In this paper, we present a unified framework for mobile game development. To develop a new mobile game, we need three main entities: game scenario designer (i.e. producer), game graphic designer, and game programmer. Traditionally, there is no systematic support for inter-communication among the three entities. In our scheme, we support co-operative development platform, and three main developers can easily show their idea and also can easily integrate their works. For early stage of game development, we support a scenario simulation tool, where the producer can show his/her idea using the graphical clip made by graphic designer. Once the idea is setup, the graphic designer makes the graphical contents, and delivers to programmer to integrate with mobile games. However, mobile game usually requires efficient memory usage; the programmer should optimize the graphic content. In our platform, we support automatic optimization toolkit and the graphic designer does not need any optimization, and he/she can re-use the graphic content. We applied our platform to WIMAX and CDMA mobile set, and the efficiency and reusability are guaranteed by our automatic optimization.

The objective of this paper is to study the establishing system of truck collaboration and to reduce traffic cost for participating transportation enterprises. The system of truck collaboration can enhance the transport efficiency and to reduce traffic cost without new investment for trucks and equipments. The type of truck collaboration should be enumerated (1) the system of head and branch base (2) the system of central terminal (3) the system of separating collection and delivery for cargo (4) the system of cooperating cargo order and truck allocation. The efficiency of truck collaboration is possible to be realized for transportation enterprises, receiver and sender of cargo.

It is an important issue for APEC economies to build mutual understanding in order to promote friendship and cooperation among the economies. Some schools and organizations have set up international communication projects to correspond by email or video conferencing periodically. There are, however, some barriers that hinder these activities. Firstly, most schools do not have experience. Secondly, teachers have difficulty in such endeavors speaking and writing in English. Thirdly, funding is not adequate. The World Youth Meeting (WYM) is one successful international collaboration project lasting six years. In this research, we investigate the WYM as a model case in order to understand how the WYM is organized so that we can develop guidelines for other international collab-oration projects.

As today's business environment becomes more globalized and distributed, the importance of collaboration is rapidly increasing. This paper presents a systematic approach to collaboration strategy planning. The framework suggests a Collaborative Process Map need to be identified. Then, Collaboration Maturity of each area is evaluated. Based on the Collaborative Process Map and Collaboration Maturity Evaluation, Collaboration Execution Plans are established. A case study of semiconductor industry is also provided.

The purposes of this study are to review some practical experiences in multi-agency collaboration efforts for the juvenile delinquents in U.S. and to make policy implications, practice for a better multi-agency collaboration system in Korea. Based on these findings, this study suggests multi-agency collaboration for the juvenile delinquents in the juvenile justice process in Korea as follows: First, Goverment should legislate for multi-agency collaboration in the juvenile justice process, establish collaboration system and juvenile correctional center. Second, Collaboration managers or coordinator should be trained so that they can play a variety of professional roles in managing collaboration programs and developed the various programs. Third, The supporting organizations such as goverment, enterprises, schools, social welfare agency, united way, voluntary agency or group, community should be developed and, furthermore, supporting thing such as juvenile justice information resources, financial, technical assistance to enhance the capacity of those correctional institutions.

The injection mold industry has strong relationship with many other industries. In the injection mold industry, the harmonious collaboration of the order-making companies, the mold-making companies, and the molded-parts making companies, which are distantly located, is very important. In this study, a web-based collaboration system is developed for the purpose. It offers the criterion to select appropriate production companies. It also tries to minimize the production cost of the mold design by distributing and evaluating the design information. The developed system is constructed using various recent web-programming tools.

The company was focusing on production which was partial mission rather than acquiring the information of customer in intensive process industry. The company accepted loss which is from over-production, losing of opportunity. After changing to web environment, supply chain is more complicated and need of customer is more various. As a result the company hard works on controlling production rates, production quantities in production area and gathering exact information which is about available resource and available quantities. Cooperated demand planning have to get decreasing of inventory, improving of customer service in supply chain management. Specially demand planning that considers allocation of capacity is executed in Iron-Industry. Demand planning must be classified by customer, region and supply position level.

This paper studies the factors affecting university and industry collaboration in education in the hospitality industry in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) from a company perspective. The authors use qualitative method and quantitative research to study the matters, specifically using scales and data collected for Cronbach alpha reliability testing, analysizing the discovery factor of EFA, CFA and verifying the regression models through AMOS software with SEM linear modeling. The study proposes four factors: (1) organization factors, (2) contextual factors, (3) process factors, and (4) cooperation perspective impacting on the benefits factors and university and industry collaboration in education. In addition, it is also found that benefits factors has a direct and positive impact on the collaboration in education. The results suggest that the process factor had the strongest positive, followed by the contextual factor. The findings revealed that the benefit factors were significantly related to collaboration in education, which affects university and industry hospitality alliances. This finding confirm that the cooperation perspective (QD) and contextual factors (HC) are critical in collaboration between university and industry. A new point of interest is also identified that the benefits of training links are quite dependent on the linking perspective from tourism businesses.

This study explored the impact of interactional justice on supply-chain collaboration and sustainable supply-chain performance. Accordingly, it classified interactional justice of supply-chain management (SCM) into interpersonal and informational justice, and empirically classified the effects of these subordinate concepts on supply-chain collaboration and sustainable supply-chain performance. To this end, 700 questionnaires were distributed, and 201 final valid responses were used for the statistical analysis which revealed the significant positive influence of interpersonal justice on informational justice. This indicates that courtesy, respect, and proper words are important in the relationship between buyers and sellers. Both interpersonal and informational justice had a significant positive relationship with supply-chain collaboration. The results suggest that a fair-trade environment should be cultivated to encourage and facilitate seller-buyer collaboration. Lastly, supply-chain collaboration had a positive influence on sustainable supply-chain performance. This implies that if justice is not perceived in the seller-buyer relationship, collaboration can be hindered, which negatively impacts corporate performance. These findings also helped to understand the importance of interactional justice and to propose a new relationship between interpersonal and informational justice.

최근 홈네트워크 시스템은 대단위 공동주택에서 거의 기본으로 제공되어 초기 스마트홈을 구현하고 있으며, 시스템과 사용자간 접점에 있는 대표적인 기기가 월패드(Wall-pad)와 생활정보기 등이다. 생활정보기는 월패드와 연동되어 일괄 소등, 가스 차단, 엘리베이터 호출 등 외출 시 현관에서 제어할 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 일종의 IoT 기기라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 홈네트워크 기기 전문회사가 의뢰한 생활정보기 디자인 산학연 과제 수행에 있어 인터랙션 디자인 방법론의 효용성과 교육적 성과를 고찰했다. 기업은 시장에서 차별화 될 수 있는 독창적인 디자인과 적정 수준의 양산 가능성을 요구하였고, 이를 위해 Norman의 인터랙션 디자인 이론을 적용하여 통합 PUI를 구현했다. 교육적인 측면에서는 시각 디자인(Visual Communciation Design)을 전공하고자하는 학생과 제품 디자인(Product Design) 전공을 희망하는 학생 2인 1조의 팀을 구성하여 제품/UI 디자인을 함께 수행하도록 하고 다양한 전문가와 협업을 통해 다학제적(Multi-disciplinary) 접근을 경험하여 새로운 시각에서 결과물을 도출할 수 있도록 유도했다. 생활 정보기의 시장 도입 초기에 산학연을 통해 디자인 연구를 진행하여 새로운 제품 유형에 대한 디자인 프로세스를 검증해 볼 수 있었던 점과 기존 기업에서 별도의 팀과 전문가에 의해 수행되는 제품 디자인과 UI 디자인을 통합적 접근을 시도했던 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

기술의 고도화와 짧은 제품 수명(Product Life Cycle)으로 인해 혁신적인 신제품 개발은 기업 내부의 자원만으로는 한계에 부딪히는 현실을 직면하고 있다. 이에 외부의 지식을 기업 내부로 유입하거나 내부의 자원을 외부로 유출, 공유하는 오픈 이노베이션 전략은 전 세계적으로 모든 분야에 걸쳐 확산되고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구는 폐쇄형 구조를 가진 리빙 세라믹 분야의 외부 디자이너와의 콜라보레이션 사례를 오픈 이노베이션 관점에서 분석하고 이를 통해 기업 혁신에 미치는 영향 및 상관관계를 파악하여 세라믹 제조기업의 혁신 방향성을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 오픈 이노베이션의 이론적 고찰을 통해 개념과 유형을 정립하고 질적 연구 방법을 채택하여 외부 지식의 유입 형태 중 하나인 외부 디자이너 콜라보레이션 방식으로 출시된 리빙 세라믹 제품 사례를 분석하였다. 첫째, 외부 디자이너와의 콜라보레이션을 통해 R&D 강화로 기존 제품의 형태, 색상, 패턴의 탈피를 가져올 수 있으며 새로운 소비층 확보가 가능하다. 둘째, 새로운 아이디어와 제품 컨셉을 통해 신규 사업을 창출할 수 있으며 이는 곧 이윤 창출로 이어진다. 셋째, 외부 디자이너와의 콜라보레이션은 기업의 네임 벨류를 상승시키고 동시에 중요한 기업 이미지 마케팅 요소로 활용될 수 있다. 넷째, 일부 사례에서는 외부 디자이너 개인의 인지도가 기업 혁신의 기여도와는 크게 비례하지 않음을 알 수 있다. 향후 다수의 기업이 채택하고 있는 인바운드 (In-Bound) 형 프로세스 이외에도 아웃 바운드 (Out-Bound) 와 커플 바운드 (Coupled-Bound) 형 오픈 이노베이션의 적극적인 활용을 통해 리빙 세라믹 제조 기업의 상생과 지속 가능성을 기대해 본다.
