        The national Logistics Information system has been rapidly developed on account of the dramatic improvements in the military’s logistics support system and supply support system, making a transition from manual work system to computerized work system. Supply level, however, does not reflect these changes in the overall logistics environment and still retains the state it was in the 1970s. This research uses the accumulated data from the equipment․maintenance information system developed in the year 2009 to analyze RWT( Requisition Wait Time) and CWT (Customer Wait Time). The analysis estimated the realistic transportation and ordering time and led to the conclusion that the differentiated ASL operation system that considers demand level should be adopted instead of the uniform ASL employment system.

        This paper presents a Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) based simulation and experimental tracer test of flow pattern and turbulent energy dissipation inside a serpentine flocculation basin with continuous operation. Research focused on the evaluation of a specific flow pattern on the hydraulic behavior on the flocculation basin. From the results of CFD simulation and actual tracer test, both results were in good accordance with each other. Also, each Morill index were calculated as 1.5 from CFD simulation and 1.7 from actual tracer test, respectively. Especially, turbulence energy was dissipated relatively higher in the vicinity of inlet to the flocculation basin than other region. The differences between the CFD simulation and actual tracer test were 1.4 min in T50, and 1.3 min in Tp, respectively.

        In order to suggest the methodology for improving the equity of flow distribution in open channel with multiple outlet, CFD simulations were carried out for actual scale distribution channel being operated in domestic G_WTP(Water Treatment Plant). Also, before and after installing the longitudinal multi hole(diameter=250 mm, 116 holes) baffle suggested by this research, turbidity measurements data were collected for evaluating the effects of hydraulic modification for inlet flow equity. From the both results, total turbidity of settled water was lowered by 30 % and equity of flow distribution was improved about 60 % compared with before hydraulic structure modification.

        상대습도 데이터를 이용하여 벤토나이트 완충재 블록의 불포화 수리전도도 변화를 평가하였다. 불포화 매질에서의 물의 흐 름을 나타내는 일반적인 분석해를 통해 상대습도를 통한 불포화 수리전도도 계산방안을 도출하였고, 이를 실제 수행한 실 내 물 유입 실험 결과에 적용하여 포화가 진행됨에 따라 변화하는 완충재 불포화 수리전도도 양상을 확인하였다. 일반적인 포화 상태와는 확연히 다르게 수두 구배와 물의 유출량이 시간에 따라 불규칙하게 변화하는 결과를 나타냈으며, 벤토나이 트 완충재의 불포화 수리전도도는 시간에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 수분 흡수로 인한 벤토나이트 입자 팽창 때문으로 인한 매질 내 공극의 부피 및 크기 확대가 불포화 수리전도도값의 증가를 야기하는 것으로 판단되었고, 이러한 결과는 완 충재 블록의 팽창 정도와 수리전도도의 상관성에 관한 추후 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 수행된 불포화 수리 전도도 평가 방안은 방사성폐기물 처분 시 완충재의 장기적인 수리학적 성능평가에 유용한 기술로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

        본 연구에서는 연승 수하식 양식시설의 파랑 중 해조류의 꼬임 현상에 영향을 미치는 연승줄의 간격, 계류 블록의 이동에 따른 양식장 형상변화 등을 수리모형실험을 통해 검토하고자 하였다. 실험결과로부터 해조류의 꼬임현상은 연승간격이 감소함에 따라 낮은 파고에서도 발생하였으며, 연승줄 간격이 클수록 보다 큰 파랑조건에서도 해조류 꼬임현상이 발생하지 않는 안정한 상태를 유지하였다. 이는 해조류의 꼬임 현상은 연승간격에 민감하게 영향을 받음을 나타낸다. 또한 블록 중량 및 주기가 길어짐에 따라 전체적으로 계류블록이 이동하기 시작한 임계파고가 커지는 경향을 나타내었다. 입사파랑 조건과 계류 블록 중량을 달리한 실험결과로부터 전면 블록 중량이 3.0 ton에서 8.0 ton으로 증가함에 따라 안정성이 크게 확보되는 결과를, 반대로 후면에서는 블록의 거동이 거의 발생하지 않았다. 이때 전면 계류삭의 최대 장력은 약 3.0 ton/m을 나타내었다.

        This paper is a case study of reliability assessment with field warranty data of Clutch Master Cylinder (CMC) in hydraulic clutch system. We estimate lifetime distribution using field warranty data which contain much useful information for understanding reliability of the system in the real-world environments. However, the estimated parameters are far from existing reference values, which seems to be caused right censored field warranty data. To modify the parameters, we use the information of the durability test which is performed to verify that the lifetime of the item meets the required level. After that, we can observe that the modified parameters are closer to the existing reference values. This case study shows a possible idea to supplement lack of right censored field warranty data and its applicability.

        There is a considerable amount of research on ship worker’s hearing loss caused by vibration and noise that comes from the ship’s construction. A further investigation that characterizes the sound that comes from building or repairing a ship is nonexistent or insufficient, however. To do this, a noise management plan is needed. It should include a generated sound process from the main sources of disturbance in the ship- building areas. And a soundproof measurement will identify the amount of noise reduction needed for a hearing- safe working environment. Finally, researchers in this study measured tests on the noise and the vibration process, and the noise caused by operations allowed for an investigation on the suitability of certain environmental conditions. Noise-related programs can be used to predict the noise distribution of the noise level characteristic. This can help identify and reduce the presence of sound interference through sound proofing measures.

        In this paper, a mathematical model is developed for finding a degree of influence of risks affecting the project. At risk identification step, all risks are structured in forms of block diagrams after risks of project activities are identified. At risk analysis step, reliability functions are derived based on block diagrams of risks. Reliability function represents the probability of the project success. Based on the derived reliability functions, risks importance is defined as a criterion for expressing a degree of influence of each risk affecting the success of the project, which is. Risks importance includes the structural importance of risk, the probability of risk, and the impact of risk. It could be applied to determine the priorities of risks which should be controlled, and the use of such priorities could guarantee successful project activities. Finally, examples of the proposed mathematical models will be given.

        Recently imported vehicles are increasing rapidly and related vehicle accidents have also increased. In addition, the number of accident in 2010 was approximately 205,000 cases, about 6,000 billion to repair the vehicle accident was paid. RCAR low-speed crash tests to calculate the imported car insurance repairs, domestic cars and imported car repairs were compared. Average repair cost 2,920,000 won in domestic cars and imported cars are 14,570,000 won, imported cars were approximately five times higher than domestic cars. The results of comparing the total repair cost, imported vehicle repairs to the front of the T-car was the highest, rear repairs to the C-car was the highest. New car value for repairs, parts price, damage in terms of imported cars were higher than that of the domestic cars. In order to avoid the social costs of spending, calculated based on proper repairs on imported vehicles, improvement of excessively high parts prices and the repairman cost are needed.
