정보 기술과 인터넷의 발달은 물리적인 공간이나 시간에 구애받지 않는 온라인 커뮤니티의 등장을 가능하게 하였다. 이러한 온라인 커뮤니티는 개인 및 기업의 의사 결정에 중요한 수단이 되고 있고 목적에 따라 여러 유형으로 나누어진다. 이 유형 중 온라인 게임커뮤니티는 온라인 게임 내에서 제공되는 커뮤니티와 해당 온라인 게임 관련 커뮤니티로 나누어 질 수 있다. 온라인 게임 관련 커뮤니티는 게시판과 이메일을 이용하여 게임 진행, 게임 관련 자료 등의 다양한 정보를 교환하며, 온라인 게임 내에서 제공되는 커뮤니티는 팀 구성, 아이템 거 래, 채팅등의 형태로 구성되고 있다. 이러한 온라인 게임 커뮤니티의 중요성은 날로 부각되고 있으나 온라인 게임 관련 커뮤니티와 게임 내에서 제공되는 커뮤니티는 그 중요성에 비해 차별화되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 신세대의 취향에 적합하고 한국적인 커뮤니티로 차별화된 커뮤니티를 구축한 싸이월드의 사례를 분석하고 이를 온라인 게임에 적용하는 방안을 연구하였다. 본 논문은 온라인 게임 관련 커뮤니티와 온라인 게임 내에서 차별화된 커뮤니티 요소를 구축하고자하는 업체에게 도움을 줄 수 있다.

The international oil majors have been reducing the size of their own oil tanker fleet since early 1980s. Like international oil majors, the Korean refineries are becoming more dependent on tanker chartering rather than tanker ownership for their oil transportation since the 1990s. They also prefer spot charter to time charter and this kind of trend has continued up to now. Consequently, this paper attempted to find the factors influencing changes in tanker fleet composition. To attain the object of the paper, an empirical study is adopted using the ten decision-making factors derived from preceeding studies. The findings are that MARPOL and OPA 90, and transportation costs are the most important factors influencing an oil tanker fleet composition.

In this study, as preliminary research for the development of natural estrogen supplement the chemical properties of Iranian black pomegranate juice concentrate and seeds were evaluated. Proximate compositions of pomegranate juice concentrate and seeds were as follows; crude lipid 0.4% and 8.2%, moisture 39.9% and 6.6%, crude protein 0.9% and 12.2%, ash 1.4% and 1.7%, and carbohydrate 42.0% and 84.5% respectively. Major amino acids are glutamic acid (1310.0ppm) and aspartic acid (896.2ppm) in juice concentrate, and glycine (611.1ppm) and arginin (401.6ppm) in seeds. Ascorbic acid has the highest concentration of 20.0mg/l00g in juice concentrate and 0.23mg/l00 in seeds. The compositions of unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid were higher than those of saturated fatty acids such as stearic palmitic acid. Major minerals were potassium, calcium and sodium, potassium was highest in both juice concentrate and seeds. Vitamins were composed of ascorbic acid (20.0mg/l00g), vitamin B1(0.12mg/100g) and niacin (0.80mg/l00g) in juice concentrate, and only ascorbic acid(0.23mg/l00g) in seeds. Organic acids such as citric and L-malic acid were detected only in pomegranate juice concentrate. The contents of total polyphenols were 4.55g/L in juice concentrate and 3.5mg/l00g in seeds, respectively. Phytoestrogens detected in pomegranate juice concentrate and seeds were daidzein, quercetin, genistein and 17 β-estradiol.

시료의 지방산 분석은 먼저 지방의 추출이 선행되어야 하는데 이때에는 시료량 및 시약이 많이 들고 또한 분석시간이 많이 소요되므로 지방 추출 및 지방산의 에스테르화를 한 단계에서 실시하는 One step extraction/methylation법(방법 1)에 따라 주요 유료작물의 지방산 조성을 살펴보았다 이 방법은 methanol-heptane-benzene-DMP-H2 SO4 혼합용매를 사용하여 지방 추출 및 지방산 에스테르화를 단일층에서 일어나게 한것으로 기존의 sodium methoxide를 촉매로 한 methanolysis 법에 의한 지방산 분석 결과와 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한 이 혼합시약으로 이미 추출된 지방을 대상으로 실험하였을 때에도(방법 2) 기존방법과 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 따라서 이 One step extraction/methylation법은 시료가 생체이든 추출된 지방이든 그 과정이 단순하고 시간과 노력이 훨씬 적게 소요되어 지방산 분석에 널리 이용될 수 있을 것이며, 특히 1회에 많은 시료를 처리하고자 할 때 더욱 분석효율이 높을 것으로 기대되었다

개간지에서 대두를 재배함에 있어서 시비의 효과를 구명하기 위하여 개간지에는 10a당 N.P.K:4.10.8 kg의 시용구를 비롯하여 무비구를 포함한 6개 처리구를 설치하고 효과를 비교하고저 따로 숙전에다 N.P.K:4.10.8 kg의 시비구를 설치하여 수량과 성분함량을 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 개간지는 같은 수준의 시비에서도 숙전보다 청예수량이나 자실수량이 극히 적었고 자실의 단백질함량도 적었다. 2. 같은 개간지내에 있어서는 질소의 시용량이 많을수록 자실수량이 많았다. 3. 자실성분에 있어서 숙전은 단백질과 지방함량이 개간지보다 많았고 탄수화물은 개간지가 숙전보다 많은 경향이었다. 4. 개간지에 있어서 자실성분함량은 처리간에 유의성이 인정되지 않았다. 5. 수량과 밀접한 관계가 있는 100입중, 1주협수 간장 간중등은 자실수량과 정의 상관을 나타냈으며 1%수준의 유의성이 인정되었다.
