        Abstract It has come to attention that a risk-assessing organization, that will benchmark a company’s safety department, is imperative, following an increase in large-scale SOC-business project, construction of higher-raised buildings, development of underground space; all that have increase accident rates. Having faced problems that arise in firms that demand diversity, complexity and instantaneity, the purpose of the thesis is to arrive at efficient and practical problem-solving means. In order to solve the problems that would surface theoretically during an actual risk assessment, the state of the operation systems of the top five national construction firms having a hazard rate of 0.25 times less than the average rate have been analyzed, while a hierarchal recognition research of the employees who not only function at the operating level but are the practice subjects of a firm, has also been conducted, bringing the main text.

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the concentration of airborne particulate matter and heavy metals in the houses of the respiratory tract disease patients and a control group of residents in the city of Gwangyang. The particulate matter was measured using a mini-volume air sampler and then weighed three times using a micro balance to calculate the weighted average value. The heavy metals in the particulate matter were extracted using a hot plate and analyzed using an inductively coupled plasma/mass spectrometer. The average concentration of particulate matter in the outdoor air (34.478 μm/m3) was higher than that in the indoor air (16.794 μm/m3), showing a statistically significant difference (p<0.001). The average concentration of copper, manganese and chromium in the indoor and outdoor air were higher in the houses of those in the study group than those of the control group. In addition, there was a generally high correlation between particulate matter in the outdoor air and heavy metals in the indoor and outdoor air concentration (p<0.05).

        국내 원자력발전소의 사용후핵연료는 소내저장시설에 보관되어 있으나 저장시설의 용량 확장이 어려움이 있으며, 연구기관 의 연구로에서 발생하는 고준위 방사성폐기물도 자체 보관중이나 영구적으로 저장할 수 없다. 또한 원전의 해체 시에도 고 준위 방사성폐기물이 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 현재 개발된 사용후핵연료 운반용기를 사용하여 고준위 방사성폐기물을 가상의 관리시설로 철도를 통하여 운반하는 경우에 대하여 작업자 및 운반경로 주변 일반인의 예상 피폭선량을 평가하였으며, 그 결과를 국내 법적기준치와 비교하였다. 또한, 고준위 방사성폐기물의 상하차 작업 시 작업자 와 운반용기 간 거리와 운반사고 시 방사성핵종의 누출율의 변화에 따른 피폭선량의 변화에 따른 피폭선량 추이와 운반에 사용되는 열차의 구성에 따른 운반작업자의 피폭선량 변화를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 모든 조건에서의 예상피폭선 량은 국내 법적제한치 이하임을 확인하였다.

        중·저준위방사성폐기물 표층처분시설 인간침입시나리오의 ‘평가/해석에 대한 불확실성’의 관리를 위해 GENII를 이용 한 평가결과를 오염토양에 대한 방사선영향평가를 위해 개발된 RESRAD를 이용하여 검증하였다. 중저준위방사성폐기물 표 층처분시설의 인간침입시나리오로 시추후거주시나리오를 선정하여 각 코드의 현상 모사에서 발생하는 한계점을 파악하고 동일한 입력데이터 조건에서 두 코드의 평가결과를 비교분석함으로써 모델링의 불확실성을 분석하였다. 평가결과 각 코드 에서 일부 핵종의 거동모사에 대한 차이는 있었으나 폐쇄후관리기간 이후 선량평가 결과 모든 피폭경로에 대한 경향이 유사 함을 확인하였다. 또한 RESRAD에서 확인한 선량평가 결과를 바탕으로 입력인자에 대한 민감도 분석을 수행하고 주요입력 인자를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 모델링 결과 및 입력인자에 대한 불확실성을 분석하고 안전성평가 결과에 대한 신뢰성을 확 인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 중저준위방사성폐기물 처분시설의 Safety Case 구축에 활용될 수 있다.

        As the fruit and vegetable beverage market grows, a variety of foods are continually increasing. Therefore, when ingredients other than those indicated are added to achieve economic benefits, cases of adulteration and falsification concurrently follow. Among these, blueberry as expensive fruits, is one of the target for adulteration in juice production. This study was conducted based on the reports regarding the forgery of blueberry juice and grape juice; 32 kinds of blueberry juices, which are sold on the market, were collected and their metabolomics analysis was performed to screen out possible discriminants for blueberry juice adulteration. Metabolomes were extracted with 80% methanol and analyzed through LC-MS/MS followed by data processing with multivariate statistical analysis. Based on OPLS (orthogonal partial least squared) model, four metabolites were screened as significant discriminants among 209 metabolites found in blueberry juice and anthocyanin compounds occupied a main groups for discrimination. Marvidin-3-O-glucoside and cyanidin-3-O-rutinoside were identified as significant indicators for the existence of blueberry compared to grape juice which is main adulterates in blueberry juices. These candidates were assessed for monitoring commercial blueberry juices, which were proved as useful determinant for adulteration.

        As invigoration plan of the marine tourism, Busan City has the plan to operate the cruise ship inside of the harbor, but the area has narrow water way with heavy traffic. As a result it is requested to evaluate the safety for the preparation of actual navigation. In this study, the Ship Handling Simulation (SHS) Assessment was conducted, which is regulated by the Maritime Traffic Safety Audit Scheme (MTSAS) in compliance with the Marine Safety Law and the Maritime Traffic Risk Assessment System based on the Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS). The proximity assessment, control assessment and subjective assessment were implemented, which is enacted by the Marine Safety Law by using the SHS. In the case of proximity assessment, the probability of trespass was not analyzed. As the control assessment, the swept path was measured at 11.7 m and 11.5 m for port entry and port departure respectively, which exceeded the width of the model vessel, 10.4 m over; it was considered as a marginal factor. As a result of the subjective evaluation of the navigator, there would be no difficulty on ship maneuvering by paying particular attention to the mooring vessel nearby the Busan Bridge and Yeongdo Bridge as well as the coming vessel from the invisible sea area when the vessel is entering and departing the port. The Marine Traffic Risk Assessment System analyzed as [Cautious] level until the vessel passed the Busan bridge and the curved area at 5 kts and it became to [Dangerous] level from where it left 75 m to the Busan Bridge. When the vessel passed the Busan Bridge and the curved area at 10 kts and entered the narrow area, it indicated the [Dangerous] level and became to [Very dangerous] level from where it left 410 m to the Busan bridge. In conclusion, the vessel should maintain at the speed of 5 kts to reduce the risk when it passes this area.
