Trichodorus jeonjuensis n. sp는 T. cedarus. T. tricaulatus, T. californicus와 비슷하나 수컷에서는 3개의 복중앙 경공에 대하여 전방에 있고 교접자는 전체적으로 주름졌고, 첫째 보조돌기가 교접자 중앙부에 있으며 암컷의 질 모양이 신장형이다. T. tricaulatus는 우리날 미기록종으로 밝혀졌으며, T. cedarus와 Paratrichodorus porosus가 여러 곳에서 새로이 채집되어 기주식물 및 지역별 차이를 검토하였다.

북한지역에서 채집된 잎벌레류를 중심으로 분류동정한 결과로 68종에 대한 분포지역을 추가 기록하였으며, 이 중에서 Chrysomela cuprea Fabricius, Chrysomeia lapponica Linnaeus, Phratora polaris (Schneider), Longitarsus brunneus (Duftschmdt), Longitarsus nitidus Jacoby등 5종이 한반도산 미기록종으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 Chrysomela cyaneoviridis sp. n., Phratora ryanggangensis sp. n., Aphthona merkli sp. n., Luperomorpha josifovi sp. n.등 4종은 신종으로 기재된다.

금번연구를 통해 Lepidopria속 및 Tetramopria속의 3신종 [Lepidopria masneri sp. n., Tetramopria tortilis sp. n. 및 Tetramopria turbinata sp. n.]이 기재된다.

한국산 Dichomeris속은 18종으로 정리되며 각 종의 외부형태, 분포 및 생활사에 관한 전반적인 내용을 정리, 보고한다. 이중 7종을 신종으로 기재하며, 3종은 우리나라에서 처음으로 보고되는 미기록종들이었다. 신종으로 기재되는 7종은 lespedezae Park, mitteri Park, strictella Park, polystigma Park, fareasta Park, cuspis Park, minutia Park 등이며 한국미기록종은 quercicola Meyrick, horoglypta Meyrick, litoxyla Meyrick 등 3종이었다. 금번연구를 통해 MNHN에 소장되어 있는 모식표본을 기준으로 D. harmonias Meyrick의 신모식표본(lectotype)을 지정하였다. 또한 각 종에 대한 검색표를 작성하였으며 새로이 보고되는 종들의 암수생식기를 각각 도해하였다.

남, 북한 각 지역으로 부터 채집된 재료를 대상으로 비교검토한 결과 박각시과의 1신아종 Ambulyx japonica koreana subsp. nov.을 기재발표한다.

The granitic rocks in the southern part of the Kyeongsang basin, Korea, are divided into seven masses based on the petrographical features. They are generally characterized by shallow-depth intrusions. The chemical compositions of amphibole and biotite from the granitic rocks show systematic variations in Fe/(Fe+Mg) ratios as well as Mn and F contents. Hornblende geobarometer indicates low pressure condition (less than 2.3 kbar) at the time of final crystallization of hornblende crystals. The composition of biotite indicates that oxygen fugacity has been almost buffered during crystallization regardless of rock types. The oxygen fugacity is presumably close to the value of Ni-NiO buffer. From the Fe-Ti oxide geothermometry, it seems likely that most of the Fe-Ti oxides have been re-equilibrated during cooling and have suffered oxidation under subsolidus condition.

Wangjo Silok, the official chronicle of Lee Dynasty, carries 131 records on the Kepler Supernova 1604; all of them are given in the present report. Among them 112 records are detailed descriptions about the observed brightness variation over the period from October 13, 1604 (the 37th year of King Sunjo) to April 23, 1605. On July 14, 1605, an addendum is given as a final assessment of the guest star incidence. Since the apparent brightness, size and position are carefully described as compared to bright planets and stars, these records are ideal for retrieving light curve of the Kepler Supernova over the seven month period. Simple procedures are suggested for the derivation of light curve.

뿔나방과의 Brachyacma속 2신종 , 앞테두리흰줄뿔나방(B. albilinella) 갈색테두리뿔나방(B. sublutiana)과 Aristotelia속1신종 , 외줄수염뿔나방(A. mesotenebrella)등 3신종을 기재 보고한다.

The position and magnitude of 1449 stars listed in "Seoung Kyung" (by Byung Kil Nahm, 1861) are compared with those in modern western star catalogues for their identification. 923 stars out of 1449 stars were identified within the range of accuracy. Δ α ≤ 20 s .0 , Δ δ ≤ 1 ′ .0 a n d Δ m = 0 o r ± 1 . When Δ α a n d Δ δ increased to Δ α ≤ 1 m . 0 , Δ δ ≤ 15 ′ .0 a n d Δ m = 0 or +1, 399 more stars could be included in the list.

의약품의 치료 효과와 유사한 치료활성 기능을 갖는 화장품(코스메슈티컬)의 개발이 증가함에 따라 화장품법에서 규정한 기능성 화장품의 용도인 피부 미백, 주름개선, 자외선 차단 또는 피부를 곱게 태워주는 기능이외의 항염증, 탈모 방지, 비만 개선 등과 같은 의약품의 치료 효과와 차별화되지 않는 다양한 기능을 화장품의 용도로서 특허청구범위에 기재하여 특허출원하는 경우가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 상기와 같은 의약품의 치료 효과와 차별화되지 않는 기능을 화장품의 용도로서 화장품 발명에 기재한 경우 특허요건 판단에 있어서 심사과 및 심사관에 따라 차이를 보이고 있어 심사의 일관성에 대한 요구가 제기되어 왔다. 위와 같은 요구에 부응하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 국내 기능성 화장품의 특허등록 현황, 심사관들의 견해 및 미국, 유럽, 일본의 화장품 관련 발명의 심사 실무를 파악하여 일관성 있는 특허 심사를 위한 대응방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

Recently, many people live or travel abroad by various reasons. In this global era, we cannot only require the witness to come to homeland for testifying in court. It is necessary to provide a new method to take a reliable evidence which can solve the case with the witness staying abroad. In this case, the Prosecutor's Office try to give a new method by requesting the Consul in Japan to hear the witness and record the statements. According to the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, Consul can hear the people of the Consul's nation. German Consular Relations Law provides that the admissibility of out of court statements recorded by Consul is regulated according to the institution which makes the request. Therefore, if the request comes from court, the statements recorded by the Consul according to the request are treated as statements recorded by Judge. From this point of view, the Prosecutor's Office insisted that the out of court statements recorded by Consul in Japanese be treated as the out of court statements recorded by Judge in deciding the guarantee of trustworthiness. But the Court construed that the statements recorded by Consul as the statements recorded by private person. Worse than this, the Court denies the guarantee of trustworthiness as the condition for the admissibility for the evidence. But this guarantee of trustworthiness as a condition for admissibility is relatively lower level of reliability than the reliability for the selection from the admissible evidences for trusting the facts asserted. The selection from the admissible evidences is for the fact finder, for example, trial jury. not for the leader of the procedure. But in this case, the Court seems to be unable to distinguish this guarantee of trustworthiness as a condition for admissibility from the issue of selection from the admissible evidences for trusting the facts asserted. So the Court's decision is inappropriate and the statements recorded by Consul should have been admitted.

콘크리트 구조물에 사용되는 골재의 화학적 안전성을 진단하는 방법 중의 하나인 암석기재학적 시험(ASTM C 295)에 관한 연구로서, 이 연구를 위하여 골재의 입도 분석, 피막 검사, 풍화 ·오염상태, 암석학적 기재, 그리고 알칼리-골재 반응성 광물 및 암석의 정성·정량적 분석을 실시하였다. 경남 울진군 매화천 유역 A, B 지역의 하천 골재에 대하여 암석기재학적 방법으로 검사한 결과 풍화상태는 F(신선) 등급과 WS(약간 풍화) 등급이며 골재의 피막과 오염 상태는 우려할 정도는 아니다. 알칼리-골재 반응 광물이나 구조적으로 취약한 암석이 함유된 골재는 매화천 A 지역 골재 전체의 26 wt.%, B 지역은 19 wt.%로 집계되는데 이는 양호한 골재로 볼 수 없기 때문에 화학적 방법과 몰탈바 방법으로 더욱 정밀한 시험을 거쳐 안전성이 확인되어야 한다.

많은 고등균류를 1995년 4월부터 10월까지 모악산 도립공원, 만덕산(전라 북도)과 변산반도 국립공원에서 채칩하여 동정하였다. 그 결과 속껍질버섯 속(Hyphoderma), 탈모껍질버섯속(Piloderma), 날원통담자버섯속(Cylidrobasidium)은 한국 미기록 속이었고, 결절벌집버섯(Polyporus tuberaster), 붉은 진흙버섯(Phellinus ferruginosus), 누에고약버섯(Corticium bomycinum), 붉은가는주름버섯(Phlebia rufa), 털속껍질버섯(Hyphoderma puberum), 삼베탈모껍질버섯(Piloderma byssinum), 날원통담자 버섯(Cylindrobasidium evolens) 그리고 솔휜구멍버섯(Peniophora pini)은 한국산 미기록 종으로 확인되었다.
