을 위해서는 PERT/CPM의 사용을 제안하였다. 또한, 상기 제시한 위험도기반 초기대응 지원 시스템의 구성 체계를 설명하기 위하여, 유조선 좌초사고에 대한 사고대응 작업을 예로 간략한 위험도분석 작업을 수행하였다.

이 연구에서는 다문화가정 청소년의 문화적응 스트레스와 심리사회적 적응이 어떤 관계 가 있는지 탐색하고, 그 관계를 자아정체감의 매개효과와 지각된 사회적 지지의 조절효과 를 통해 검증하였다. 빈도분석, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 중다회귀분석 결과, 다문화가정 청 소년의 문화적응 스트레스와 자아정체감, 지각된 사회적 지지는 유의한 부적 상관을 보였 고, 문화적응 스트레스와 심리사회적 적응은 유의한 정적 상관이 있었다. 문화적응 스트레 스는 각 변인에 영향력이 있는 변인으로 나타났다. Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 위계적 회귀분석 에 따른 매개효과 검증 결과, 문화적응 스트레스가 심리사회적 적응에 미치는 영향에서 자 아정체감이 부분매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. Aiken과 West(1991)의 절차에 따른 조절효과 검증 결과, 지각된 사회적 지지가 조절효과를 나타내지 않았다. 즉, 다문화가정 청소년의 문화적응 스트레스는 심리사회적 적응과 긴밀한 관계가 있었고, 문화적응 스트레스와 심리 사회적 적응의 관계에서 자아정체감의 매개효과를 확인하였으며, 따라서 심리사회적 적응 문제를 줄이기 위해서는 다문화가정 청소년의 건강한 자아정체감 형성을 위한 노력이 필요 하다고 보았다

본 연구는 공립유치원교사가 자신이 수행하는 직무의 수행도, 중요도, 난이도에 대하여 어떠한 인식을 가지고 있는지를 분석해보고, 나아가 교육 및 지원의 필요도를 밝히고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 공립유치원교사는 본 연구에 기술된 직무를 보통 이상으로 자주 수행하는 것으로 나타났으며 자신의 직무 를 다소 중요하게 생각하였고, 직무의 난이도는 보통 이상으로 어려워하는 것으로 나타났다. 공립유치원교 사에게 교육 및 지원이 우선적으로 요구되는 직무영역은 교육활동영역이고, 교수학습 실제와 학부모 관계 에서 교육 및 지원의 요구가 높게 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation effects for the coach-athlete relationship of relationships between perceived autonomy support and collective efficacy in pro baseball players. Methods: Participants (N=261; pitcher=118, infielder=92, outfielder=51) completed the questionnaires of the perceived autonomy support, coach-athlete relationship, collective efficacy. SPSS 22.0 was used to calculate the descriptive statistics, and AMOS 20.0 were used for confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. Results: Autonomy support positively predicted the coach-athlete relationship. The coach-athlete relationship was only positively predicted to effective communication of collective efficacy dimension. Coach-Athlete relationship positively predicted of effective communication, trust for leader, and sufficient training of collective efficacy dimension. The relationships between perceived autonomy support and trust for leader, and sufficient training were mediated by the coach-athlete relationship. Conclusion: These results suggest potentially valuable practical applications for coaches, athletes, and psychologists in the professional province.

Temporary structures are essential elements in the high-rise structures. They are various and one of them, prefabricated shoring system is very useful. Because it is easy to install prefabricated shoring system. But collapse disaster of prefabricated shoring system occurs every year. In most situations, design deficiency and lacking in strength of vertical member give rise to the collapse. In this study, buckling stability of prefabricated shoring system was analyzed in the design phase.

This study was conducted to evaluate effects of indoor horticultural therapy program based on ‘relaxation - cognitive behavior - social support’ strategy on quality of life, stress and serotonin of woman cancer patients. Subjects were 18 female cancer patients. Experimental group of 9 members received a horticultural therapy program and control group of 9 members did not receive a horticultural therapy program. The horticultural therapy program was conducted, for 90 minutes per session, once a week, total 8 times. And this study was performed from 9. Nov. to 28. Dec. in 2015. As a results, horticultural therapy program made significant improvement in emotional condition among sub-category of quality of life, nervousness, depression and frustration among sub-category of stress. Also the program decreased the total stress score with significant increased level of serotonin comparing to control group. This result means that depression mood in cancer patients was improved. In summary, horticultural therapy program focused on indoor activities based on ‘Relaxation-social support-cognitive behavioral’ strategy could be utilized as supporting program for psychological health for cancer survivors.

Purpose - The aim of this article is to outline the concept of work engagement and the importance of job resources including supervisor support and coworker support pertaining to work engagement. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The article discusses the concept of work engagement and what empirical evidences suggest about its relationship with job resources including supervisor and coworker support. Result - Critical review of the literature has indicated towards strengths and pitfalls of social support resources including supervisor and coworker at work, particularly with regards to work engagement thus, requiring further empirical attention. Accordingly, the article has also indicated towards the critical significance of meaningful work for fostering employee well-being at work. Conclusions - The article has highlighted noteworthy empirical gaps in the body of knowledge concerning to job resources including supervisor support and coworker support and their relationship with work engagement. The article has also underlined the lack of research and potential of ‘meaningful work’ towards enhancing work engagement as well as, acting as a moderator between supervisor support, coworker support and work engagement relationship.
